But that's unfortunately where the positives end. I've had to call multiple times about getting a sleep med only to find out the doctor is no longer there. I have gotten multiple invoices from them "misplaced" and then getting a bill over a YEAR later. I've gotten the wrong supplies on multiple occasions(or no supplies). They were who my PCP sent me to. I ended up completely cutting off my account with them. I would suggest finding another place that takes your insurance. I wrote this review after trying to get them to send me single invoice with all the required info for my FSA to process. The 2nd ask still doesn't have all the info my FSA wants even when giving them a bulleted list of what was needed. I'm cutting my losses and will find someone more organized.

I have never been scheduled with the same doctor twice and each has told me I have a different form of sleep apnea and each offers a different form of treatment. How am I to advocate for my own health if no one can agree on a prognosis? When trying to talk to someone in customer service regarding these services, I am either routed to their 3rd party billing department or told that some will be in contact with me within 48 hours. Two weeks have gone by with no response other messages reminding me I have an outstanding balance or calls asking me to increase my installment payments. This organization is a scam and clearly only cares about getting paid. They will do anything to avoid talking to customers and resolve outstanding issues.

Unlike some places where you fill out tons of paperwork and the doctor comes in and has not even read it. He spoke with us first then did a few exams/tests in the office and discussed the treatment plan with us throughly. I work in a medical office and I will highly recommend Dr.Sethi to any patient that asks if I know a good neurologist!

He and the other dr I saw both operated on my foot at the same time. And when he wasn't able to help he was truthful said he wasn't able to help and pointed me in the rite direction. Rabbitt saved my had after I was bit by a spider then I smashed my hand he sent me to a hand specialist. I was hurting so bad I was taking way to much pain meds he sent me to a pain specialist that sent me to JHU I had to go through a bunch of trials to find the best thing to do and in 2002 I had a medical pump put in me to help with my pain. 17 years now and I have my body and life back the pills were killing me, now when I take the meds I feel like crap. I have nothing but great respect and lots of trust for Dr. Rabbitt, I'm going to be really sad when he retires. He just operated on my shoulder I'll give an update in a few weeks don't start PT for 4 weeks. There are some people out there that haven't had a positive experience I guess if your not happy you can move to someone else. If he knew this was the case why in the heck did he keep me in pain for an extra few months and charge me for three visits. He could have done this at the first appt when I walked in. Ill tell you why. Chance to get me three rounds of pain meds. Which I wouldn't use anyway. And three paid visits. And Xrays. And bone scans. Kick back after kick back. Insurance abuse. Milk it out for all it's worth. I disputed the charges. They still insisted. And now its on my credit report. We will see how it plays out with my insurance company. I bet the Fed. When I explained my situation, Annie responded with genuine empathy and assured me she would do everything she could to help. To my surprise and relief, she was able to keep me on the same day by finding a later appointment time. I was truly impressed by her responsiveness and willingness to go the extra mile. She used humor and persuasion backed up with knowledge of what the job description included for NPs, and I decided to make the appointment. It is rare that a receptionist takes time in a routine scheduling call to give that level of care. Gina was exceptional.
