It's a usual type of breakfast but it was very good! Wait staff was excellent and variety of food was good. Hadn't ate here is awhile and glad we stopped to remember what we missed. Food had good flavor and gave memories of an old time breakfast!

I love Cracker Barrel, the store is decorated, beautiful! The staff is super nice except the managers are mean, I bought a hat in the clearance section it states it would be 10 instead of 18.99, and it rang up normal price. We called corporate, and they sent me a coupon for a free dinner, but it happened to be a desert, but that's OK. I still like the friendly, hard-working staff! I come here for my birthday or special occasions to celebrate with my husband!

VERONICA AND CUSTOMER

CRACKER BARREL will always be 5 stars! The food, the service, the ambiance and the location will always be a favorite for me and my family for many years. They have the best breakfast around especially with their very famous biscuits and gravy! All of their wonderful food is always very fresh, hot and delicious! I love their old timey ambiance of pictures, signs, tools and toys of yesteryear strategically placed on the walls for the customers to enjoy. One of the most enjoyable part of THE CRACKER BARREL EXPERIENCE is the awesome waitstaff employed there! I would like to mention one particular employee that I met recently at the Jensen Beach location that made my visit just great. She was exceptionally professional and friendly. She made sure that everything was running smoothly and that we had everything that we needed while we dined! Her name is Veronica Roland, title Team Lead. Thank you Veronica, and we look forward to seeing you again in our future dining experiences at the world famous CRACKER BARREL!!

Just so so food and great place to rest. Wish they'd delete some of the MSG in the food. Biscuits are sodium tasting and very small.

Spiro's Taverna -- Yelp Review (Real Plate, Real Talk)…read more You know that moment when the plate hits the table and you instantly know you made the right decision? Yeah... this was that. Let's start with what matters--the food in front of me. This wasn't some dressed-up, overthought "fusion" attempt at Greek cuisine. This was execution. Clean. Confident. No shortcuts. The chicken? Perfectly grilled with that slight char that tells you it actually touched fire--not a pan pretending to be one. Juicy, seasoned with real herbs (not just salt and hope), and sliced like someone cared about how it hits the plate. Then you've got the gyro meat tucked in there--savory, rich, and exactly what you want it to be. Not greasy, not dry... just balanced. This is the kind of combo platter that quietly flexes: "we don't need to choose one thing--we do both right." The pita? Warm, soft, with just enough toast on it to give it structure without turning into a cracker. That's a detail most places mess up. Not here. And I respect the simplicity on the side--fresh cucumber, onion, olives, pepper. No overcomplication. It lets the protein shine, which is exactly what this plate is about. Even that rice sitting in the background--fluffy, clean, not clumped, not an afterthought. Here's the truth: A lot of places can make Greek food. Very few make it feel like this--intentional, balanced, and actually satisfying without trying to impress you with gimmicks. Service matched the plate. Efficient, attentive, and not trying to be your best friend... just trying to get it right. And they do. Final verdict: This isn't "good for Port St. Lucie." This is just straight-up good. No notes. Just bring your appetite.

The atmosphere was cozy, warm, and lit with very nice while Christmas lights, this being the season and all. The waiter was friendly and not overbearing. I was quite surprised at the prices...very reasonable. I had a gyro with a side Greek salad for $12. The salad was fresh with lots of feta. The gyro was absolutely delicious...and fairly large. The meat was roasted just right and tender. The sauce was tasty, and the pita bread was warm and soft. My friends had spanakopita. They loved it. The portions were large, the food was fresh and delicious, and the price was right. They're a fairly new restaurant in town, so I wish them well. If they keep it serving food like this at these prices, they'll be in JB for a long time g time!

We went two days in a row during our weekend stay in town!…read moreAmbiance (5/5): Plenty of seating indoors and some outdoor as well. Classic diner set up and ability to onlook where the wait staff prepare the finishing touches to the dishes. Service (5/5): The service for this joint is very much which made my experience. The wait staff women were a delight-- sweet, friendly, and eager to help! They provided updates, refreshed our beverages, sincere when an error was made, and provided recommendations too. Food (5/5): There is so much on the menu to try! Huge portions for an affordable rate. Don't miss out on their freshly baked goods. We loved the cinnamon bun over the coffee cake but both were very good and served warm. The pulled pork benedict special was very tender and had loads of flavor. I enjoyed the corned beef but liked the benedict more. The second day, we enjoyed omelet and brioche bun French toast.

