Chicken Katsu with mac salad and rice (oddly tasted like instant rice)

I tried the fish taco combo with salmon and Mahi Mahi on my latest visit. They were both prepared well and very tasty with lots of fish, fresh cabbage, carrot, mangoes and a slightly tangy cream sauce. It also included a very generous portion of their yummy seasoned fries. It was a delicious meal, and I'm looking forward to trying more items from their menu, like one of their Loco Moco options - thinking spam...

We found a different type of restaurant than our usual and we are super happy with the choice. They have a grill, so the seafood is cooked perfectly charred and smoky. Sides were great and the service was friendly. Highly recommend and will come back. I ordered the fish and chips and it hit the spot.

Fish's wild is tucked at the corner of a huge shopping plaza. When you enter, there's ample indoor and outdoor season. You'll order at the front counter, and they'll bring the food out. I got the grilled barramundi (Asian sea bass) plate which was huge!! The fish was ginormous and the sides were also generous. It was filing and it felt like a healthy meal. The meal was homey, but honestly, it wasn't too special. Personally, I feel like I could make it at home, which is why I rate it a 4 and not a 5. Everything met standards, just nothing was too special! Great value though.

These guys are still amazing! Perfectly grilled salmon and very healthy too. Good service, clean environment, not too crowded.

This place was delicious! Great seating and portions were bigger than expected! Love that it tasted fresh, and theres even beer and wine options! I got the chicken bbq and katsu combo, my boyfriend got the katsu curry plate. Both were way above expectations! Honestly, the mac salad tasted like it does on hawaii :) you can order by kiosk or register, and there's even booths to sit, which made it a much better experience inside! Also, they gave us metal forks and knives with a ceramic-like plates! Definitely a top pick for us!

Stoped in thinking I was going to order some type of fish as per the name but after seeing they sold Hawaiian food. Bringing from the islands I always gotta try so I went the safe route and got the bbq chicken. First impressions store is clean and quiet with some background radio music. Outside is a nice seating area of 3 tables. Food was quick and came out hot. As all food should be. The bbq chicken was cooked beautifully, still moist yet charred from the grill. Mandated in a lite sauce that brings out the flavor of the chicken thigh. But from here the side were not just disappointing but boarder line uneatable. The rice was dry and flavorless yet had some dark brown seasoning that did it no favors. The Mac was missing that sweet onion taste and had little to no, mayo and cider vinegar. The only reason we did not give 3 stars was the service was good and quick. I'll be back to try the fish plates but I'll be avoiding the side.

Located in Cupertino, parking is plentiful and easy to find. The interior is super quiet. There's no music and the cooks don't make a lot of noise when preparing the food. Chicken katsu curry (4/5): quite spicy but sooo good. The chicken was tender and crispy. The portion was mighty sizable and the veggies were fresh. Tap to pay is accepted. Overall, Fish's wild is a great place for some delicious Asian fusion. The price is a bit high for what you get the quality of the food makes up for it.

I honestly didn't know you could fine a fast food type fish restaurant with such fresh ingredients. My son and I went here for lunch and got fried clams and mahi mahi with veggies and rice. Everything was so fresh and delicious. The decor inside is clean and bright. It's not cheap but worth it for the quality of the food that is freshly prepared to order. Staff is super friendly.

My wife and I consistently come to Cap't Loui for our beloved Friday date nights at least once a month. We are ALWAYS so impressed with the yummy food (we always get 2lbs shrimp/2lbs crawfish combo in Medium Cap't Loui sauce with garlic noodles, garlic bread, and Cajun fries). Wifey and I are stuffed after this but will cleanse our palate with complimentary popsicles in the freezer by the entrance. So yes, the seafood boil and food is absolutely phenomenal. But even MORE impressive is the generationally excellent customer service, in particular from Aung and Edward. They are true servant leaders and I noticed they take care of each and every patron as if they were family members or royalty. Between the delicious food and the brilliant customer service, you better bet your bottom dollar that my wife and I will continue having our traditional Friday night dates at Cap't Loui!!!!

I usually go to Cajun Bistro for seafood boil, but I find the quality of the seafood there to be inconsistent, which made me want to try a new place. I got the 4lb combo with crawfish (frozen, fresh is $5 extra), shrimp, and clams, including corn, sausages, and potatoes. We also got garlic noodles and a calamari basket with cajun fries. For seafood boil sauce, we opted for the cajun instead of lemon pepper. I wasn't sure if I would finish everything, but it was INHALED. I really like the seafood quality here, but sauce-wise, I prefer Cajun Bistro for the garlic butter sauce. Cap't Loui does not offer that sauce, but it was still delicious overall. Service is timely and our food came fast, so thats a big plus. Only complaint I have here is that I wish there was more sauce in the bowl. The bowl had too much food, so I couldn't dip or soak my seafood in the flavor.

