However, ALL of the employees here are super friendly and welcoming (may have been the Girl Scout Cookies I had on me to start friendly banter ha). They took my car for a drive, checked it out, signed it off, and bam...done within 15 minutes. No need for stress at all! They were all reassuring and told me that the only thing I needed was that third key I didn't even know I had (thank goodness for the junk drawer box I packed) or else it would be a $500 fee. This was seriously easier than looking for a vehicle. They also did not try to sell me any cars or pressure me in the slightest. These guys are professional and did not take advantage of lil ol' me like soooo many places I've gone to. I HIGHLY recommend returning your leased Subaru to this location.

To make it even better, just going on our word (and the auto-check in our hand that needed to be switched out in the morning), Michael pulled it off the line and made sure it was just right. He saw a pressure indicator light and had it fixed and also replaced the wipers on my request. He even stayed late both nights just to entertain and take care of us. When we were introduced to the owner at the closing, Dave told him how happy we were with Michael. When we initially walked on the lot, Michael gave us some time, DIDN'T pounce on us like fresh meat... happily approached us with consideration and a genuine air about him that made us comfortable. He asked what we were looking for. Dave gave him a few of our wishes and we were led directly to the Murano. Michael had owned one before so he was able to quickly point out things we wouldn't have known about at first glance. So that was helpful. Basically.... What I'm telling you... I recently purchased a new Mazda CX-5 here and the process was super smooth and transparent. My sales guys Corey was super low-pressure and helpful, did most of the upfront paperwork/quotes to a great price. Then it took an hour or two to finalize/sign off on the contract with the finance manager and get the vehicle ready. So maybe an hour visit to test drive, another couple of hours to do the paperwork and I was done. There was no back and forth, the final price out the door was excellent and everyone was super chill here. So a big thumbs up from me on the new car buying experience, Go find Corey if you're looking for a straight-forward purchase experience.

After I came back from test driving, the staff handed me a CarFax, I asked if I could take it to a mechanic to be seen, and they were happy to let me do this. The car was very clean underneath and inside the engine bay. The only thing the mechanic said looked weird was the back two tires were different tires and needed to be replaced. When I took that back to RDU Auto Sales, the staff offered to replace them or take some off of the price which you don't see too often from used car dealerships. After seeing that the car was in great condition, I decided to buy it, before hand I received no pressure to buy the car or look at any other ones. RDU Auto Sales let me control the whole process and only aided me when I asked. The paper work was minimal, it took less than 30 minutes and everything was explained completely before I signed. Out the door they give you a one month warranty for free, with the option to purchase an extended warranty. I would recommend this dealer to any and all who are skeptical of used car dealerships. I know I was unsure before coming here, but I will recommend this one to any of my friends who are looking to buy a high performance or luxury car.
