I stopped in here recently to grab some dinner before going to a movie. We didn't have time to go to a sit-down restaurant and didn't want fast-food, so Waffle House was both good, quick and on the same road as the movie theater. I ordered Hash Browns smothered, covered and topped (onions, cheese and chili) along with a side of bacon (3 strips crisp just the way I like bacon). And if that weren't enough, I had some of my Mom's country ham and toast that she couldn't finish. I like that they have only Apple Butter at the tables. Something I miss about Kentucky. The entertainment came from watching the 3 girls working that night and their interactions with their friends who were hanging out at the counter. Let's just say that it was very stereotypical Kentucky. read more

I'm from Chicago and we don't have the Waffle House here but I sure wish we did! The food is inexpensive and delicious!! The waffles are my favorite (of course!), the hash browns are soooo good - especially with the sausage gravy on top. The staff at this particular location wasn't great. This specific Waffle House tends to be a bit more friendly and chipper than the other ones in the area. The people here really love their job and it shows. This is by far one of the best atmosphere awful waffles around. They offer the same breakfast anytime and dinner anytime menu. and are also 24/7. Located right off the interstate makes this one a prime location and I think it is one of the few establishments to get food in the wee hours of the morn in Georgetown. read more

Its the Waffle House, i don't really have high expectations for it. Went in for breakfast on a Sunday while visiting friends in KY, we got a table quick enough, however we were subsequently forgotten about (mind you there are less than 10 tables in the whole restaurant, so kinda tricky to do). They did give us some free waffles to make up for it, but shouldn't take over an hour to eat at the waffle house. read more

The best Waffle House we have ever eaten in! Clean and well managed. Our server, Dustin, was polite and very efficient. The food was perfect...literally perfect. Looked fabulous and fresh on the plate, and tasted even better. Social distancing handled very effectively and professionally. You will always find a smile on the faces here! Food is good and fast, staff are very friendly and down to earth. At most WH, you will find they are small and in need of updates. Waitress are always on top of things here and on the go. Cracker Barrel is across the street; but I can guarantee you, that you will have your food by the time CB is just get your DRINKS! Serving half cooked bacon is a way to make people sick. I was served almost raw bacon on a Texas Bacon, Egg, and Cheese sandwich on Thursday Sept. 7, 2017, I not so politely told them how I felt about eating raw bacon, gave them the food back and walked out. This is not the first time they have brought me raw bacon. I absolutely love Waffle House, but I do believe I have made my last visit there. I cannot and will not eat raw bacon!! read more

This is our go-to Waffle House on the rare occasion we need one. Service is quick and good and the food is prepared expertly. On our last visit, there was a woman calling in orders at a decibel level that could wake the dead - that I could really do without. Part of the charm is the way they call orders but her volume was beyond excessive and made it impossible for anyone else to say anything. The waitresses would have to stop and wait for her to stop yelling to continue taking your order. Overall this is a clean and friendly place and if you need some greasy spoon food in your life, this is a good place to get it. read more

I have ordered breakfast at this establishment for nearly every weekend this year and last year. We have never had any problems ordering to go and the food was always good. Today I called ahead and was informed they do not do to go orders but you could order to go inside. I arrived to place a to go order only to be told they were to busy and would not be able to do so. I went to the other waffle house (much busier) after placing an order , and I had no problem. We also order the same food every time and are always charged a different price read more

We haven't been to Waffle House in a long time. This morning we were craving omelets and as I remembered they were very good here. When we arrived they were not busy got a seat right away. Waitress was friendly enough however when asked for a refill on the $1.90 cup of coffee she said they were out would have to make another pot and never received the refill. I ordered an omelet, grits and white toast. He ordered an omelet hash browns , scattered, smothered and covered with white toast. The order promptly arrived at our table but looked like they should have taken a few more minutes to prepare. The grits were excellent. The omelets were as bad and they looked, smothered in grease or oil and half cooked. The hash browns were barley cooked and cheese was not melted. And the toast, well it wasn't toasted and smothered in butter. No one asked how or meal was, not even the cashier. We ate our food as we were hungry. The meal was $19.60 and I did leave a $2.00 tip. Lesson learned, will never go back. read more
