They did seem a bit busy during this dinner time, but there's quite a difference in flavor between the two when you're craving a sweet drink you know (also a minor price difference)... These are the main reasons. 1. You don't accept over the phone orders. I get it, you don't want people calling in then not getting their food. You offer online ordering and paying, but your location is NEVER on the website. I have mentioned it several times and it never seems to get fixed. This combined with #1 means I have to go in, order to go, and then wait. Again, there are quicker options. 3. Automatic 20% gratuity on all Dine in Orders regardless of party size??? Really? You have lost the concept of a gratuity. If it is mandatory, it should be called a fee or a tax or something, cause it isn't a gratuity.
