This office…read morepreviously got me in and out quickly (around 30 minutes total) so it's convenient enough to schedule appointments during the middle of my workday. Today the turnaround time was different. Very slow process. People who came after me were called ahead of me. (perhaps a different type of X-ray?) The total wait time of around 27 minutes to get called back. The time it took to change and complete the X-rays was less than 13 minutes, so it was very quick once in the back. Wait time on this visit was not the best. I would like this office to normalize e-forms instead of paper and pens. I would also like to see the same tech without having to ask. Besides that, the technicians are always nice and accommodating. My technician Laura did a great job making sure I was comfortable during my X-rays. I appreciated this!

The front desk staff were curt and rude. The most frustrating part was driving 30+ mins for my appointment only to be told it needed to be rescheduled because there was no provider available. No one called or notified me ahead of time. While I understand that unexpected staffing issues can happen, patients deserve timely communication. I expected a higher level of professionalism and patient care. Unfortunately, this experience left me with little confidence in the practice, and I chose to seek care elsewhere.

Once I was able to check in she was very friendly, genuinely asked how I was doing, and engaged others politely when they came in. Let's face it, no woman wants to get her boobs squished, but it's necessary and we all have to go through it, so might as well go where they couldn't be nicer, helpful and professional. Receptionist was flat-out fabulous. Warm, friendly, made me feel personally welcome. Identified herself, and guided me through the necessary paperwork quickly and efficiently. Honestly I don't believe I've ever had such a warm receptionist at a medical office! Wait time to go on to the next step was mere minutes. Was shown to a dressing cubicle and given easy-to-follow instructions. Wait time for the actual mammogram was again very short. The procedure itself was the usual, turn this way, lift your arm this way, squish squish, hold your breath and repeat with a different angle. My Professional Gal was just that, guiding me through it as quickly and painlessly as possible. Within a week I had my results. Could not have had a better experience.

When scheduling an appointment the receptionist displayed wonderful phone etiquette and the text , email reminders and patient portal enrollment was very helpful. During my first visit there was no wait and Datanya saw me immediately. She reviewed my insurance coverage with me, discussed my weight with me and completed bloodwork without making me feel uncomfortable. Today I returned for test results and Datanya discussed the importance of women's health and following up with screenings for breast, cervical cancer as well as fibroids. Datanya demonstrated how to do a thorough self breast exam which my previous providers had not really spent much time educating me on or performing correctly. We also discussed the benefits of holistic medicine and not relying on an abundance of prescriptions, the importance of a well portioned healthy diet and exercise to avoid prediabetes. I really enjoyed the teaching aspect of visiting this practice and I definitely plan to return.
