Absolute slowest service I've ever seen at a pharmacy. It doesn't matter when you go, expect a 15 minute wait just to pick up a prescription that was already filled. I don't even want to know how long it would be to wait for a script to be filled here. If it wasn't basically right next to my house, I'd go just about anywhere else. read more

They just lost a customer today. No where on their website does it say that their drive through is closed during regular hours. It took me a lot of effort using crutches to painfully get over and into my car and drive there only to be turned away because they were on their lunch break. This is the worst Walgreens location in California. I've gone in multiple times to have pictures printed and every single time my order has been received, but not printed. When I arrive to pick up my photos they tell me they can't be transferred, so they can't be printed. Never fails. No matter who's working. Don't waste your time or your money here. Pharmacy staff is terrible. Not knowledgeable and unwilling to help find other stores when they don't carry your meds. This particular store doesn't carry lots of brand name medications, and you'll waste 45 minutes of your time if you come here and have to deal with the staff...so painfully slow, not what I would expect from people dealing with medications!!! read more

This review is for the pharmacy. I waited over an hour for a prescription pick up. They told me 20 minutes and when no one called I stood back in line after 45 minutes of waiting. They also let a few people cut in line who were dropping off prescriptions without a word of apology or notifying the offending line-cutters of normal civilized rules. When I brought this up, not ONE person at the counter apologized for the wait and COMPLETELY ignored the fact that people had cut in line. I went to this location because it's closest to my house but I'll be sure to go elsewhere. read more

I have no idea why anyone puts themselves through that pharmacy. It took 15 min to wait in the ONE line to drop off a prescription and be told when it was ready in about 15 min, I would have to get back at the end of the SAME one line again to pick up! Forget it. Drove 3 minutes up Winchester to Rite-Aid, walked right up to the Drop Off window, wait 15 minutes and walk right up to the Pick Up window and move on with my day. read more

The store is pretty nice but forget the pharmacy! SLOWEST PLACE EVER! The drive through is a joke. It averages 12 minutes per car... No joke. I have been sitting here for a half an hour with 3 cars in front of me. I tried going in but the line inside at the pharmacy and I had no desire being coughed all over for that long... 35 minutes and still waiting. I must have shopped here ( quite literally ) hundreds of times at 3 IN THE MORNING EVER SINCE I WAS 20 YEARS OLD and I would always get an odd look from the manager ( the big portly White guy, I think his name is Erik ) who must have thought I was nuts going into the store with my Jew-fro and my Fu Manchu-Pancho Villa mustache but what do I care? I'm there to shop and buy stuff and this Walgreens ALWAYS has what I'm looking for, be it candy, or soda, or Ne-Mo's chocolate cake squares ( YUM! ) or batteries or soda or whatever else I may be looking for. The staff is friendly but the lines are always long and you can expect to wait at the counter a good 10 minutes before you exit the store. I usually go here for the candy, and the selection is MASSIVE, CHEAP AND GOOD, and I go here for the soda as well... they carry Vanilla Coke as well as all the other flavors of Coke, something not seen in all stores. Another plus is since you're ( ostensibly ) a customer they let you use their restroom. All-in-all this is probably the best Walgreens in Campbell and a definite step-up from CVS Pharmacy and Rite Aid. Shop here for your basic drugstore needs, not at those places. read more

Super convenient since it's open 24/7. The people that work here are usually pretty nice but it can occasionally be a challenge finding someone to help you. There have also been quite a few times when the line at the register was fairly long and it takes them a while to get someone else to ring. read more

It seems like this Walgreens has been trying to improve. The last few times I've been there, the pharmacy line has been completely tolerable. And while things are still mis-marked or on the wrong shelf, it does seem to be cleaner with more care taken. Keep up the good work, Walgreens, maybe someday you'll get 4 stars. read more

Pharmacy service is terrible - very slow no matter how many people are in line. This is all because their drive thru concept is a joke. You are allowed to make a prescription drop off at the drive through and then wait for the medication to be filled at the window! Which means that a line of just several cars can take an almost an hour to pass through. They should either not allow to order prescription from the drive-through window or they should permit it but then make that car go back to the back of the line or wait to be called back. read more

I stop in this Walgreen's fairly often since it is open 24 hours. I don't get prescriptions here, so I don't know about that. But I am compelled to write about what great service I have gotten here at all different hours and all different departments. The cosmetic people helped me a lot to find the right foundation make up and assured me I could return it with the receipt if it didn't work out. Today one of the clerks looked all over the place for a specialty beverage they are supposed to carry and found two for me in the back of the frig and looked in the back to see if she could find more. I find this unusually attentive service and am really happy since CVS ruined Longs. read more

This pharmacy is very busy and could hire another technician. Always in line for at least 15-20 minutes before even being helped. I feel bad for the one lady working there. This is not for the pharmacy. This is for the cashiers at the front. I've been here a few times and the cashiers act like they are doing me a favor and taking my money. Tonight I had to go to Walgreen's for medicine. The cashier David was pretty much rude. No hello, no thank you, just give me a dirty look, snatch the money out of my hand. Then slap the change in my hand. He's lucky my husband wasn't with me. If you don't like your job, just quit. Hopefully the manager reads this and does something about these rude cashiers. read more

