Chicken Katsu with mac salad and rice (oddly tasted like instant rice)

I tried the fish taco combo with salmon and Mahi Mahi on my latest visit. They were both prepared well and very tasty with lots of fish, fresh cabbage, carrot, mangoes and a slightly tangy cream sauce. It also included a very generous portion of their yummy seasoned fries. It was a delicious meal, and I'm looking forward to trying more items from their menu, like one of their Loco Moco options - thinking spam...

We found a different type of restaurant than our usual and we are super happy with the choice. They have a grill, so the seafood is cooked perfectly charred and smoky. Sides were great and the service was friendly. Highly recommend and will come back. I ordered the fish and chips and it hit the spot.

Fish's wild is tucked at the corner of a huge shopping plaza. When you enter, there's ample indoor and outdoor season. You'll order at the front counter, and they'll bring the food out. I got the grilled barramundi (Asian sea bass) plate which was huge!! The fish was ginormous and the sides were also generous. It was filing and it felt like a healthy meal. The meal was homey, but honestly, it wasn't too special. Personally, I feel like I could make it at home, which is why I rate it a 4 and not a 5. Everything met standards, just nothing was too special! Great value though.

This place was delicious! Great seating and portions were bigger than expected! Love that it tasted fresh, and theres even beer and wine options! I got the chicken bbq and katsu combo, my boyfriend got the katsu curry plate. Both were way above expectations! Honestly, the mac salad tasted like it does on hawaii :) you can order by kiosk or register, and there's even booths to sit, which made it a much better experience inside! Also, they gave us metal forks and knives with a ceramic-like plates! Definitely a top pick for us!

Located in Cupertino, parking is plentiful and easy to find. The interior is super quiet. There's no music and the cooks don't make a lot of noise when preparing the food. Chicken katsu curry (4/5): quite spicy but sooo good. The chicken was tender and crispy. The portion was mighty sizable and the veggies were fresh. Tap to pay is accepted. Overall, Fish's wild is a great place for some delicious Asian fusion. The price is a bit high for what you get the quality of the food makes up for it.

Stoped in thinking I was going to order some type of fish as per the name but after seeing they sold Hawaiian food. Bringing from the islands I always gotta try so I went the safe route and got the bbq chicken. First impressions store is clean and quiet with some background radio music. Outside is a nice seating area of 3 tables. Food was quick and came out hot. As all food should be. The bbq chicken was cooked beautifully, still moist yet charred from the grill. Mandated in a lite sauce that brings out the flavor of the chicken thigh. But from here the side were not just disappointing but boarder line uneatable. The rice was dry and flavorless yet had some dark brown seasoning that did it no favors. The Mac was missing that sweet onion taste and had little to no, mayo and cider vinegar. The only reason we did not give 3 stars was the service was good and quick. I'll be back to try the fish plates but I'll be avoiding the side.

I honestly didn't know you could fine a fast food type fish restaurant with such fresh ingredients. My son and I went here for lunch and got fried clams and mahi mahi with veggies and rice. Everything was so fresh and delicious. The decor inside is clean and bright. It's not cheap but worth it for the quality of the food that is freshly prepared to order. Staff is super friendly.

We arrived on a Saturday evening for dinner. The restaurant is located in a nice newer plaza area in Cupertino off the Vallco Parkway close to where Vallco Shopping Mall once stood. Parking is available in the parking garage in the plaza. The restaurant is medium size but maximizes the space efficiently with plenty of booths and tables for dine in. The modern decor is nice and sleek. Whereas the vibe is bustling and welcoming. We ordered the combo of 2 pounds of shrimp with heads on, garlic noodles, and 2 steamed rice. The seafood boil came out in a large silver bowl instead of the usual large clear bag. I found this to be much better in presentation. Everything was so delicious. The captain Loui sauce was so flavorful and sweet. The shrimp were plump and juicy. Garlic noodles were tasty. A couple of saucy yummy corn and potato were found in the bowl which was a good surprise. Overall we enjoyed our experience at Cap't Loui. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The combo options were a great deal. Free Ice cream popsicles for dessert were a nice surprise at the end. We will definitely be back as their seafood boil is one of the better options in the South Bay.

