You're advertised as a pick up and drop off location for Fed Ex. Fed Ex tells you you don't have to package itC drop it off and we will handle the rest. Pharmacy please improve everything! rude, disrespectful, zero follow through. Scripts are never on time, sometimes over 48 hours to fill. Today I had Uber pick up my scripts and one i was charged for didn't even show up. been waiting on hold for 15 minutes and this is my third call to them today just trying to get my scripts. after 16 minutes someone picked up the call and HUNG UP!!!! i am now back in the queue with more than three callers ahead of me AGAIN!!! i will be calling the store manager next!!! this place doesn't deserve 1 star but you can not post without one. read more

Walgreens Pharmacy at this location is not good. I have been given the incorrect product on multiple occasions as well as being delayed well over the full date. If you have gestational, diabetes, or diabetes, in general, you may want to find a different pharmacy. This pharmacy seems to be out of product or unable to fill the proper product for your devices on top of that they don't adhere to their hours listed on a regular basis. On top of the shortcomings for the pharmacy, the regular employees of this location seem to be miserable and are very rude and lacking in communication and customer skills. read more

I want to give special acknowledgement to pharmacy employee, Yulibeth, who was kind, patient, and understanding. I'd come to Walgreens to fill four prescriptions for antibiotics (I managed to catch a stomach bug, H. Pylori), and I don't have insurance. She warned me about the cost and patiently assisted me by writing down the exact spelling of each medication, as well as the dosage in milligrams and number of pills, as I used my phone to find GoodRX for each for a better price. I discovered that two of the four were cheaper through H-E-B, and Yulibeth was completely supportive of helping me out, telling me that I could easily transfer the two cheaper ones over. I could tell she actually wanted me to recover and feel better! Even though I took a long time at the window, she never made me feel pressured to hurry or that I wasn't an important guest to Walgreens. She is an outstanding employee! I really don't frequent Walgreens for any other reason than occasional prescriptions, but this store seems clean and decently organized. The employees are friendly and will say hi to you on the way in and bye on the way out. Their text/phone system works really well for letting you know prescriptions have been received, and when they are ready for pick-up, along with reminders. read more

It was my 2nd covid vaccination and unfortunately I had to deal with the pharmacist Nia. My family and I were all previously vaccinated at this location without incident however we did not deal with her specifically until today. My entire interaction with her was borderline aggressive and I can only attribute it to the fact that I had a American Flag t-shirt on as my behavior was nothing but courteous and kind. I felt specifically targeted by her as her interactions with others as I observed were much kinder and informative. She did not proceed to inform me of any of the side effects to the vaccine, She did not sanitize my arm with a cotton swab, they did not fill out my covered vaccination card either. How is it that this occurred for every single person before me but I was not offered that same courtesy. Shame on Walgreens for hiring these types of people and shame on you if you did not address the situation which was again clearly targeted at me. I will post this review and shed light in the matter that everyone should be treated with respect and courtesy. read more

I've used many Walgreens pharmacies, but this location needs some help! Both lanes in the drive thru 3 cars deep and for 20 minutes not one of us moved. I finally went inside where there was more mayhem. I was so irritated, but I could see that the employees were working as best they could. I decided to be nice when it was finally my turn (after 30 minutes.) I won't bore you with details, but from what I could gather customers were waiting in the drive thru line to have rx's filled??? If this was the case then those customers should drop off their rx and leave the line!!! I would never be so inconsiderate to make others wait like that. As a pharmacy manager I would look for ways to expedite this process and maybe then you wouldn't have so many irate customers like I saw today. Obviously peak hours are after 5pm as folks are getting off work. You need to fix your processes. Considering changing pharmacies. read more

These people always go above and beyond with customer service. I go to their pharmacy department quite regularly and they are knowledgeable on their drugs. This walgreens seems to always have exactly what I need and its easy to get to. Granted, you may pay a little bit more, but in order to not have to fight the crowds at HEB for one or two things I will go there anyway. read more

