They could have just put it in a slightly larger cup and I would have felt better for what they charged (considering they still paid for the wasted product), like they use to do in the days gone by, but when you have children running your store they have no ability to think about the perception from the customer. I found it on Yelp and it was in a nondescript strip mall on Route 40. The young lady that greeted us was our server as well as the cashier. She was very hands on and on the ball. We both opted for the Western Omelet. Dave's had a side of toast and bacon and I had home fries and a small biscuit and gravy. The food was good and tasty and I brought my leftovers for Freckles. The positive side of this review is that there was plenty of parking for our RV. We were able to leave the generator on, so that Freckles was in air conditioning. It's very hot and dry here almost as bad as Florida minus the rain. The reason for only three stars was the shabbiness of the seats in the booths. They were all ripped and had tape on them. These ingredients seem to be the cheapest that can possibly be found in North America, and are now being served by Central and/or South Americans. I actually watched a hispanic guy and an asian murmuring between themselves trying desperately to understand what a grilled cheese sandwich is. REALLY!? We eventually go two pieces of toast with a slice of cheese between them. Most of our food was left on the table, as was our innocence at the idea that Bob's was ever gonna be decent food again. It's been almost four years and I can still remember what I ate, because it was that good. From what I remember, the service is kind of a high school lunchroom type where you go through and pick out the food that you want. Then you grab a table with your food. From what I remember, the place was clean, quiet, and very family friendly. I wouldn't have a problem taking anything from a date to a newborn baby here. I will admit that I have particularly fond memories of this place that might be skewing my review just a tad. But either way, I will make an effort to go back there the next time I'm anywhere close to Conway.
