It was a very challenging job due to the awkward angles of the custom vanity but he made it work. Just a little background, my neighbor who is an engineer and has built homes tried to replace the faucet stem for me but wasn't able to, even after calling in his experienced uncle. It turns out that Gabe was able to recognize the newer design on the faucet and pop it right out. The only problem is that it works so well!, that I now realize I need to replace the other three stems which are starting to also freeze up. First, they had an easy reservation system for online booking, I received a personal check in to confirm the appointment, they sent me a text to notify me when my technician Roby was on the way (and even included a photo so I knew who to expect at my door, which is much appreciated)! Just all around great communication and prompt responses from their office. Next, my technician Roby was so kind, knowledgeable and efficient. I appreciated that he was not only able to identify the problem quickly, but he explained what might have contributed to my garbage disposal needing replacement to avoid recurring issues in the future. While he was here, he also quickly fixed my toilet and even went above and beyond and helped me install my toilet seat when he saw that I had a new one sitting in the box in the corner of my bathroom! Armando saved us from a $6,200 nightmare and fixed the actual problem in ONE HOUR…read more We moved into our new home over a month ago and have had three other plumbing companies come out for a hot water issue at our bathtub. The last company quoted us $6,200 to redo the entire line. We were devastated. A friend of my husband's recommended Armando, he came out same day, and within an hour the problem was completely fixed for a couple hundred dollars. Here's the kicker: the issue was the mixing valves, located right under the sink next to the tub. The previous company not only (intentionally?!) missed it entirely, they also kinked our line underneath AND left a wet rag inside our kitchen ceiling after cutting it open for no reason. Armando found all of it. He sat with us in real time and dialed the water temperature to exactly what we wanted, explaining everything as he went so we actually understood what had happened and why.
