Also the angle hair pasta was cooked just right. So in one dish, Marlow's avoided the 3 pitfalls of most non-Italian restaurants when they try pasta, good sauce/not too much cheese/properly cooked pasta (angle hair is often over-cooked because it is so thin). The noodles were well done, the chicken well flavored and cooked, and the gravy was nicely doled out, unlike most places that like to bury the product underneath. Once again, well done.
