Food/Drink: absolutely trash, but it's what you expect from a waffle house. The breakfast and lunch menu are very limited, and if you're not drunk, you realize how bad they are. Stopped in late on April 4, 2024 for a very late dinner/breakfast. The area is well lit, and there is plenty of parking. We were promptly greeted, and there was plenty of seating. Double sided menus are already at the tables. Chas took our order and left the tab open in case we wanted to add anything. And I kid you not, as soon as she walked away, I got her attention and added a side of ham. Our meals were soon served, and everything was as expected. The only downside was of no-fault of waffle house. There was a patron there, playing videos on his phone extremely loudly. Atmosphere: 3 Completely a retro diner, this restaurant is even equipped with a jukebox! The music playing is from the 90s. The wait staff are all super friendly and it was nice to see that there were a bunch of regulars who came in. The staff joked and would refer them by name. Condiments are on the table so you don't need to ask for them. The down side to the atmosphere is that the table is sticky. The utensils are sticky too. The overall diner doesn't feel 100% clean which is worrisome for an eatery. Portions: 5 The overall portion is enough, for a full breakfast. My ham and cheese sandwich came with half a plate of hash browns. It's quite a lot for me, so I had some trouble finishing it. Flavors: 3 The ham and cheese sandwich was strangely quite salty. The hash was just okay. I was a bit disappointment. Partly because I like with the hash is a little more crunchy than mushy. I also added mushroom and jalapeño in my hash and expected it to be mixed with the potatoes but the potato was just plopped on top of the mushroom and jalapeño. When you go to waffle house you can expect a certain quality of food, this one is no different. What sets this location apart from all the rest is the service. The BEST hashbrowns I have had in YEARS! The coffee was good and bold, not some watered down crap. The best two things that came with breakfast. I ordered the 2 egg, hashbrowns, bacon and toast special. It was less than 8 bucks. I upgraded to double hashbrowns with onions (smothered). My hashbrowns didn't come smothered nor were they doubled. My wife's hashbrowns appeared larger and they were smothered (she ordered reg hashbrowns & smothered). I'm not upset about the small mix-up as the hashbrowns were crispy like we asked. Bacon was delicious, not too fatty, not burnt and great bacon flavor. Eggs were scrambled well but the toast had too much butter on them....yes, i ate it anyways but I could feel a heart attack coming - Overall, would I come back - without a doubt! read more

This Waffle House is pretty good. I haven't been to any other Waffle House locations but this one wasn't too bad. We were here early one morning for breakfast on the weekend. The restaurant wasn't busy. When you walk in, you sit wherever you want. The menus are already at the tables. The server will come up to you and take your order and when you're done eating, you pay at the counter. The waffles here are good. The squares are small and the waffle was soft instead of hard and crispy. The sausage I got was okay. It's small and thin but it wasn't too bad. And the eggs were just eggs. What i wouldn't recommend is the country ham. Although it was big, it was too salty and it tasted like it was expired. The food comes out super fast here in case you're in a rush. Also, since it's a restaurant with an open kitchen, you'll leave the Waffle House smelling like smoke and oil. (On you hair and clothes.. everything!) LOL! I'd come back. For some reason, for us there is something "magical" about eating at Waffle House while on a road trip. No frills, generally nice people, and you know what you are paying for. As long as you know what to expect, these are great places for a quick bite. And always good after a night out with friends. John was phenomenal. Came in late at night, there were already several people waiting to order ahead of us. That man still stopped to greet us & made sure our food was prepared correctly. Very few times have I gone to this location and experienced such great customer service, and he was the ONLY person on shift, taking orders, ringing people up, and making the food all in a timely manner. This Waffle House has to have broken every single osha violation there is. There is a stigma that waffle houses aren't really clean but that's not really accurate unless you come to this Waffle House. None of the employees wear a mask, and that makes me feel unsafe due to the coronavirus. There is dirt and gunk around every leg of every chair and around the entire boarder of the restaurant. I've physically seen roaches in there. Also the walls are disgusting they have something caked in them and when you walk in you get a generally disgusting feeling from just standing in there. Not to mention they won't answer the phone if you call so you can't place any to-go orders. The staff is friendly but the staff also look about as disgusting as the restaurant. This is an unsanitary place to eat and I would like to see this be looked at seriously. I will not be coming here again! read more

Three things to highlight here. I came in super early - 4:00 AM last Saturday (16 Sep) to get my carb fix before doing the AF marathon. The service I received was super quick and professional - my waitress was Jennifer and she was great. And the waffle/eggs I ordered were fine. Nothing special and hard to screw that up. The biggest issue, that I didn't notice until I got up to pay my bill and leave, is that the food prep area (grill, waffle pans, etc.) was absolutely disgusting and filthy. There was trash all over the floor and walls and everywhere else. It was shameful. Obviously this is an unmanaged restaurant and I can't imagine this place has ever passed a health inspection, ever. By some miracle I didn't get sick. Finally, the meth zombies that hang out at this place after hours are killing their business. One guy with the "crazy meth eyes" sat in the booth next to me, being very loud, very obnoxious. I couldn't wait to get out of there and will absolutely never ever return. Since I helped my sister move into her apartment closeby, she took me here! Our waitress Ashley was super friendly, greeted us and tended to us multiple times, just to check up on us, but my sister and I were fine! We just smiled and thanked her! Omelets at WH are the bomb. For those who have no clue, over easy eggs have runny yoke. Some dope orders over easy & then complains about the egg being runny while we are there - total idiot. I like that I can observe the food being prepared. There's no chance of getting re-plated floor food here, unlike some of the "better" restaurants. This place is fine by me. If you're looking for a classy establishment you should know better than to be disappointed with Waffle House. For what it is, it's good. The food is 8/10; I've never had a bad experience. I have developed a rapport with the waitresses. They are friendly and provide solid service. I always get my eggs over easy and they've been perfect every time. I like the hash browns and enjoy the extras. I imagine if you're drunk, it's even better. I've come here twice for breakfast. It's not exactly vegetarian-friendly, but it isn't difficult to simply ask to forego the meat. This place is probably not the best place to eat at often for the food is extremely greasy. However, at the same time, the food does remind me of a very home-y feel-good type of meal. The waitresses were quick to take my order and I had no issues with the quality of their service. Depending on the time of day, it does get packed so there can be a bit of a wait.
