Although it was very busy, the service, and food was great. Traditional two egg breakfast, hash browns sausage bowl and coffee.

It was starting to storm out so we thought we would get dinner…read more So this was our pick for the night. We had the pleasure of having a server named Brett. He was friendly and very knowledgeable about the menu. A great waiter. I ordered the French onion. Soup. It is very good here. I got the spicy chili chicken appetizer as my dinner. The soup was excellent, hearty broth and was not lacking cheese at all! Very good. The chicken was tender but I was not crazy about the sauce. I loved the chicken, I think next time I'd request no sauce and just use a hot sauce on them. There was 3 of us and we all enjoyed our food. We recommend the food! And recommend the excellent service we received from Brett. Make sure to ask for him, he is on the ball for refills as well as anything else you may need. We will for sure be back. We did order takeout a couple months ago and I have to say they had everything correct and we all enjoyed the dinner. This was before my Dad passed away and he was not eating good but he ate very good that night. We will for sure go back inside and we would do take out again if needed. They have been here now about a year. Happy to see they are doing good there and have good help. Great job longhorn!!

Let me start by saying that I will be back here. There's nothing like this anywhere close by. That…read moresaid, it's a little pricey for Pace and for the quality of the tapas. We had the tenderloin tips with chimichurry and while the flavor was good, it was not cooked right. It was a little watery. Also had the bbq shrimp wrapped in bacon. That was excellent. But 6 shrimp for $18 is a bit much. The pesto feta dip was mostly feta dip, not much pesto. The Brussel sprouts were very good. Our server Sam is very engaged and made the visit very positive. You need to give her a raise. Drinks were also very good and trendy. I will say the chocolate Blackberry Bread pudding is the best dessert I've had in a long time even if it needed more chocolate. Like I said, we will be back and we will enjoy it but I hope they kick up the quality of the food a bit to make up for the prices. All said, good job Pace!

Unfortunately, each visit seems to reinforce the same issues rather than show improvement. The biggest concern is the overall culture and customer experience. Interactions with staff have often felt unprofessional, dismissive, and at times outright toxic. A welcoming atmosphere starts with the people representing the business, and that has consistently been lacking. The food and service are equally inconsistent. One visit might be acceptable, while the next brings long wait times. Went for a girls night and waited 35 minutes to be waited on and a drink order. Was not busy and attempted to order food at the same time which was told they did not have. Mind you this was at 6:00. Although there are not many options in Pace do not waste your time or money.

Goat Lips Chew & Brew House feels like the kind of place that was designed after someone said,…read more"What if every room had a different personality and the backyard never ended?" And honestly? The vibe is the star here. This place is wildly eclectic in the best way. A huge outdoor area that feels built for lingering, laughing, and losing track of time, plus a maze of themed rooms inside that make every turn feel like you accidentally walked into a different bar. It's unique, memorable, and exactly the kind of place you want to love before the food even hits the table. The service definitely helped that cause. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely pleasant from start to finish. Then the pretzel appetizer arrived and apparently chose violence. The beer cheese sauce had the consistency of warm yellow water and somehow even less personality. The pretzel itself tasted like it had been baptized in butter but still came out bland, which is honestly an achievement. I didn't know something could be both greasy and forgettable, but here we are. Thankfully, I was aggressively encouraged to order the club sandwich. "You HAVE to get it," they said. For once, the hype mostly paid off. The bread was toasted beautifully, full of crunch and flavor, and the sandwich as a whole really worked. Now, the meat? Let's just say it had strong gas station cold-cut energy. Perfectly edible, nothing offensive, but nobody's writing songs about it. That said, the mayo situation deserves its own fan club. There's some kind of mustard-seasoned magic happening in that spread, and it absolutely carries the whole sandwich across the finish line. Honestly, give me that toast cut into strips and a bowl of that sauce, and I'm a happy man. Forget the turkey, let me dip carbs directly into whatever wizardry they whipped up back there. So where does Goat Lips land? A place with a killer atmosphere, great service, one appetizer that should be investigated, and one sandwich condiment worthy of applause. The experience averages out exactly where the stars do: right down the middle. Three stars. Goat Lips is average food wrapped in an unforgettable setting, which somehow makes the whole thing more fun than it probably deserves.