I decided it was time to try out the Jensen Beach downtown experience…read more The Ambiance: With a view of the ocean actually a side view from afar, the downtown area, although not as cute as Stuart's downtown, is pretty nice. The only issue is the traffic noise, which is considerable. The inside restaurant area is your typical breakfast restaurant with booths and tables. The outside dining area features several tables on the sidewalk with that side view of the ocean and a frontal view of all that previously mentioned traffic. For my dining experience I chose the outside. The Service: My server did a great job taking my order, making sure my drinks were replenished and actually getting my somewhat unusual hot tea with steamed milk and honey correct on the first try! The Food: Besides the traffic, here's where the restaurant falls on its sword. I ordered corned beef hash topped with poached eggs a side of "crispy" home fries and buttered sour dough toast. The Good: The highlight of the meal was the "homemade" corned beef hash. I'm always hesitant to order "homemade" corn beef hash because it's often full of items it really doesn't need. However, this corned beef hash was absolutely excellent and it was clear that it was really "homemade". The sour bread toast was also done properly and was amply buttered instead of what you get at so many places which provide a dash of butter, brushed on by a butter brush. Unfortunately, that's where the good ends. The Bad: My poached eggs were overdone featuring not a hint of runny yolks and those "crispy" home fries that I made a point of asking for, were about as far away from crisp as you could imagine. In fact they were probably the most mushy home fries I've ever had. The Price: I must say, the price was not bad but, I'd prefer to pay a bit more and get a better breakfast anytime!

What a night! We came to Kyle G's Prime Seafood & Steaks to celebrate our anniversary and they…read moreabsolutely delivered. Walked in to a handwritten card and anniversary confetti on the table -- small touches that set the tone. We started with oysters on the half shell: a dozen-plus fresh, plump oysters on ice, including the Dirty Romanoff (minced shallots, sour cream, caviar) and KG's Dirty Oyster (cucumber, ponzu, wasabi cream, caviar), plus cocktail sauce, mignonette, fresh horseradish, and lemon. One of the better oyster spreads I've had around here. The fried spiny lobster tail blew us away -- shatteringly crisp on the outside, sweet and tender inside, with a peppery ranch and clarified butter on the side. The lamb chops were cooked to a perfect medium-rare with balsamic, blistered tomatoes, and gremolata. Dessert was a decadent chocolate mousse cake with fresh berries and mint. Add in the waterfront views and genuinely attentive service by Brenda and you've got a special-occasion spot that's worth it. Already planning our next visit.

The view was…read moreabsolutely beautiful, and there was a wedding happening with stunning decorations, which added to the atmosphere. Our waitress was amazing attentive and friendly throughout the night. We were a group of five, and everyone ordered something different. We started with drinks, and they were all well-made and on point. For appetizers, I ordered the raw oysters, which were great for my taste, the relish and cocktail sauce had the perfect spicy kick. We also tried the buffalo chicken wings and calamari; they were good, but pretty standard compared to other places. For dinner, I ordered the 14 oz steak. I prefer mine rare, but it came out medium, so the waitress had to send it back. One of my friends ordered the watermelon salad it looked amazing, and she said it tasted just as good. The shrimp cocktail was also a highlight, with fresh, jumbo shrimp. The offered me 3 more oysters while I was waiting for the steak to be cooked right. Overall, the food was great, but be prepared to pay. In my opinion, the place is overpriced you're really paying for the view. One downside was the noise level. It was loud enough that we had to ask the waitress to repeat herself several times. While we enjoy good food, we also like being able to have a conversation during dinner. Because of that, we ended up finishing our meal and moving to the bar area, where we found seating on the back deck. The view there once again made the experience more enjoyable. I'd consider trying other places in the same category before coming back here.
