They also carry a small selection of Asian beauty care products. I spotted a couple of face masks, eye patches, and the biggest steal for me was the 60 Korean pimple patches for $7.99. Employees are nice. This store is located in a busy plaza, next to Walmart. They have a wide selection of false lashes featuring: strip lashes, lash clusters, magnetic lashes, and more. They have something for every lash lover from natural styles to dramatic ones. There's also several unique lashes that I typically don't see at mainstream beauty stores or online. One thing to note is the store sells some dupe items such as fragrances and bags. They're obvious dupes, so not an attempt to mislead customers. As with any beauty supply store, it's always a good idea to pay attention when shopping, as some beauty supply stores carry dupes alongside authentic products.

They carry skincare items as well as makeup for both women and men. I even saw eyelash extensions! I needed a Dr. Jart+ Silver Label BB Cream, but could not find the revamped (2015) edition being sold anywhere! I knew Sephora sold Dr. Jart+, but they don't carry the Silver Label. I even looked online through Ebay and Amazon, but there were only the previous two versions of the silver label. I thought I would have to fly myself to Korea to get me a tube of this magic. BUT, lucky for me, I finally found it at BK Cosmetics. SCORE!!! The two ladies, Lisa and Wookyung, really knew their products, and, instead of walking out with just Dr. Jart+, I walked out with 2 other Clio BB Creams, 2 Vonin lotion sets for the men in our family, and a bunch of samples. If you don't see the product you want on display, simply ask the workers, and they'll magically pull it out from behind the counters! Haha. That was literally what they did with all of my products. They work on a points system, so if you're new, ask them to start one for you. They keep a record of what you've purchased, and after spending $200 (which is pretty easy when it comes to cosmetics), you get $20 credit! 10% in rewards is a REALLY good deal. This location is so convenient for me, because I don't have to drive all the way to Fullerton or Cerritos to get stuff, and because they really do carry such a wide variety of cosmetics and skincare products. I didn't end up taking the previous role because they waited two weeks to call me to say I got the job. I had been applying to other places and those other places gave me a specific deadline and met it. With this manager, I was told I would be called a specific time and instead had to wait two weeks. I had to decline the job at Ulta - one that I wanted - because I accepted a different job. The manager Sharon immediately recognized me during my interview last week and said we've interviewed before and I confirmed. She then made the snarky remark of "You didnt want the last job, right?" I laughed it off. After our interview on Thursday she said she'd give me a call no later than Tuesday to give me an update. I called on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and finally again today on Saturday. She told me they moved forward with another candidate while I've been calling them for days for an update despite her giving me a timeline of when she would call me, which she didn't. This is why I took the other position before. This store lacks communication and it shows. Communication was a big thing in my interview and I let her know that. They lack that. I told her about this and me waiting despite her telling me she would call me on Tuesday for any update and Sharon's response was "Okay no problem". Like, what??? Very dismissive and zero accountability. I can see why they have 3 stars. It came off very retaliatory and dismissive and rude because she kept bringing up me not taking the other role during my interview. After our phone call, about 5 minutes later she send me an email saying I didn't get the position. If someone was better qualified, good. But at least follow through on what you say and don't be rude when we tell you to follow through. I would like a response or update on this please.
