The owner explained to me how she is a Cancer survivor and that is the main reason as to why she went Vegan. She offers cold food in containers to go for purchase. Which I had the Mac & cheese. She also explained to me how they don't offer to warm up the food in the containers because she doesn't want the plastic contaminating the food.
