Service 3 stars Meat 4 stars Sides. 1 star We came on a Monday at 6pm. Only 1 family was inside eating. Lady at the counter wasn't rude or friendly. The person delivering the food to the table was nice. We ordered ribs (3.5 stars) they were a little dry, not much smokey flavor, but the seasoning was good. We also got a brisket (4.5 stars) great flavor, super tender, to much fat marbling for me. Sides - a good BBQ need to have good sides. Mac-n-cheese (3 stars) it was very runny BBQ beans (3.5 stars) great flavor but served room temp Potato salad (3 stars) to much relish or pickle Corn bread (2 stars) no flavor No wet napkins - this is a must for eating bbq with your fingers

Great food and service. Stopped by after work and heard a lot about this place so I had to check it out. Right off Moffet Blvd on 101 is where it's located with minimal parking. Got the regular tri tip meal with potato salad & Mac and cheese and cokes with corn bread. Trip tip was tender and juicy. Potato salad wasn't too bad but it was flavorful. Mac and cheese were really good. Not soggy or too much cheese at all. The cornbread was crispy on the edges and really buttery. Must try bbq place in Mountain View.

The service was very quick, I enjoyed their sides! They have a lot of seating! I got the two meat combo with Mac and cheese and potato salad.

Brisket, burnt ends, Mac and cheese, chili, and corn bread!

The locals and regulars are going to hate me for this, but this American BBQ spot tucked away in the corner of the city is such a gem. The brisket is honestly the best I've ever had and the burnt ends were just right. Not to mention the buttered cornbread is baked just right.

Dinner- started to get busy 10 mins after ordering :)

Was in the area and decided BBQ was a good option for dinner. Wagon Wheel BBQ has been in my bookmarks for a while and decided to give it a try. Order at the counter, seat yourself and food brought out. Decided on the Two Meat Combos with 3 sides: :: Brisket and Burnt Ends Brisket was tender, not overly seasoned and delicious. Burnt ends were (IMO) not my thing - tough leathery, dry pieces smothered in bbq sauce - a meat left behind! 2.5/5 :: Brisket and Pork Ribs - both good options and would stick with that next time. Sides: Mac n cheese - creamy cheese and tasty, Cole slaw was enjoyed. Beans were a bit undercooked and sweet (like they used the bbq sauce), garlic bread or corn bread. Decent options Overall, 3.5 stars...recommend the ribs and brisket...avoid the burnt ends based on my experience tonight. Realized spot is the sister spot to Redwood City BBQ and South Winchester BBQ as they have the same recognizable menu items and bottled BBQ sauce. Small parking lot in front and right off Moffett Blvd from Highway 101 near NASA Ames Research Center. Average price/person with no drink: $32 with tax and tip

Got ton of takeout for 8 people. Ordering online was easy, with curbside pickup available. Food was ready on time, well-packed with butter and honey for the cornbread, and they were great asking whether we needed utensils and plates. MEATS 1 lb tri tip - stole the show, you can see how juicy it is Full rack ribs - falling off the bone tender, though wish there was more going on with the rub 2 lb brisket - we expected to be a crowd fave so I ordered extra but was actually a bit dry! Good strip of fat and crust though. Wonder if an off night. 1 lb pulled pork - appreciated the mix of textures here, though personally wish I had some Carolina Vinegar bbq sauce with this 1/2 chicken - just had a bite and it was moist, good lighter bbq option SIDES Beans - flavorful Mac n cheese - good texture and v cheesy Potato salad - more seasoned and less creamy than most (which I like) Cornbread - thin like literal slices of bread - cornmeal bread loaf? Not a big fan but significantly improved warmed with butter and honey Farmer's salad - should love this on paper but maybe I didn't like the dressing? Something was off today. I can see myself getting this with tri tip on top and another dressing in the future. Cobbler - simple but surprisingly good, not very sweet, perfect warmed in the oven and served with ice cream. Quite a sizable portion. Highly recommend! Almost everything (all the meats, rubs, sauce, sides except Mac and bread) are gluten free which is great. We had a whole container of meat and cornbread and half the sides leftover.

We got the 3 meat combo, and it came with 2 sides and cornbread. We got chicken, brisket, and pork ribs with potato salad and mac n cheese. We got the food super fast. The cornbread wasn't that special. They have 5 beers on tap and a variety of canned beers. I would definitely get the brisket if we come back. Service was good, and the place smells so good inside. A lot of tables available!

Located on a corner with easy parking. This place had quite a few tables full on a weekday with many people biking over so parking was plenty. We could immediately smell the smoky bbq when we got out of the car and were prepared for a delicious meal. The place is quite large with lots of tables and plenty of seating. The decor is nice too, but it totally bugged me that a couple of the ceiling fans didn't match with the rest. Also the bathroom I used had Italian pictures on the walls which was a little off for a bbq spot. They also have some merch like t-shits for sale. I got a brisket meal, and my fiancee went with tri tip. The food came out quickly which was great because we were both starving! The meat was very tasty, the sides were just ok. I love that they have a local soda on tap with many delicious flavors to choose from.

An absolute hidden gem!! We tried a bit of everything - tri-tip, sausages, ribs, and brisket - and my favorite by far were the briskets although they were all great! Also got some mac and cheese and cole slaw! Amazing place w amazing meats :))

Brisket was too tough, and very dry. For $34 a lb it was not worth it. I, had to take rest home for my dog. However, service was good.

