Then she asked me if that was alcohol (I was holding a wine bottle) and I said yes. I don't understand what the relevance of that question was because she said nothing else. In the end another male cashier came to check me out and had no further interaction with the female cashier. Her behavior was very unprofessional and rude. I like Walgreens because what I need is more often in stock and not on backorder. However, I will say that the people at the other pharmacy are much friendlier and more patient in the way they speak to me, explain things and present options. I have gone through the Walgreens drive through on several occasions, and it feels like I am a bother to the employee... no greeting, no asking if I understand everything, none of the common courtesy I receive at the other pharmacy.

On a recent visit- the store manager asked me several times if I had found everything I was looking for and when I told him what I was looking for specifically, he actually escorted me to the aisle to find the item. I think that is pretty good customer service. It's busy and some days you may have to wait in a line ( especially at the pharmacy) but they usually open another register to move the people through. I go to many Walgreens and usually don't review them, but the customer service I got at this location was worth writing about.

Very unfriendly and unprofessional pharmacist called me to let me know that they were on hold for…read more45 minutes and then the line got disconnected and that they would not be calling my dermatologist back because they can't be on hold for 45 minutes again then when I went to go pick up my prescription. I told them is it just my one medication from my dermatologist and they charged me for my birth control and gave me more birth control even though they previously told me that my birth control was denied refills then asked about the medication from my dermatologist's and they were very unhelpful
