When we received part of our order the hash browns and meat were raw. I asked them for a pancake for my baby that I had order 2 hours ago and the girl literally burned it. I was told I wasn't going to be charge for drinks. And, that I was going to get a discount for the wait. When I ask for the ticket to pay I was charged full price. We love waffle house! But by far this one has been the best one we've been to our whole trip across I 10 from Arizona all the way to Florida. Our waitress was wonderful, charming and happy; the food was excellent and we were able to park our 24 foot trailer with ease. read more

This is in specific reference to the night crew at this fine establishment, who cook a decent burger, but are quite literally thieves-- Dear "Kita" or "Keeta", who insisted that my bill was $10 more than it actually should be, and wouldn't hear me out or explain why my total was adding up as such other than looking at me as if I was insane, then dismissing me with a mumbled "you got all of those toppings, that's the price"--here's a quick math lesson for you, so you can ensure that you charge customers the actual amount they purchase, as opposed to pocketing the extra, unexplained $10 you tell them their bill is, in addition to the generous tip that was left on a to-go order: Texas Bacon patty melt: $7.70 x 3 = $23.10 Additional small hash brown: $2 Additional hash brown toppings for (4) total hash browns: 50¢ x 4 for first topping = $2 40¢ x 5 for additional toppings = $2 SUBTOTAL: $29.10 8.75% Tax: $2.55 $23.10 + $2 + $2 + $2 + $2.55 = GRAND TOTAL: $31.64 Making sense now, dear? I'll start by saying they were in the weeds with people when we came in. All the empty seats except one were dirty. One of the cooks came and took our drink order and got our silverware... which was nice. We ordered our regular... but didn't get our regular. We order our hash browns extra crispy, but got all most raw for one of them. I ordered them with onions... but got cheese. My chicken sandwich was missing toppings... I am including the menu photo for comparison. I will say this... the three cooks were more friendly and helpful than the waitstaff and manager. read more

My group and I waited almost an hour for our food, the waitress that served us was terrible, she took forever to give us our drinks. Once one of my friend got his food and was putting ketchup on his food she took it away from him and gave him hot sauce and was like what kinda "Race are you"... she then proceeded to hit a vape infront of us and said yeah this is how much i care about this job! When trying to pay for the food she told my friend "sit your ass down i didn't even calculate yet".... Our cook on the other hand was amazing! read more

I've been to this Waffle House in the past the cook was always friendly and would have a conversation with me and other patrons and the food is pretty good. I dont know what is going on but this is the 2nd time I've been to Waffle House and went to the register to place to go order like the sign says while I waited for help one the waitress was washing some dishe's and didn't say anything so as I waited for about 10 minutes more patrons came in and stood back away from the counter and register. The waitress stopped washing dishes and looked pass me an asked them if they were waiting on a table to open or place a go order. The waitress asked them to come down to the end of the counter and she would take their order away from where I was waiting to place my order, I felt like I didn't exist or she didn't want to take my order I don't know what is going on with Waffle House but this is the 2nd time I could not get service so I will not ever set foot in another Waffle House. Well for starters, the silverware came to us not rolled but rather in a small cup of boiling hot water. we literally sat there for an hour, after our companions got their food, for ours to never come. The place is was dead, so zero excuse. And to be honest the waitstaff do not seem to be concerned with their hygiene :( read more

my boyfriend and I came here to eat while we were out for errands, just a quick stop in to grab a bite. our waitress took 10 minutes to even approach our table and when she finally did, her voice was too low to comprehend anything she was saying. after we ordered our drinks and our food, it took her another near 10 minutes to bring a chocolate milk and coke and the food followed immediately after. keep in mind, there were only 3 other tables in the entire restaurant. now here's the part where it gets kinda messy, my boyfriend ordered the 5 star, typical. he asked for his hash browns to be covered and topped (cheese and chili) and for crispy bacon. I ordered a simple biscuit with gravy and a side of sausage. his came out with no chili on the hash browns and his bacon was soggy. mine came out cold and my sausage was raw in the middle. when he asked for a side of chili to put on his hash browns which was in fact on our ticket and we were already charged for, she tried to grab his plate which he was eating off of and he stopped her and said just bring it in a small bowl and she snapped up and said "well that's going to cost more then" and then he said never mind and ate his hash browns without chili. I proceeded to ask for my sausage to get up cooked and she took the plate with an extremely dramatic sigh and an eye roll. when she returned with the sausage she ended up dropping them on the table and said "my bad" and walked away. by the time we were done eating, his waffle finally made it to the table. long story short, the food was improperly cooked and the wait staff was incredibly rude. I suggest going anywhere else but here, not eating/starving probably would have gone better for us. read more
