24/7 sit down service which was what my party was looking for a late night quick bite to eat. Our server was amazing! He was very attentive and quick. Our food was ordered and out within a few minutes. The chocolate chip waffle was so delicious. The inside of the restaurant was clean and there were accessible restrooms and on site parking lot. Hannah is not professional. I was ignored as I stood and waited for her to finish her conversations before she took my to go order. She had two other customers sitting off in the distance that got up and left because she ignored them. Finally, my order had been done and I waited another 10 minutes before anybody realize how long I was standing around. Disrespectful and not in keeping with Waffle House standards. read more

service was absolutely terrible, guy who took our order was very rude, got mad that a we ordered for a baby, scribbled out the order threw the paper on the ground, groaned and then turned back around in anger. Throughout the rest of our experience was throwing buckets, plates and cups and would ignore us. Served us a raw waffle, and then never got a replacement and attempted to charge us for a remake of the waffle that we didn't eat. Would not recommend. We stopped by about 9pm on Sunday night. We walked in to an empty restaurant and the sole employee taking out the trash. He came in and said we couldn't be served because the server just left and it was only him there. So we were forced to go elsewhere. And to top it off we watched him go straight to stacking clean dishes after taking the trash out and he never washed his hands. Gross! read more

A quick stop between destinations. The place was immaculate. People were Uber friendly from what I'm used to being a New Yorker. Staff was very helpful and actually taught us a thing. We need a quick but filling lunch (daughter failed to fuel up before we had a vet appointment) and Waffle House is about as convenient as it gets for a quick stop. Our server was friendly and competing. He refilled our drinks right on cue and never once did we have to wonder where he was. I decided to take a chance on Waffle House based on an average of 3.5 stars.... bad decision :-( I thought the service was going to be good with the lady who took my order but she said she wasn't the usual server. The usual server took over which is what the rating represents. Patrick doesn't really seem to get it. He brought each item out one at a time and not in a time-frame suitable for eating the entire breakfast together. He didn't pay attention to the drink and when I asked for a refill on my iced tea, he brings a glass back with just the recently made tea (hot) with no ice. I'm not sure if he was new or what, but standard logic would seem to kick in if a person ordered iced tea, you probably wouldn't want to give it to them hot. Anyway, the service pretty much stayed the same throughout. The waffle tasted a lot like those continental breakfasts waffles you get in cheap hotel/motels and the ham tasted too strange to eat it all. The hash browns were decent and the eggs were made right, so all was not lost :-) Unless you're just desperate for some breakfast and nothing in a 100 mile radius (sorry had to exaggerate just a little :-) ) is open, I'd kind of suggest avoiding this place unless you just get eggs and hash browns! read more

Waffle House is an institution. If you are looking for freshly-brewed iced tea, satisfactory service and a somewhat clean table.... this is your place to eat at because the food is just that good. The price is perfect and the choice of food is great for anyone. I would come here every day if I could, but I don't live in Waffle House cities. read more

Im typically not a big waffle house fan, but this location has changed that. I fly in and out of this side of the airport and it is easy access, fast service and good food cooked right. Granted, it had been many years since we had last visited the house of Waffles, but I think it rocked my world. The staff was very friendly and you got the wide variety of quirky locals in jumpsuits and sequins. My only complaint was above the kitchen are the rules and regulations which basically say no racism will be tolerated. My husband overheard one fellow tossing the dreaded "N" word around like a punctuation and that's not cool..but none of the staff seemed to want to kick the guy out. :/ The waffles were vanilla hinted and soft and delicious, the hash browns, although my order was wrong, were awesome, so I can't complain. This is the most ghetto Waffle House there is. They leave they phone off the hook to keep from being bothered by customer. They sweep under your feet while you you are eating, and would not stop even when you ask them too. And the place was trashed like it was a food fight just before was walked in. The waitress was very considerate of putting everything out of my 1 year olds reach and kept coming back to get the plates we weren't using out of our way!
