Had my car in their shop for over two months and failed to fix it properly. Not everyone has the understanding and bodily strength to confirm if the good spare they stuck in their trunk is still any good months or years later. I hope they have a method to still help those like me. But fortunately my dad had the know how this time, and our spare was a good one. They had a car in our area so we were quoted 5 minutes. Highly unusual for AAA; I understood we were just fortunate this time. A flatbed tow truck showed up with a young man behind the wheel.