Nicest most helpful staff at this Walgreens location in Campbell. Especially these ladies in cosmetics. So nice, very patient and professional. They really take the time to help you out with what brands to buy regarding make-up or creams. They really go over the top for you. All the Cashiers that I've experienced are very customer service oriented, patient and nice too. I've always enjoyed going shopping at this location. It is a very efficient store and they understand the importance of great customer service. Pharmacy dept is also good to use too. The people working at the counter couldn't possibly be slower. The managers here seem either indifferent or oblivious to the fact that this creates extremely long lines at the checkout counter. This review is for the pharmacy. This place is conveniently located to where i live and when i had to start coming here last year to use the pharmacy due to illness (it's closest to my home and in walking distance) i thought i would stay. Wind the clock forward 5 months and i am not sure. Yes it is close and most convenient but the wait times are way too long here ... they really need to focus on that ... sometimes it is 10 to 15 minutes to be seen ... my old place was 2 minutes max and others would jump in and help when the line was getting long. And the counter should be used for drop off and collection .. not a 10 minute dispute holding everyone up ... that should be passed over immediately so as not to hold the line up ... thats good business practice ! Fix the wait lines will improve ratings and earn you more business ! read more

Totally inept. How may times do I have to try and pick up a photo order for it to be wrong? I arrive to pick up a print, because I received an email that tells me it's ready, only to get there to find no one working at the photo counter. When someone is finally available to help, he can't find the print. Magen he finds it, it's wrong. Tells me I can return in an hour. I proceed to order another print online while I'm waiting and have a colleague pick it up. You guessed it, wrong again. Now I'm stuck without photos for an extremely important event tomorrow. Give up the photo gig Walgreens, you can't handle it. Don't offer same day pick up if you can't handle the orders. I'm so disappointed right now I will absolutely not be paying for this disaster. Completely disorganized pharmacy with a long wait. My prescription was lost under a stack of other prescriptions and they were unapologetic about losing all my information and that I had to wait an additional hour for them to try to figure out their mistake. The line was incredibly long because my issue was not the only customer issue they were dealing with. read more

There is a closer Walgreens to where I live but they ran out of a specific item I was looking for. My original plan was to check out Rite Aid even farther away but decided to stop by here to check. It sucks to get in and out of the shopping center because its right off 2 semi-main streets but there is plenty of parking, even though there are some bad drivers. I found the product I was looking for and it was on sale! Buy one get one 50% off, so I purchased 4. When the cashier was ringing my transaction up she charged me full price for my items so I told her there was a sale sign. She was older and refused to ask someone else for help and made her way to the location of the product to check for herself. Good thing I wasn't in a hurry, she took quite a while. But I don't want anyone else to get ripped off when their purchase is on sale. That's another reason I like other locations, the one nearest me goes out of their way to cut the coupon for me. But this one did have my item available when everyone else is sold out. Another pro for this location is that it is 24hours; I used to work super late into the night and if I ever got sick, this was my stop on the way home for meds, no one else was open at that hour. read more

I regularly shop at this Walgreens and thought I'd finally give it a review.. I usually love Walgreens stores for their convenience, get in, get out and take advantage of the sales on beauty and household products . Sadly that has not been the case the majority of the times I've visited this specific location. There always seems to be a long line and only 1or 2 registers open at a time everytime I shop. And to make matters worse... Their signing procedures definitely have to improve. For example, if somethings on sale on the ad they won't have sale signs up for the product, which means I gotta be walking around with a flyer in 1 hand if I want to know the correct prices.. Walgreens, please make our lives a little easier, and help us save a little more pocket change and time by constantly checking and updating ur sale signs and pricing.. I'm sure many (including myself) would appreciate it. =) read more

I yelped this Walgreens previously and it's only gotten worse.....I used to go to drive 20 minutes to a Walgreens over on Blossom Hill because I didn't want to deal with whatever the service is at the Campbell Walgreens on Hamilton and WInchester basically across the street from my house. The people that work here are constantly turning over and it usually takes 10 minutes or so to get someone on the phone and then they put you on hold!!!! WTF did you answer the phone for then.......I'm done with Walgreens, I'm transferring all prescriptions to CVS because they have more of what I need anyway!! This review is about the pharmacy at this specific Walgreens location. What a clusterf*ck. After :20 minuets sitting in the pharmacy drive-thru to drop off my daughters prescription, I thought I'd give a call to the pharmacy and put a spark under their ass. The recorded message actually referred to the drive-thru pharmacy as convenient. Hmmm... Convenient is defined as "fitting in well with a person's needs, activities, and plans". No, No, NO. You are understaffed. The staff you do have, is so overwhelmed they don't wether to wind their watch or sh*t their pants. They have no prioritizing skills. Even to remotely make your drive-thru window work, you need a full time drive-thru staff member. For years you have used two counter staff, one of which also floats (not literally, boy would that be something!) and works the drive-thru. For years, it has never worked. This is horrible staffing. When it takes me over :30 to drop off a prescription at a drive-thru pharmacy window, with only three cars in line, you have problems. So, I finally make it to the window. Nobody to help me, I ring the help bell multiple times. Remember, I'm only dropping off a prescription and I was unable to take my sick daughter inside the store today. All I need to know if when I can pick up my prescription and I'll be on my way. THIS is the problem, the communication skills of the staff here suck. All I needed to know is when I could pick it up. After a few minuets of watching one staff member type and scan my prescription, I see her walk away and grab a calculator. W.T.F.!!!!!!! I yelled at her, when can I pick it up? Half hour, see ya then. I bring my daughter home, it's now well past dinner time. I feed her dinner and think to myself, we better go get this prescription before they up and close etc... I arrive about an hour later, lucky me, third car in line again... YES!!!! I sit, I watch... NObody helping the car at the window. I hit the :10 mark and snapped into my own Vietnam. While sitting in line, I called the store manager and let her know exactly how I felt. Let me tell you, it got immediate results. The manager herself actually took over working the drive-thru window. Three cars in line were taken care of within five minuets. Don't waste your time with this pharmacy... Drive down the street to CVS. No drive-thru, but a way better pharmacy experience. read more
