I started bringing my dog Marz here after we moved to PHX and I instantly knew this was going to be his forever groomer. This is a small business so you get that 1v1 amazing customer service, Marz' hair cut is always perfect and he smells amazing, and all of the dogs tails seriously are always wagging. My dog runs to Heidi when he comes in for a bath (and he hates baths at home haha). All in all, we're so happy that this business exists. This review is solely for daycare. We called and scheduled daycare for socialization after speaking with a staff member who confirmed our dog would be placed with another K9 during her day trip. When we arrived to pick her up, they did not know where our dog was in the facility, the dog we were told she would be with was in the large main holding area alone and our dog was in a small (5x5) caged space isolated from the other animals. The woman behind the counter knew immediately I was upset and her tone became extremely defensive. She tried to redirect my attention and set different expectations regarding my dogs experience. As a shelter foster, I have worked with enough daycares and animal groups to gauge which are appropriately handling animals and this is not one. read more

PHENOMENAL, I absolutely adore this facility and so does my pup. He is an adult rescue with an unknown background and struggles to trust people. Wagging tails took steps with us to not only get him comfortable with the facility but trust the staff. He loves the staff here and is happy to see them when he is boarding or grooming. My first experience with wagging tails was awesome. My groomer asked so many questions to ensure what she did was what I wanted. My second however was terrible. I was asked no questions the groomer came got my dog and took her back. This is our second time getting a groom since the adoption so I am still fairly new to this. When I picked up my dog she looked terrible. I almost cried. What my groomer did was not good. My dog looks awful and not like herself. When a human goes to a salon the stylist doesn't normally do whatever she wants. Lots of questions are asked. I am very dissatisfied this second time around. I won't be returning. read more

My Husky has been coming here for years and they do a great job. They do nails on a walk in basis but i suggest appointments.

The first time I gave them a shot, the appointment was at 2:30. Once 4:30 rolled around, they hadn't even started on my dog. Once I got my dog home, she started coughing like she had a hairball stuck in throat for 4 days straight. I gave them a 2nd chance, called a month ago to book with them. Now they called me 2hrs before the appointment to say they don't have a groomer for my dog. read more

I took my dog there to get groomed and this poor mark on my pup! I didn't get a call or even a heads up. I called to complain and they denied it and then became incredibly rude when I told them there is no other way he could have gotten that besides them (literally the same day). Unless you want to get your loving pet hurt I wouldn't suggest going here. The staff and management could care less how they treat your pet. They didn't refund me or pay my vet bill after telling them I had to take him in. The vet described this being a burn mark or cut from clippers. Update to owners review. I have added photos of the "puncture wounds" that they are denying. I also want to state that I did give my groomer gratuity due to asking the customer pay for the service before actually seeing your pet. As for seeming satisfied when I left the place of business, I am not sure any person would inspect their pet for wounds after taking their pet to the groomer. This post is 1.5 months later due to having a newborn. I would never even think of coming back to their business but it is clear how important customer service is by reading the response of the owner. read more
