It's a 7-11. You can't miss it. This one has a homeless DJ out front spinning the tunes really loud. MC Shopping Cart. In da house. But, actually, no house.

Definitely an okay 7-11 that's a little less skeevy than the one on State Street just across the river. This one was relatively clean and even though there was a huge line, the cashiers moved quickly to take care of the customers. If you need a snack or a drink....or even some boxed wine...this isn't a bad place.

This is a pretty a much your average 7-11 that doesn't really distinguish itself in anyway. The offerings in terms of snacks and drinks are typical of any 7-11 that I have previously visited. It does lack in a few aspects. It's pre-made cold and ready to eat hot selections are a bit lacking. I recently had a somewhat negative experience. I purchased two slices of pizza and a Pepsi plus a small bag of Doritos. I got the pizza and Pepsi because the combo was on sale for $3.00. When I was checking out, I scanned my rewards code from the 7-11 app on my phone, but when the cashier rang me up the total was over $8.00 which did not make sense with the deal I was supposed to get. I asked the cashier why the price was so high, and she pointed out to me that I need to click on a screen that I did not want to use my rewards to get money off the transaction. Everything was fine up to this point. As I pressed the screen to indicate I did not want to use my reward points for money off the purchase, the cashier shouted that I was "hooting and holler'n" that I didn't get the deal I wanted. I quietly apologized, and stated I was only trying to clarify the transaction, but it didn't stop there. The cashier then turned to another customer in line and again stated that I was "hooting and holler'n". I again quietly apologize. I did the $3.00 deal on my pizza and Pepsi. I, however, feel that the cashier was a bit out of line. This 7-11 is currently close to where I work. Hence, I will come back here, but avoid this location if you can as the selection of pre-made food is limited, there is nothing special about that it and staff can be rude.

Both the store and DoorDash refused to resolve it when I asked. Happened more than once to delivery drivers of mine too. Sure I have a terrible DoorDash rating now because of this too. Not ok -- support workers, tip them directly if you can, and avoid delivery from this place.

We were able to find what we were looking for, but the service piece is missing. We weren't greeted upon entering, and we weren't offered any help. I'm used to even a 7-Eleven would say something along the lines of Hi, welcome in, let me know if you need help etc. As a small local business, you'd want to do at least the bare minimum, especially since there's competition and customers don't have to come here at the end of the day. That's my biggest suggestion for improvement. Other than that, they do have a great selection of alcohol and other miscellaneous things you'd find at a 7-Eleven. I'd recommend this place to anyone in the area looking for a nearby liquor store, but don't expect the service to be great. They'll likely have what you're looking for, you may have to move some things around to get to it. My friend had to move another box of alcohol to get the one she wanted.