We were craving bbq, especially after hearing a neighborhood favorite just closed down. So we found this place doing an online search. It was a little hidden in a part of Mountain View we don't normally frequent. The restaurant was quaint with ample seating, and clean restrooms. There seemed to be a party room on the side (but it wasn't open at the time of our visit). We went on a weeknight, around 8:15 PM, a little before their 9 PM closing. We were sad to hear they had run out of a lot of menu items, including the brisket, burnt ends, cornbread, etc. Some of them ran out around 5 PM so they didn't even have enough for the dinner crowd! Overall I'd give it 5 stars for the food that they did have (we tried their hot links, tri-tip, and pork ribs, which were all tasty), but 4 stars for the service (it was not very friendly nor helpful for our first time there, but perhaps it was because English wasn't the cashier's first language). Additionally they started cleaning up the restaurant at around 8:30 PM so we're lucky we grabbed some bbq sauce before that. We might consider going back again to try their brisket (which is what we were wanting this time), but would probably call first to make sure they didn't run out. Note: We heard from friends who were there that apparently they often run out in the late afternoons, which begs the question - why don't you just make more?!

    Brisket meal, potato salad, beans

This place hands down has the BEST BBQ in the Bay Area!! The flavoring of the burnt ends were top notch (I wish I had rice) and the brisket was so moist and fatty. Will definitely be back!

pork ribs, lots of meat on the bone!

really tasty bbq! I got the pork ribs and would recommend those. The hogshaw sauce I believe was the name, was good, I added it to everything. I got the 2 meat plate with coleslaw, potato salad, and garlic bread. Everything was good but next time I might get corn bread instead of garlic bread as I feel like it didn't fit with the foods I got. My bf got the 3 meat plate with pork ribs, brisket and tri tip. the brisket was fatty and good, he said next time he's gonna get 2 briskets and 1 tri tip and he wishes the coleslaw was more saucey but I liked the coleslaw the way it was bc I felt healthier lol It was also super cute inside I liked the ambience and then for all the food I got, I think I waited only 3 mins so the service was very very fast. will be returning soon!

It's hard to even pick favorites because literally everything was so good, but if I had to choose, the mac and cheese, cornbread, and ribs definitely stood out. The ribs were suuuuper juicy, tender, and packed with flavor. I'm really picky about mac and cheese, but theirs was SO good -- creamy, flavorful, and with chunks of meat mixed in that made it even better. I think I waited like 10 years to try this place. For me I've tried so many hot pot and kbbq combination places. I think this has become my favorite. They give you the typical 90 minutes to eat for AYCE for about 38 bucks which is a pretty good deal in this day and age, not cheap but not that crazy expensive. I usually get the mala soup base for hot pot but I decided to veer towards a different direction and I went with the tom yum soup flavor and it was good, I usually don't really drink the soup for hot pot but this one I did because it had that lime flavor that I enjoy from tom yum flavor. The meat quality for their hot pot was decent, I think they quality for their hot pot meat was better than their grilled ones but the kbbq meat was still quite good. You order through phone and they have a whole system in place, but one bit of advice it will hell you to check in with your server if one of your orders is taking a while, but they still delivered at the end and service is fairly good here. This place was definitely inspired by Supreme so very 2010s place, which is cool and even though the place looked small from the outside it felt spacious and I didn't even know they had a whole back room with more seating so yeah this place is big. My favorites were the fatty flank and beef fingers for the grill Hot pot the highlight was the soup and their ribeye cuts were delicious Sauce section is to the side and you make your own. But overall pretty good. The bonus is that there is a comp ice cream at the end, they told us that the flavor is different each time. We ended up getting mint chocolate which is hugely underrated ice cream favor. Real ones appreciate the mint!

The location that we went to is located next to Maggiano's Little Italy in Santana Row on Olin Ave. There is a free 2 hour parking structure across of the restaurant where my boyfriend and I parked at. We came during their Lunch Specials (until 4pm) and Happy Hour (from 3-5:30pm) which worked perfectly as we wanted something smaller in portion compared to the dinner portions. We started off with drinks. I got their Pig Ol' Bitties Blonde Ale, and my boyfriend got their Friday Beer & Shot special of This Little Piggy Went to [Mark]et with a 16 oz Dirty Little Pig IPA and a shot of Benchmark whiskey. My fault for having him get a whiskey shot on an empty stomach, though HAHA. He did like how smooth the whiskey was at least! We shared a 2-meat BBQ Lunch Combo Plate, and honestly, we should have gotten 3 meats because of how tender and delicious everything was! We got their Tri Tip and Sliced Brisket with their Garlic Mash and server recommended Sweet Potato Tots. Ahhh, everything was so good! Aside from the tender, flavorful meats, the two sides, especially the garlic mash, were sooooo good. We both loved everything! It was definitely a great choice coming during lunch as we were quite full after ordering one of their happy hour shareables of Chips & Queso (kind of pricey even for happy hour in my opinion for chips and cheese). Honestly wished we got their Chili Cheese Fries or their other fries which were the same price than just chips and dip LOL. But it was a good hold over food with us drinking a bit (at least for me). Shoutout to the only server who was working on a late Friday afternoon as she was doing her best to accommodate everyone + trying to clean up the previous tables. It was kind of sad seeing that the other workers didn't help bus the tables in my opinion. Overall, a great place to watch sports and have some good whiskey as this restaurant is known for their whiskey selections! The lunch BBQ exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely come back for another lunch special meal but probably with 3 meats this time!
