First Biggby Coffee Trip Stopped by Biggby this morning while out on a work run--figured I had to try it since it's the go-to coffee spot in Georgetown, KY and I'd never been. Tried the Butter Bear and it was pretty good! I'd definitely go back and sample something else next time. Also grabbed the new pretzel minis... solid little snack. Waited 30 minutes to get a drink that was half foam. Went back in and they gave me the same thing. If I order a 24oz drink, I expect 24oz. Not 75% foam. It's always the same kid that messes it up. The lady in there with curly hair makes it perfect. Sadly, had the young man today. Waited 30 minutes to be disappointed. Could've made the drive to Lexington for a better drink. read more

Not sure who worked the morning shift of October 29th but god damn they made one of the best iced lattes I've ever had. If I'm not impressed with a location, I try to visit another time (if possible) to give it a chance. I did that here.... several times.... and I'm still on the fence. At least with the drinks. The bragels, however? AMAZING. A bragel is basically a breakfast sandwich (egg, sausage, bacon, cheese, whatever) on an entire bagel of your choice, sliced in half with each end sandwiching the ingredients. They are huge. They are delicious. And they are one of the most filling breakfast options for this hungry mama in the Georgetown area. I will come here just for the bragels. Side note: they usually come with cream cheese on them. If you're like me and dislike cream cheese, make sure to specify that you don't want any. I suppose if I come here for bragels, I can get a drink too. Drinnks are good, but not super amazing. Yet, they can pretty much make anything and this customization is awesome, especially because I don't think they charge extra for customizations. Everyone has always been friendly and speed of service is pretty typical. I just can't figure out why I don't love this place. Maybe it's the location -- it's in a new retail space in the middle of a bunch of construction and empty roads near a newly built Southland church campus. It's kind of awkward. But, once the space has more business and buildings it will feel less awkward. I'm also not fond of the neon colored decor or the seating. Oh, Biggby does have a rewards card and I've used it almost a dozen times. I still don't understand how it works, though. Keep an eye out for coupons and BOGO deals! Those Bragels, though. Better espresso than Starbucks (it's considerably stronger but not especially bitter, I order the medium latte because it has 10 oz. of milk per shot, whereas the small and large each have 8 oz. per shot, and it's a little strong for me). The bagel sandwiches are great! So much better than the packaged, mediocre Starbucks offerings. They make them from scratch and it shows. Yummy. The interior is kind of A Clockwork Orange Korova Milk Bar, if that means anything to you. (I.e., futuristic and weird). Wouldn't be my choice but it's not a big deal. Super nice employees. It's a chain but it feels like a local place. read more

Nice addition to the coffee draught in Georgetown. They have the basics of flavored caffeinated drinks as well as a latte of the day. Their cold coffee offerings are one variety of iced coffee and a nitro cold brew (which they didn't have ready yet as this was their first day in business). For hot coffee I saw a counter of at least 5 different types of brewed coffee pots. Everyone was friendly but their ordering system was a bit odd and confusing. When ordering the menu tells you to order something like "iced, 24 ounce, vanilla latte" but when picking up the order they call out "triple, super vanilla bean latte". It seemed like 20oz = double, 24 = triple, etc so assuming that just meant the number of espresso shots. We tried the caramel marvel which was good and the plain iced coffee which was decent. read more

I usually get an iced or blended drink here. But I wanted something less sweet. So I decided on a hot cappuccino. It took forever to actually get a sip of it. I bought a 24oz drink and got less than 20oz. It was mostly foam. I took off the top to look inside and it was filled with coffee grounds. Coming from a coffee snob they have some work to do. A lot of their drinks are nothing but sugar. They need some sugar free flavors. read more

Decided to use my coupons to try Biggby Coffee. I really enjoyed over two days I had the Carmel Marvel frozen with extra shot. Usually Starbucks the extra shot melts the drink but this one blended in well and added enough espresso flavor to balance the sweet of the Carmel. Second day I had the cold brew, flavor was good and not bitter. For Breakfast sandwiches I had the sausage, egg, and cheese, once on Asiago and second day on everything. They were the best fast food breakfast I have had in years, the bagels have cream cheese on base and sausage is not too mellow, all melty in aluminum foil. My favorite was Asiago as the bagel blended well with cheese inside. Highly recommend giving it a shot. read more

I was impressed on my first visit to BIGGBY. The drive-through line was long but went very quickly. I tried a hot caramel marvel latte with whipped cream and it was delicious!! The new Apple cider is very good! Also I genuinely think it's the best coffee in town, with like 20 coffee places available I'd pick here over the others. Also I've never had bad service. The bragels are so on point I had to get the good to remake at home. The turkey and havarti cheese on the everything bagel is what I'm referring too. Don't go here! You will wait 20 minutes in the drive through line, get to the window to find out they have lost your order. Then have to repeat your order two times for then your order to only be half right and cold! I've tried going a few times and leave disappointed every time! read more

This coffee shoppe is amazing. I currently do door dash to make some extra cash and this morning was the first morning that I had been to this establishment. I went through the drive thru to pick up the orders that were placed and I also ordered an iced coffee with hazelnut with cream and sugar. Normally coffee doesn't agree with my stomach at all especially when made with 2% milk but this did not bother me at all. I will definitely be going back to have some more wonderful coffee from these girls. read more

Ordered a toasted everything bagel with cream cheese and coconut flavored coffee thru grub hub. Order arrived and the bagel was ice cold. Never was toasted, ok I'll toast it myself I guess. The cream cheese was expired, the coffee was cold and I ordered hot coffee. Coffee tasted old. Guess I learned the hard way. First and last time I'll order from them. read more

So happy to have this option in Georgetown. I've lived here for over 20 years and have never had a place to get a quick bagel and coffee in the morning. On our first visit we got 2 lattes, a bagel and a sausage egg and cheese bagel sandwich. All were good. I will agree with another reviewer that your staff should call things what you want us to call them when we order. If I order the way you ask me to, don't call out something totally different and expect me to know it's mine. A tip for new customers: Look down at the counter prior to ordering. There is a sheet there called "Traditions" where you will find more basic drinks and much better prices. I'm a iced coffee with milk and sugar person, but ended up with a Mocha Mocha latte in a smaller size for twice the price because I didn't see the Traditions menu until I'd already ordered. It should be up on the wall with everything else. We attempted to go back the following day (Sunday) and the drive thru line was around the building and didn't seem to be moving. We saw 4 people give up, pull out of line and leave before we did the same. It's good that they are busy, but it seems like they need to work on moving the line through a bit better.
