For example, any perching whatsoever for the birds is a basic requirement that this store greatly lacks. Please if you can purchase these animals and give them a great home then do so, but if not then really think about and look at the treatment of these amazing creatures. I generally go there when I experience some sort of problem with my animals. I have a 90 gallon tank with goldfish, some plecos and a South American cichlid, a 180 gallon tank with 5 red ear slider turtles, and 3 cats. Isiah has expertise in all of the animals I own, and many more. Not only is my tank still stocked because of him, but he goes out of his way to remember his customers too! There have been no disappointments~ Only thing I'd say is a downside is the fact that he gets really busy at times because everyone knows that he knows everything. Sometimes you have to wait a little while to get to him and ask your question. Other than that, Isiah is hands down the most knowledgeable pet store manager I have ever met. I highly recommend going to this branch particularly, not only for Isiah, but because the other associates are also very friendly and have great customer service. It's always a pleasant shopping experience.

We bought a sweet female Shih Poo, Carly from Zoorama. Sadly, just five months after bringing Carly home, the vet diagnosed her with a serious progressive kidney disease. She died only six years later, which was heartbreaking and unexpected. It's so upsetting that Zoorama cared more about making money than about the health of their animals. They charged high prices but didn't make sure their breeders were responsible. Because of this, we ended up with a very sick puppy, and our family suffered. I'm very disappointed in Zoorama's dishonest practices which only ceased after the law went into effect.

In general, when you take your dog for their first check-up they may have common things like an ear infection or gastro issue. Highly recommend purchasing pet insurance 2-weeks before you take home your furbaby, as they have waiting periods of about 2 - weeks and so anything the vet catches in that time they won't cover or cover sometimes in the future. Another thing that helped me was purchasing an older puppy (4 and half months) because then they have all their wellness vaccines usually - reduces costs and makes it a little easier if considering doggy daycare.

I gave her my number while she made my file earlier for drop off. She got the number wrong. Then charged me 30$ for boarding. I usually speak up but in this situation I wanted to and see who I was going to be doing business with. I was literally watching & waiting for her to take corrective measures and show integrity.
