I was able to make 2 appointments for a mammogram and a sonogram on the same day back to back, saving me much time. It doesn't get any better than that for sure. Many Thanks for your assistance. I returned for a repeat/second-look ultrasound with Dr. Agarwal, with the understanding that the area would be reassessed and we would then discuss the findings and whether biopsy, aspiration, or monitoring was the appropriate next step. After the ultrasound, Dr. Agarwal entered the room and essentially announced that she was there to perform the biopsy. There was no initial discussion of what the new ultrasound showed, whether anything had changed, or what my options were. It wasn't until I stopped her and began asking questions that we actually had a discussion about the imaging and recommendation. My concern was the way the recommendation was presented and Dr. Agarwal's overall bedside manner, which I found quite curt and unsettling. I hope Wake Radiology takes this feedback constructively. A few minutes of compassionate communication and discussion can make an enormous difference in a patient's experience.

I was referred by my doctor to Raleigh Rad who contacted me the day after the official referral. The operator was extremely flexible with my appointment and knowledgeable about the procedure/prep. I was able to schedule a time that was good for me (unheard of in today's medical field) and given the option to get there early for prep or swing by the day before to pick it up. Anyone that can save me some time is winning in my book. I was also contacted one day prior to the procedure by the accounting person to make sure that I was clear on what my insurance was paying and what I would be responsible for. What a great concept! Upfront price (which I thought was incredibly reasonable btw) and the option of a payment plan. These guys should open a car dealership or real estate office. Fast forward to the actual appointment, the office staff were one of the most happy bunch I have run into. The office is conveniently located in a brand spanking new building off Cary Pkwy. I was taken back on time and finished when promised. Maybe I am just used to receiving poor service when it comes to anything medical, but I can't log a single complaint about Raleigh Rad. If you have a choice when being referred for radiology, I highly recommend these guys.

Like I did something wrong! My PCP's office called me that morning and told me that I needed this done quickly and gave me the address of where to go. I was starting to explain that because it didn't make sense to me. She was acting like I made a mistake and continued to question me like I was wrong! I was asked to go back to waiting room to wait! Turns out the mistake was made at Raleigh Radiology. I was there for 2 hrs!! Never got an apology or a complete explanation of what happened! Very upsetting experience! But I have to say the technicians who did the ultrasound were professional and very nice! 5 *. It's reception that needs work!!

A call to their third party billing company in Indianapolis Indiana revealed their billing department had no record of me, my MRI, and no claim filed nor bill generated. They emailed a bill for $1470.00 one day later, after business hours on a Friday night. A call to their billing office the following Monday resulted in their telling me they filed a claim with my insurance company the date of the MRI a month earlier. This was untrue and verified by BCBS customer service. I called their local Raleigh NC office number and asked to speak with the practice manager. They disconnected the call. I have filed an official complaint with Blue Cross Blue Shield of NC. I have filed a complaint of the Raleigh Radiology website. I have filed a complaint with the Chamber of Commerce website for their Clayton, NC site. I have no problem with scheduling, completing the MRI and timely results. It is terrible that their billing practices are so poor and unprofessional. I do not recommend Raleigh Radiology. Their customer service response is equally unprofessional. There is no way to reach a Raleigh based person in charge of this practice.

This is the place to choose for cancer treatment in Garner, NC. In my opinion, you will not find…read morebetter care than here. The infusion nurses, front desk employees, CMAs, pharmacist, social worker, dietitian, financial navigator, care coordinators, nurse practitioners (Sara and Stephanie), and doctors (McNulty, Sheets, and Rauch) are all efficient, intelligent, and caring. You can trust the staff here to be respectful and provide you patient-centered, evidence-based care. The center is located in a large healthcare plaza. Parking is available at no charge in several lots. Some handicap spaces are available out front of the buildings. Building 300 is in the back center. The front door is near the circular drop-off area (round-a-bout). The clinic is located on the second floor (elevators and stairs available) above Wake Radiology. Upon leaving the stairwell or elevator, the doors across the hall lead into the waiting area. Check in at the counter then wait for your name to be called. This center offers medical oncology (chemotherapy, immunotherapy, labs, follow-up, etc.). It does not have a means to provide radiation treatment. The infusion room is welcoming, light, and chilly. The lovely nurses will take great care of you during treatment. They offer warm blankets, pillows, beverages, and snacks. You can bring in a guest (if over the age of 16) and your own snacks. The chairs are comfortable and have curtains or walls, depending on where you sit, to provide privacy. Windows provide natural light and have blinds to use as needed. Paperwork is provided via myChart and printed by request. Overall, ideal place to go for hematology/oncology treatment particularly if you live near or around Garner.