We really enjoy going to the Cupertino location as we prefer the vibe and delightful ambiance. We were greeted kindly by the hostess and seated to our liking. Our server Frederico (sp?) was superb! He was knowledgeable about the menu items, friendly and approachable and he was very attentive. We started off with a drink and steamed edamame. My husband had a watermelon mule and I had my usual Shark fin. Both really good! If you like a cocktail with a little bit of sweetness to it, Either one is great. I believe the watermelon mule is a summer seasonal drink. The edamame may be a simple appetizer, however it is perfectly steamed and a great addition to a cocktail. I ordered the house salad which I really enjoy. It not your ordinary house salad. It has shiitake mushrooms, tomatoes, edamame, sprouts, miso dressing over greens. So god and well placed together. I also ordered the grilled salmon chowder and what an amazing mixture of flavors. So delicious! My husband ordered the Verlasso Salmon with Thai Brussells sprouts and creamy mashed potatoes. He really enjoyed the combination of flavors. We followed our meal with their signature coffee and we split a Crispy Dulce de Leche (banana cheesecake) spring roll with a scoop of vanilla ice cream with caramel sauce. Oh my goodness....so amazingly delicious! Overall a great experience especially being treated well by the server, the food runner, and the table busser person. A great part of the evening was the General Manager of Pacific Catch, Kenny came over and asked how our meal was and talked to us about it. Such great customer service!

My friend made reservations, and we were seated quickly in a nice booth. The menu is a bit small, but the choices are excellent. I had the two taco platter with one steak taco and one breaded cod taco with chips and salsa and a side salad. It was completely scrumptious. The steak taco had a slightly spicy chipotle-type sauce on it that gave it a nice flavor. The cod taco had a big piece of fish lightly breaded with a different kind of sauce that was also very good. I'm surprised by how much I enjoyed the side salad. I'm not much of a garden salad person, but the salad was extremely fresh with delicious edamame and miso dressing. I loved it. My friend also had the two taco platter, but she chose a sea bass taco with pineapple and a breaded shrimp taco with black beans and fries as sides. She enjoyed it. The waiter explained to us it was his first day and was attentive and polite. One dish came out incorrect, and he apologized profusely and took it back to the kitchen immediately to be fixed. It wasn't a big deal. I'll definitely be back to Pacific Catch.

I decided to mooch off my friends for their fish to give it a try and the snakehead fish was actually not too bad, very fatty. The soup base the first taste is good it's rich and nice both after a few more sips it gets super salty. Honestly, it was a pleasant surprise. What makes this place stand out from most Korean restaurants is that you can enjoy so many classic Korean dishes in one meal--soy sauce marinated crab, fresh handmade cold noodles, stews, seafood hot pot, grilled intestines, stone pot bibimbap, and more--without having to visit multiple restaurants. Here are a few signature dishes we tried based on our server's recommendations: Bibim Naengmyeon (Handmade Spicy Cold Noodles) These noodles took a little longer to come out, and our server explained why--they don't start making the noodles until you place your order. The dough is pressed fresh in the kitchen before being served, giving the noodles a wonderfully chewy texture. Served with crushed ice, beef, cucumber, egg, and Korean pear, it was incredibly refreshing on a hot day. It's actually pretty rare to find restaurants in the Bay Area still making cold noodles fresh to order. Soy Sauce Marinated Crab I'd always heard that Korean soy sauce marinated crab is one of the country's most beloved seafood dishes and had seen it countless times in K-dramas, so I was excited to finally try it. The crab was well-marinated, with sweet, tender meat that was full of flavor, and even included quail eggs. If you love seafood, this is definitely worth ordering. Stone Bowl Bibimbap The stone bowl arrived still sizzling at the table. Mixed with beef, spinach, carrots, bean sprouts, fernbrake, and a sunny-side-up egg, every bite was delicious. My favorite part was the crispy golden rice that slowly formed at the bottom of the bowl. Gal Nak (Spicy Braised Beef Short Ribs with Octopus) (Mild Spice) This was perfect for sharing. The pot was filled with tender braised beef short ribs, octopus, tofu, rice cakes, enoki mushrooms, and vegetables. As everything simmered together, the rich broth soaked into every ingredient, making each bite even more flavorful. Every table receives a generous selection of Korean side dishes, including kimchi, japchae, fish cake, cucumber, pickled radish, seaweed, and more. Our server even came by to ask if we wanted free refills before we had to ask, which made the whole dining experience feel very welcoming. Besides the food, I also loved the atmosphere. Right at the entrance is a row of traditional Korean fermentation jars, and the restaurant is decorated with Korean-style ornaments throughout the space. The owner also stopped by to chat with guests and mentioned that he personally shops for fresh ingredients every morning to keep the food consistent in quality. The restaurant is conveniently located next to a Korean supermarket and has its own parking lot with plenty of parking spaces.

First of all, the service is nonexistent now, especially if you're picking up to-go orders. They expect you to look for your own orders. If you can't find your order, they'll give you a cold look like its your fault they put all the takeout orders on one shelf and they're all clumped together (Or maybe the waitresses don't get tips from take out orders?) After JP took over, the portions are small and they increased the price too. What's even worse is that the pork cutlets are now DUMPED in oil. disgusting!
