She was warm, understanding, and genuinely funny, turning what could have been a stressful moment into something easy and even enjoyable. She handled everything with kindness and grace, and it set the tone for the evening ahead. A couple of days before our reservation, we received a confirmation call from James--but not the typical kind. He asked thoughtful, personal questions: who my guest would be, our water preferences (yes, really), allergies, absolute no-go foods, and even a song that held meaning to us. At that point, our curiosity was fully piqued. When we arrived, the space immediately stands out. It's very dark--blacked-out windows, black walls, black ceiling--and it's all completely intentional. Before the meal began, Kelleanne explained that the goal is to create an intimate dinner party atmosphere, where you forget the outside world and fully immerse yourself in the experience. And it works. It really works. At your seat, you're given what feels like an invitation--that's your menu for the evening.
