I was greeted by a very nice woman and pleasantly surprised by her genuine caring and friendly attitude toward me. She smiled a lot. She knew I'd never used the medication. It took an oral syringe to administer the meds. It was small and appeared to be tailored to cats. With tiny measurement markings. She marked with a piece of tape the place on the syringe to make it easier for me to withdraw the appropriate amount confidently. (I'm 70 and not nearly as confident performing new tasks) But her doing just a little extra by marking the syringe made a big difference in my confidence. The pharmacy inventory itself was totally unique! For the holidays there were charming and creative decorations that made me smile and will continue to spread joy during future seasons. There were unique gifts for your favorite Cowgirl and artistic holiday decorations. I highly recommend taking the time to go into the pharmacy. It will make you feel good experiencing their carefully curated gifts and decorations. I'm looking forward to returning for the refill and more closely looking at their unique and delightful items.

Small town pharmacies are gems that shouldn't be overlooked. They take the time to help. I don't use this pharmacy but the pharmacist seems really nice. I did see a sign up that they are unable to take new prescriptions at this time. There's a small selection of pharmacy-type items, like first aid and some beauty products. The gifts are their big thing, though- for pretty much any occasion. They also offer free gift wrapping with nice paper, ribbon, and a gold foil Rexall sticker on the package. My main hesitation for that fifth star is the unrelenting onslaught of "can I help you"s, where it almost feels like you're being monitored while you browse. Of course it's always great to have help when you need it, but I find this level of engagement disconcerting and it makes me want to hurry up and get out of there. The prices on most items are higher than my budget allows, but they seem to be making the model work. I bought a pair of earrings here for $40 last week. It was too close to closing to have it gift wrapped but the cashier asked if I'd like a box for them. When I got home I realized she'd bent the cardboard card the earrings were mounted on to fit it into the box. Not a big deal but this did not make for a great presentation of them as a gift. This has not been my experience usually, as they almost always do a very nice job with the (free!) gift wrapping. They are closed on Sundays.

There was a very misleading sign that said "free with purchase" on a China glaze polish. Any girl would pick that up. After I picked my conditioner I got my polish and walked up. Scanned both the items and the polish was definitely not free. It was 16.00 for a .33 oz bottle! I asked what the sign was then and said I didn't want it. She (the main manager) was pretty rude. "Why would that be free?" Uhm because of your sign that says free with purchase? Lol.

Brooke ultimately didn't call us and we ended up having to call the store a week after waiting for her call only for her to be say that Elliot "just jokes like that". Brooke even tried to deny that Elliot has made rude comments like that to customers in the past even though Brian the manager himself stated that Elliot has a history of it. Elliot has worked there for years and this isn't the first time he's made rude comments. What normal person who is OK in the head jokes like that with loyal customers? Is he mental? Yes obviously. Is Brooke useless? Yes obviously. Brooke, you clearly don't care about your customers and are you're running an unprofessional establishment with employees like Elliot. You clearly knew what we were saying was true because otherwise you would not have made excuses for Elliot by stating "he just jokes like that". You're full of it.

I come in here every week to pick up supplies. The staff is so friendly and they keep everything I need in stock. They taste great but the decorating on the cakes is so poor it looks like a drunk oaf decorated them. There should not be cake crumbs mixed with frosting all over the sides. That's amateurish. The designs are very very poorly executed. A real mess. How about some staff training? Update. My adult daughter said the cake also didn't taste right. I thought it was more sugary taste than usual.