This is one of the worst places to fill a prescription. Extremely poor customer service and staff inadequacies. Even one star is too generous. None of the pharmacy staff bothers to answer the phone. The line re-routes to a busy signal, or continuously dials, after multiple attempts to connect. I recently called the Walgreens located at 1660 Main St. Buda, TX 78610 on 9/24/2021 because my wife and I were needing a Flu vaccine. Since my wife is 8 months pregnant and 3 centimeters dilated, I was also in need of a TDAP shot. When I spoke to a representative of the pharmacy over the phone, I made a point to ask if they recommended an appointment in order to guarantee we were able to get the shots the following day on 9/25/2021. The pharmacy representative overly assured me that an appointment was not necessary and as long as we were able to stop by before 6pm, we would be able to get our shots. My wife and I were so happy to find out we didn't need an appointment and were assured that we would be able to receive the vaccinations at our local Walgreens. In light of Covid-19 precautions and my wife being so close to labor, we do not go out at all unless it is a necessity and saw this as an easy process that shouldn't have any complications. On 9/25/2021 at 5:25pm my wife and I arrived at the Walgreens location and noticed that there was a woman who just finished receiving a shot and we thought, great we would be next. As I approached the counter, I was greeted and I told the pharmacy representative that my wife and I were ready to get our Flu vaccines and the TDAP shot. The pharmacy rep immediately tells me well we can't give you the shots today, we are too busy with it being so close to 6pm. Mind you, there was 5 pharmacy representatives working in addition to the pharmacists named Lamia, who was soon asked to speak with me at the front desk. Without any greeting, Lamia tells me and my 8-month pregnant wife that we would not be able to get the shots today and that they were too busy, it was not up for discussion. I mention that when I called yesterday and spoke to one of the representatives, I asked if we could make an appointment and that we were told no need and just come before 6pm. Lamia then tells me, that well they told you wrong and we will not be giving you the shot today. I asked Lamia what kind of customer service is that? Lamia responded telling me that they have too much work to do and they were too busy to wait for us to fill out the paper work and give us the shot before 6pm. I asked Lamia why that was my fault? She signed up for the gainful employment of Walgreens as a direct representation of the company and its very disturbing that she would be willing to break policy and decide that she had the authority to make rules for the store when she is not the store manager. I asked her to then look at my pregnant wife who is soon to deliver and in need of the flu vaccine and my need of the TDAP vaccine, to tell my wife that she was not going to give her the vaccine. She then with no hesitation looks at my wife and says we are not giving the vaccines today. Frustrations were definitely at a high at this time because as I mentioned, my wife and I do not go out for fun; we strategically plan outings in order to protect the health of our baby and my wife. Nowhere on the website does it say that vaccines cannot be administered after a certain time and I was informed by a representative of the pharmacy that we would receive the vaccines as long as we were in store before 6pm. We arrived at 5:25pm, what I feel was more than enough time for us to complete the little amount of paper work necessary and receive the vaccines. It is also interesting that Lamia was so persistent that there was not enough time to administer the vaccines, but she had all the time in the world to tell a customer no several times. I am just a concerned father who wanted nothing more than to receive vaccines for my wife and I in order to better protect ourselves and our baby. Lamia missed several opportunities to change the narrative and experience for my wife and I and I do not feel it is justified to punish the pharmacy member for their lack of integrity to the standards of Walgreens as a corporation.12 one-star reviews in the past year, that's an average of a one-star experience per month. read more

Had a Covid booster apt, was early for my scheduled appointment but the phones were down and the pharmacy seemed understaffed (which happens/no big deal) so they were running behind. I told the employee that I had to come back for my shot since I had been waiting for an hour to get it and had already rescheduled a meeting twice. I had checked in, delivered my cdc card and was just waiting for the shot so they told me that ideally I come back before lunch and they'll give me my shot. Unfortunately didn't make it before lunch (not realizing this was an all or nothing statement) but arrived right after their lunch only to be told that they would not honor my appointment bc they were busy. They scribbled (literally) on my cdc card to "erase" what they had added and returned it. My appointment time was not honored in the first place, they wasted my time, and the service upon my return was abismal. I understand that staff gets overwhelmed but this was a terrible experience. read more

There is definitely something off happening in this pharmacy. My father was a pharmacist and I worked in the pharmacy as a young adult and he emphasized the fact that many customers are ill, in pain and older, so it was important to be kind & compassionate. I was at a loss for words, having grown accustomed to the canned robot looped message that always manages to start in the middle, and then repeats to tell you that your prescription is ready. Anyway, yeah, a real person. "Ummm....yeah....uhhh....thanks..." I respond, thinking there must be some sort of problem I haven't picked up on. "So, I'll just come pick it up then...uhh...this afternoon?" I dangle it out there, providing an opportunity to fill me in on any particulars I might have missed that merited a personal phone call from a pharmacy tech. "Yep, it's ready." "Okay. This is the most neglectful walgreens I've been too. They obviously do not care for their customers. Im working out of town right now and I came here to fill my prescription. I needed a different med and they said they would call my Dr to get a different one then call me back. They never called my Dr and never called me back. The worst part is they didn't give me my card back and ive been searching for my card for days. Finally called to see if they had it and they did.
