I have been here three times in 2024 and won't be back. First time, I came here for a Covid booster. The guy who dealt with me I think was having a bad day because he wasn't in a good mood. I had to ask him his name because he didn't introduce himself. This wasn't the pharmacist but I don't remember what his name was. Second time I came in to pick up an online pick up order. There was a long line of people waiting to be taken care of. I went over to the photo department and a woman named Mechel with a scowl on her face asked me what I was there for. I told her a pick up order. She told me I had to stand in line and that was the policy of that store. I told her that the purpose of placing a pick up order is so you won't have to stand in line and I shouldn't have to. She reluctantly took care of me with an attitude like I did something wrong. Third and last time was on 7/9/24. I was looking for a Sephora gift card for a b-day gift for someone. I had just left Target but they didn't have it. Walk over to this Walgreens and low and behold, they have it! I was so excited. My excitement ceased after I saw the line I had to stand in. It had to be about 7 people in front of me and only one cashier ringing up. Finally, when I get to the front of the line, Mechel opens up a station. I told the lady behind me to go ahead because I didn't want to deal with Mechel. I had a tall African-American man with dreadlocks ring me up. He was the only thing that was positive. He was friendly and helpful. He swiped the gift card and told me it's not registering. He was nice enough to go to the gift card section and got all of the rest of the Sephora gift cards to try and none of them would work so I stood in that long line for absolutely nothing. I recommend the alcohol prices only but the cashier their is careless he just wanted to go home I bought only 2 beer and he charged me for 22 cans like come on you don't look at the screen before you charge people and I had to wait more time for refund If I didn't notice I would go home paid for things I didn't buy I don't like this attitude read more

Please please please do not use their photo department. I went here to have film developed and asked if they were able to developed 35mm half frame color photos from my reusable disposable camera, and they said yes and started the process. The girl that was setting up my order was either new or had never been trained in the camera department because she was having a really hard time setting up the order. When the manager came over, he just spotted her instead of guiding her on the process. They took my film and had me pay on the spot (which I wasn't aware, was the wrong thing to do) and then gave me a day and time to come back (which was 5 days later). When I returned for my photos, they were nowhere to be seen and the worker I had that day began questioning me as to why I paid on the spot because they apparently couldn't track my order given that I already paid. 2 weeks AFTER my appointment day, I was still UNABLE to even locate my film aside from it being processed and was being told over the phone DAILY to just wait another day. Finally I had a friend's father call as a favor and miraculously, they found the film. I went to pick it up and they told me their developing company could not develop the photos, which would have been amazing to know right when they decided they couldn't, but instead, I waited 3 weeks to get my film back (not even the photos, I didn't care about those at this point). Also, when I picked them up, they just handed them to me and never refunded me like they said they would. The kicker of it all? When I opened the envelope to take out my film, IT WAS PROCESSED. FULLY PROCESSED AND READY FOR PRINTING, so they completely lied to me and withheld my film for 3 WEEKS. Now, let's get to present day, I was able to get individual scans of all of the photos and made an order on their website (hoping to god that they couldn't mess up just printing jpegs) to get them printed "same day". After placing the order, the recipient email said that the earliest I could get them was 8pm the same night but that I could pick them up any time after that. I went back to the Walgreens the next day at 10am to get my photos, and the manager told me that I could pay for them then but that they had to be printed (what?? Why were they not already printed? That's what I want to know). When I asked him how long it would take to have them printed, he said an hour. Which is a ridiculous amount of time for them to print photos that should have already been ready. My friends and I had plans that day, so we left, planning on coming back later. My friend took my PAID receipt back about 4 hours later, and the lady at the counter told him that I had missed 2 (unannounced) appointments to have them printed (which was never made known by the manager who had me pay earlier) and that they had to reprint them. Literally where did the prints go from earlier?? And then she tried to blame my friend and I for not following up with them which was literally what my friend was trying to do, and said that we were supposed to have stayed the entire time they were printing, which was again, never made known earlier. She THEN printed them, which took 5 MINUTES, NOT AN HOUR, and tried to make him pay for them even though I paid earlier. And I know, regardless of the purchase receipt he gave her to prove it, she was aware that I paid because when I went the first time and paid upfront, it was listed that I had paid, which was the issue in the first place. So please DO NOT get your pictures processed OR printed at this location. They will blame you for their lack of effort and keep your film when they don't know what to do with it. read more

The worst customer service and rules against the law. I was shopping here and had to use the bathroom. I came up to an employee and asked where the bathroom is and that it's an emergency. She said the bathroom is closed to customers. I explained to her that I have a medical condition and an emergency. She said - the bathroom is closed. I persisted and explained but she showed zero sympathy, was very rude, used aggressive tone, and said the bathroom is closed. Let me tell you, there is a law called Ally's law that mandates stores to give access to bathroom to customers that have chronic digestive issues. (IBD) can cause the sudden and sometimes painful urge to have a bowel movement. I've heard of such denials happening to other people, but never experienced it until today. The girl working at Walgreens had zero sympathy, zero care in the world, all she cared about was the bathroom was closed to customers no matter what kind of condition they have. Let me tell you, people have major accidents because of situations like this, there is a law in place because of people like this. I hope that corporate sees this and takes action as I understand you may not want people off the street using your bathroom but if someone has a medical condition that creates an emergency situation it's not only against the law to deny them a bathroom, it's also inhumane. Calling to speak to pharmacy. Placed on hold with out being spoken to. Placed on 6 minute hold and then hung up on. Call back placed on hold with out being spoke to again. This is poor customer service and this should be addressed by corporate office. read more

Would give negative stars if possible. They have the worst customer service, don't bother trying to talk to the manager. Mr. Briscoe is inconsiderate and very disrespectful of people and their needs. I won't be going back there. read more
