I was in the mood for a mocha, and their version, the Mochalita, is made with Mexican chocolate. I ordered it in a mug with whole milk. It was excellent. The Mexican chocolate added a subtle cinnamon note, and the latte had a rich, velvety texture with a generous layer of froth that lasted until the last sip. My only suggestion would be to serve it a little hotter. It measured about 120°F, and I generally prefer my hot drinks to be at least 130°F. For my pastry, I chose the Cream Cheese Paloma. That was excellent as well, with flaky, buttery layers, a light sugar crust, and a creamy filling. Service: The service was outstanding. I had a few questions about the menu, and they patiently walked me through the different options. I had previously visited their coffee trailer, and just like that experience, everyone here was genuinely warm, welcoming, and happy to help. Atmosphere: The café is bright, inviting, and full of natural light from the large front windows. There are plenty of comfortable seating options, along with counter seating for anyone looking to work on a laptop. One of my favorite design touches was the front seating area with its hanging floral decorations, which gives the space a unique and welcoming feel. The Matcha I would say was not as sweet as I've had other places, and I have been exploring my Matcha drink profile because I really have been enjoying them.
