So we kind of went with an alternative version of it basically just a pineapple Matcha and I always do my Matcha with oat milk. I feel that one my stomach is happier with it since I must have some sort of flight dairy sensitivity, but also, I feel that oat milk helps to sometimes cut the more earthy tone of Matcha. I also wanted to try one of their Agua Frescas and the pink guava sounded like a fun flavor choice. Both drinks were good. The Matcha I would say was not as sweet as I've had other places, and I have been exploring my Matcha drink profile because I really have been enjoying them. The fresca was super Duper refreshing and just the right amount of sweet just the right amount of flavor. Also note that the Matcha cannot be ordered in a size small which again I really wanted to try it but personally I like to order small sized drinks because I take a really long time to drink beverages and I usually do get more than one beverage typically something with caffeine something without so I do prefer to order size small I got a medium, which was fine but know that if you're someone that doesn't like anything more than a small that than you would not be able to order that now they're full menu is obviously available then in their storefront location, but I was food truck park already for checking out another truck so I was kind of doing a two for one while I was there.

I highly recommend the cafe de olla--the owner is Mexican and makes an authentically delicious cafe de olla (made with piloncillo). It's easily the best cafe de olla I've ever had, and I travel a lot and frequent a LOT of coffee shops. As a concha aficionado, I also had the pleasure of trying a couple of their conchas. The conchas are so fluffy and perfectly sweet. They're a generous size that's perfect for sharing too. Service was exceptional. The cafe was quiet during the day which is perfect for folks working remotely. I'm super excited to come back and try some more drinks.
