Waffle House is not just a restaurant, it is a Waffle Home. This Waffle house is a fine example of its kind. Food and service are above par. No nonsense that you see at some locations. Food comes out fast and accurate. Bacon consistency isn't the best hence the 4 stars but I think that might be more on the supplier's end than the cooks. All around, good Waffle house. read more

Waited for almost an hour for my online order just to leave without my food. The manager said that they have to take care of the in store customers before they can do online orders. I told her I've been waiting in the store and she said there is nothing that she can do and she doesn't know when the food will be ready. Me and a friend visited this waffle house on 2/14/25, 1st waitress (Kim) asked, are we ready to order, I said "I am ", my friend said, she need a minute, Kim walked away and did not take my order. Never returning. Waitress named Megan came over and took our order. Our entire order was messed up. After explaining with Megan she took off 1 item we did not ask for. We also figured Megan was new, finding out later it was her 1st day. After Megan took off the item, Kim the other waitress approached Megan to ask what was said. So Kim told her to put the item back on our check. My friend asked to speak to Kim and guess what Kim said, I'll get you the supervisor, oooh we thought you was the supervisor. After speaking to the manager and explaining Megan was awesome as a 1st day employee and we let her know one day at a time and when I come back, she will be the best. And then Kim can mind her business and let the supervisor do his job. Megan your personality and your mannerism was the greatest keep up the good work. read more

We have been eating at this Waffle House for around 20 years. Lately with the new staff, we have walked out twice due to no one coming to even take our order. This is sad because 3 waitstaff made eye contact, but did not say anything. These were not during peak hours. We really miss the friendly atmosphere from before. read more

The place was dirty, kinda looked like a scene from Monster where Aileen Wuornos would woo her victims. The service was poor (the people were nice though just too much phone touching and making waffles at the same time for my liking except for the lady that called everyone baby...she was delightful), she also cooked the food which was also delicious for Waffle House standards sprinkled it with love. Any of these negative reviews I vehemently dispute!!!! I've been going here since I moved here a year and a half ago. This is the best Waffle House I've been to! (And I've been to many). This Waffle House has consistently been a friendly positive experience, almost like Cheers where everybody knows your name lol. I do the covered and smothered consistently and it's always the same-very good. The place is always clean, the servers are always friendly! Left and drove over to Grayson Waffle House and they gladly took my order. By the way left a 20 dollar tip each time cause they were so pleasant. came to this location on Sunday , was packed, but i will tell you i cannot remember the last time i saw a Waffle house this well staffed, at least 9 people working, including an obvious floor manager calling out orders, and keeping things moving. We were in and out, food was cooked perfectly.. A FAR CRY from the location in Grayson that we normally visit with 3 employees under 28.. this will be my new location, I cannot take any of the negative reviews to heart as I am very picky myself, and I have no one negative thing to say about this location. even the restroom was super clean. read more

The business at this Waffle House was AMAZING they worked very hard they were fun and it felt like family! But most important was the RESTROOMS WERE CLEAN! I strongly suggest that you ignore the old reviews for this location. My husband and I are self proclaimed WH connoisseurs and frequent this location for our breakfast dates. We literally pass four locations in the Snellville area just to come here. This was some of the worst service we have ever had. When we first walked in a lot of the tables were dirty, and stayed that way until we walked out (45 minutes later). I asked to have a fresh pot of decaf coffee made and she didnt do that brought out a cold cup of coffee, when we asked for a new cup she said ok and never came back. We attempted waving her down and another waitress that was there and neither of them paid any mind to us. We got the cook, Bill's attention and he helped us out. If I could give 0 stars I would I we here on Sunday night 12_06_15 at 530 pm and the service was terrible all the way around the cook and or waitress screwed up my order 4 that's right 4 different times on a all star breakfast! And I never even got my waffle! Then had the gall to charge me full price for my meal. I have lived in loganville for five years and used to eat here every week without fail. I will never eat here again. I know waffle house dosent give a crap or they would not hired such a sorry waitress. I usually love WH but this location was awful. First & last time that I'll eat at this Waffle House. Staff was unfriendly, bacon was burned, and was charged $1.75 for my glass of ice water.
