    Wahoo BLT w/potato salad

This was next door to our hotel so we decided to give it a whirl. So good! We sat out on the balcony area which wasn't the best idea since it was cold and windy, but it was a beautiful view! I had the shrimp po'boy and my husband had the wahoo BLT. Both were delicious! Service was great too! Definitely recommend!

We came here after leaving Isla Morada. We were starving and some of our friends suggested it. Once again they are pet friendly and that's the main reason we decided to eat there. My husband got a pound of shrimp which he devoured. And I got the shrimp linguine. Which I'm a sucker for. Everything was delicious. The views were amazing and max really liked seeing the fake shark they have on the bottom . Everyone was really nice especially to max. They brought him a bowl of water which he said was top tier. You can also rent jet ski and I'm pretty sure you can get to the same bar from there but we will do that next time.

The million dollar view of the islamorada sand bar was outstanding with a cold Aperol spritz in my hand. The fish dip was excellent and the cucumber and onions were crisp and the chips did not fall apart when scooping up the fish. The waitress was kind and helpful. Food and drinks came out quick.

We made a pit stop leaving Key West and we are so glad we did, this place was amazing. We waited about 15 minutes but it was fine because we sat in the outside area and waited for our table. The food was great and fresh, we had the octopus and it was the best octopus we have ever had. We also ordered a platter with shrimp, fish and calamari and it was very well seasoned and fried. The ambiance was great and our server was super friendly and very attentive. We are definitely going back when we return to the keys.

The mahi sandwich was fresh and the bun was soft and delicious. The fries were crispy and a perfect temperature. The pina colada had graham cracker crumbs lining the rim of the glass. The waiter was attentive and friendly. The view of the crystal blue water was to die for!

We chose Wahoo's after noticing several Yelp reviewers rave about the Key lime pie, and I'm glad we listened. The Key Lime Colada was excellent and the perfect way to start our meal. We also enjoyed the conch fritters, which were crisp, flavorful, and a great Keys appetizer. For entrees, I had the fried grouper sandwich with sweet potato fries, while my wife enjoyed the shrimp Alfredo and skirt steak. Everything was well prepared, generously portioned, and served by a friendly and attentive team. But the star was the Key lime pie. As someone who learned to make Key lime pie at the Hyatt Key West in the mid-1990s, I have a particular fondness for the classic custard-and-meringue style. Wahoo's version was outstanding: light custard, beautiful meringue, and a subtly nutty crust. After trying several highly regarded pies during this trip, this was our favorite. Excellent food, great service, and the best Key lime pies we've had this trip! Highly recommended.

Merry Christmas Eve!! Holy mackerel they were busy and on point with their delicious food!! Our server Ferdanda was attentive and kind and helpful for all five of us. I ordered the Wahoo a la parilla and it was incredible. My server nor her manager had any idea what the "yellow" rice was. Or how it is made. A little annoying but the rest of our meal was really terrific. I would be happy to return over and over again!!

This place is excellent! I wish I could go back right now. The Great: The whole fried fish and the Key Lime pie The Good: The cocktails were excellent The Bad: It was unseasonably cold that day. They just need more heaters for these strange times. The Ugly: NA All of the food was enjoyable and the view was nice. The server was a little slow to come back, but we didn't mind, but I can see how some would want a little more check-ins. The building is neat as well.

Spectacular. The view is great. Service, food, ambiance is all wonderful. Bryan, the manager, is amazing. He's constantly walking around making sure everything is up to par. The fried chicharrones with yuca are delicious during happy hour. The fish sandwich is finger licking good!!

WAHOOOOO Great service, great food, great drinks. The vibes of wahoos are perfect, breezy outdoors & a fun photo op with the shark! Anything seafood you can't go wrong here. Two of our 5 people got the mahi tacos and they disappeared in the blink of an eye. When in the Florida Keys, I had to opt for the Key Lime Shrimp Bowl, right? Key lime butter, sautéed shrimp, jasmine rice, tortilla chips, bacon and fresh corn salsa ‍ Super filling but still very light!

We were so hungry from driving our way back from Key West to Miami and there was so much traffic, we decided to stop by this place to catch a bite to eat to give traffic some time to get better. Walking in, the place was big. It had both indoor and outdoor seating. I like the decorations. Had that dive bar type feel with all the dollar bills stapled to the walls and ceilings. The servers were great. They did check up on us often and made sure our drinks were refilled. The food looked good, but it was either too salty or wasn't warm enough. Both my wife and I ordered both chowders to try them out. My wife's chowder was too salty and my chowder was more on the warm to lukewarm side. The ceviche was good. Had good flavors and leaned on the sweater side since it had pineapples. The key lime pie was a little too sweet for my taste, but was a little shocked it got delivered with our dinner and not after. The kids meals are a good deal. I was shocked with how big the portions are for them. Other than that, it was ok. Would I come back, probably not. I do like the area it's in. The family liked looking into the pier where the ships were docked and looking at the big fish that were swimming. Too bad you can fish there.

Owners wife is very unpleasant not accommodating worse customer service ever. Actual server was nice guy but from the first dealing with her she was very rude

This is a great pit stop on the drive up or down to the Keys. Below the restaurant is a dock that boats are chartered out of. The views from the second floor, where it is situated, are spectacular. My friends and I sat outside. The food we ordered was all well prepared. The service was great. The pigeons that kept coming to try to pilfer a meal were not. However, other than that, this is a perfectly good option for a nice lunch.

I ordered The Turtle Breakfast with eggs over easy, added an extra egg, sausage, and bacon, and swapped the toast for a side of biscuits and gravy. Everything was cooked perfectly. The bacon was thick-cut, salty goodness, the sausage was packed with flavor, and the biscuits were light and fluffy. The sausage gravy was some of the best I've had, rich, hearty, and loaded with flavorful sausage. Whether you're staying in Islamorada or just passing through, I highly recommend stopping by Green Turtle Inn for breakfast. It's a great way to start the day in the Keys.

This was our third time giving this restaurant a chance, and unfortunately, nothing has changed. We were seated, received our coffee right away, and then no one checked on us for about 25 minutes, even though the restaurant wasn't busy. What made the experience even more disappointing was watching every other table receive attentive service, water, and condiments without asking. We were the only Hispanic guests, and the difference in treatment was hard to ignore. Whether intentional or not, it left us feeling unwelcome. From the hostess to the servers, the staff was rude and unwelcoming. There are much better restaurants in the area where guests are treated with respect. We won't be recommending Green Turtle Inn or returning.

Delicious food, great ambiance, and an amazing view!…read more We ordered the coconut shrimp as an appetizer and the fish sandwich for lunch, and everything definitely hit the spot. The food came out quickly and was delicious. I'm giving 4 stars because the service was a little slow. It took a while for our server to greet us, and they didn't bring clean plates after we finished our appetizer. We also asked for our sandwiches to be cut in half, but ended up having to do it ourselves. Overall, we enjoyed our meal and the beautiful atmosphere. With a little more attention to service, this would easily be a 5-star experience!

The salad was creative and tasty and the grilled shrimp were perfection, large and flavorful. French fries are perfect and crunchy. Heard from others how good the spiny lobster is(although very pricey). Service was great and the area is beautiful. We were excited to go again and decided the shrimp tacos and Mahi Mahi tacos would give us more of the same. Really nice live music was happening and again service was great. Tacos were a huge disappointment! Trying to find the fish was almost impossible, tiny pieces! The shrimp was bay size baby shrimp that couldn't be tasted through all the other stuff. Big disappointment. Fries still good. Would go again but keep our expectations to what we have had and not more
