I have a built-in KitchenAid microwave / oven. The microwave door spring broke and I selected Rapid Solutions based upon proximity and Yelp ratings. The initial estimate seemed reasonable, and Rauf represented that they had experience in this repair. I had stupidly dropped a toothbrush into the lint trap of my clothes dryer - don't ask - and I was leaving for a long trip in just a few days. The first time, my family had actually installed the dispenser wrong and had created a leak/blockage of the dishwasher fluid from draining. He figured it out fast.
