She pierced my ears without me experiencing pain. She gave me solution and pads to disinfect my ears. She threw in a free pair of earrings that I can wear after 8 weeks. I don't like leaving with wet hair, so I do pay for it and enjoy the extra pampering, but it's something to be aware of. She removed the eyelid tag and 11 others that same appointment -- I was there a total of 20 minutes. I paid the remaining $250 as I left - so my total was $400 as quoted. At every step I was treated with a smile and courtesy. Zora made me as comfortable as possible, and her follow up instructions were clear.
