So upsetting and frustrating! The doc is only at this clinic on certain days, with my busy schedule, I tried to work it out. I have canceled and rescheduled, but they were going to charge me almost $300 for it! ( never heard of this!) When the scheduler told me this, I thought I needed to think about it, I said I would call back. My appointment was the next day, I didn't call back cause I was just going to use my lunch time from work to get to this appointment, I did not need to reschedule or cancel. So I got off work, didn't have lunch, went to the clinic only to find out that my appointment got canceled. The lady at the reception wanted me to reschedule and of course she would have to collect the $300! So I told her, I'll go somewhere else. Why can't they be flexible with scheduling? And why do the have to collect money for changing the schedule?!

I love this office!…read more Bright and cherry office, happy vibe. Everyone I have interacted with has been warm and courteous, and they go above and beyond to accommodate my schedule. The dental hygienists I've had are warm, explain the plan of care and are concerned about my comfort. My dentist is friendly, unrushed and gives me time to ask questions.

Springbrook said one of my daughters needed 8 fillings replaced! I needed a filling and my other child needed 3! I was shocked and skeptical. Got a second opinion (from U-District Smiles) and they said we had no issues! Something smells fishy at Springbrook. Don't go there. Wish I could get my money back as I just don't trust anything from them. Did they even clean my teeth correctly or take the correct x-rays? Terrible!

She tried to tell me I needed a bunch of extra appointments for more procedures that would have cost way too much. For the first appointment, the dentist was late and my partner had to use the bathroom, when my partner had finished, her things were at the reception desk and the dentist was nowhere to be found to give her any guidance on how to use the sleep apnea at-home test. Fast forward to today, my partner went to get a crown and was only told AFTER her tooth was already ground down that this was only a temporary crown. Had we known that this would only be a temporary crown, we wouldn't have scheduled her dentist appointment a week before Thanksgiving. There was zero anticipatory guidance before the temporary crown was place or even during. My partner had to advocate for herself as far as what she could eat (nothing chewy like bread or sandwiches a week before Thanksgiving, great) and only got that advice because she had to pester the dentist for it. The dentist said to only chew with one side of her mouth, which makes me wonder if she would've had said anything had we not asked. The dentist didn't give any explanation before doing anything, my partner had to ask all the questions and the lack of communication was so astounding that I had to check with my friend that this was indeed the same dentist due to their very differing experiences. Not only that, but my partner was quoted $600 for the crown placement but ended up having to pay $1000 because they repaired a cracked filling that they never even mentioned having to repair in addition to the crown. My partner was not prepped at all for what this appointment would entail and we were very disappointed with how everything went down. Terrible communication, zero anticipatory guidance, would not recommend in the slightest.

My daughter who is now 3 has seen Dr. Rothwell twice for check ups…read more -Waiting area has lots of toys and books for kids to play with. -During the appointment, they offer kids sunglasses to block the bright light -There's a tv screen with DVD player hanging above the seat, so kids can watch a movie during their exam. They also provide headphones -At the end of the visit, they give the child a couple of "coins" for a toy vending machine near the lobby. The "prizes" are a small toy or sticker. -The staff know how to work with kids. Explain what they are doing in an age-appropriate manner. Overall, we've had great experiences with Dr. Rothwell's office. We've never waited more than about 5 minutes after arriving. They offer after-school appointments, which is great with my daughter's nap. Highly recommend them.

However after my initial visit to have my teeth cleaned and a checkup, I left feeling pretty darn glad with the new dentist! The technology at this office is amazing. X-rays, CAT scan, video of my mouth. I felt confident that every possible problem was detected. The hygienist was very efficient and personable. Dr Slagle came in and gave me a great overview of my dental situation. He's a young and well trained dentist. I knew I had an old filling that needed replacing. He immediately spotted that and we made an appointment to replace it. I returned today for that appointment. Went perfectly smoothly and pain free. I was in and out in less than 40 minutes. I highly recommend this dentist. I'm so happy we got referred to him.

I was also really impressed at the technology offered that makes things so convenient. I currently use a scan box to take scans of my bite and aligners each week so Dr. Lovrovich can see the progress virtually and provide continuous feedback while limiting my visits to the office. The office has also made modifications for covid precautions so I always feel safe going during Covid. Highly recommend!
