We sat down for dinner and called the 800# for emergency service. Within 20 minutes, the rep had us on the phone with the Penske service center on S Creek Road. James, at the Penske facilty, gave us directions to drive to their location, and urged us to finish our dinner, that they'd be there until midnight. We arrived close to 11:30 (we got a little lost in the unfamiliar area) but he a new mirror waiting, and had it swapped out in less than 5 minutes. What a relief after a long day on the road!