We live in Downtown San Jose and remember when Anchors opened at San Pedro Square. We so love that place. Great Food and perfect service. Carlos was working there and was always so pleasant and made sure we were always well taken care of. Life gets in the way so we spent less time out at San Pedro so the last few times we went we went to get our favorite seafood we did not see Carlos. A few months ago I was caring for a client's pups and we needed dinner. So my husband Wayne went into Saratoga to go to Anchors to pick up some dinner for us. He gave me the best news that Carlos was at the Saratoga location. I was so excited because I had missed seeing "our friend". He always made us feel some comfortable. Wayne wanted to go to Anchors Saratoga to celebrate his birthday tonight! Who am I to say no? When we walked thru the door I was so happy to see Carlos ! Foods arrived promptly and we were surprised to see a many-piece fish dish served. Upon inquiry, the server mistook "Fish & Chips Combo Family Meal" with "Fish & Chips Family Meal". This meant we missed scallops, shrimps, and oysters and got just fish. She explained that what was served was lower in price, that did not impressed us. We ended up ordering another shrimp appetizer and bagged the extra fish. The server did not make any remedial offers. Just "oh well, that's what I wrote, moved on, decide what to do." That's a bit irking. As for the foods, they were pretty good. Seasoning was on the light side, and that's exactly how we liked it. Clam chowder was quite creamy. Tasty too, but you need to like creamy clam chowder first. There were two Louie Salad. Shrimp one was considerably less expensive than crab. Make sure to order the right one. But we're well made and delicious. I won't mind coming back, but probably not out of my way to do so.

First night was a Thursday. I ordered the fish and chips which were ok. Nothing spectacular. The scene was dead and there was maybe only 7-10 other people in the entire pub. Second night I came was on a Saturday. I only ordered drinks. There was a bigger crowd but barely, 15-20 people. Overall my opinion of this place is positive and yet I was disappointed that it wasn't better. It's in a great location. There's hotels and condominiums in the area all within walking distance. The atmosphere is great. The staff is awesome! It has so many positive aspects that should make it a regular hangout spot but for some reason it's failing. I'm giving it 5 stars because I feel it deserves better. People should give this place a shot. There is a dart board that is free to play which I think is awesome. A big patio area for large parties. The beer prices are very reasonable. Suggestion to the establishment: They have an AMI juke box, but on both nights the volume was turned down pretty low which kind of made me feel like I wasn't getting my money's worth. Turn it up!!! This place needs to figure out if it wants to be a restaurant that serves beer or be a bar that serves food. Personally I think it needs to realize that it needs to focus on being a bar. There's 15 other restaurants within walking distance from here and that food is 100 times better. This place should focus on getting the customers that leave those restaurants for after meal drinks.

We really enjoy going to the Cupertino location as we prefer the vibe and delightful ambiance. We were greeted kindly by the hostess and seated to our liking. Our server Frederico (sp?) was superb! He was knowledgeable about the menu items, friendly and approachable and he was very attentive. We started off with a drink and steamed edamame. My husband had a watermelon mule and I had my usual Shark fin. Both really good! If you like a cocktail with a little bit of sweetness to it, Either one is great. I believe the watermelon mule is a summer seasonal drink. The edamame may be a simple appetizer, however it is perfectly steamed and a great addition to a cocktail. I ordered the house salad which I really enjoy. It not your ordinary house salad. It has shiitake mushrooms, tomatoes, edamame, sprouts, miso dressing over greens. So god and well placed together. I also ordered the grilled salmon chowder and what an amazing mixture of flavors. So delicious! My husband ordered the Verlasso Salmon with Thai Brussells sprouts and creamy mashed potatoes. He really enjoyed the combination of flavors. We followed our meal with their signature coffee and we split a Crispy Dulce de Leche (banana cheesecake) spring roll with a scoop of vanilla ice cream with caramel sauce. My friend made reservations, and we were seated quickly in a nice booth. The menu is a bit small, but the choices are excellent. The steak taco had a slightly spicy chipotle-type sauce on it that gave it a nice flavor. The cod taco had a big piece of fish lightly breaded with a different kind of sauce that was also very good. I'm surprised by how much I enjoyed the side salad. I'm not much of a garden salad person, but the salad was extremely fresh with delicious edamame and miso dressing. I loved it. My friend also had the two taco platter, but she chose a sea bass taco with pineapple and a breaded shrimp taco with black beans and fries as sides. She enjoyed it. The waiter explained to us it was his first day and was attentive and polite. One dish came out incorrect, and he apologized profusely and took it back to the kitchen immediately to be fixed. It wasn't a big deal. I'll definitely be back to Pacific Catch.
