Good service, the pharmacists are helpful. Sometimes checking out takes a while but other than that its a decent place.

This was possibly my best experience at a pharmacy anywhere. The pharmacy cashier was very friendly and helpful. Very efficient and obviously knew how to do her job, which I appreciate greatly. The pharmacist also took the time to help me with my needs and explain things in a friendly, understandable fashion. Very professional all around. I only regret I did not make note of their names. I've had many positive visits in the last few months which has prompted this review. I don't use the pharmacy or the photo dept so I can't comment on those. What I can comment on are the kind employees who have been very helpful and friendly. A younger blond was super responsive when I asked about an out of stock product and instantly wrote me a rain check with a smile. On another day, a brunette helped me with the same product and pulled what they had in the back for me with a smile. And the African American cashier lady was super nice and friendly as well. It's truly good customer service that brings customers back and they have a loyal customer in me. The manager has picked some quality people. read more

The wallgreens pharmacy lady was super rude at the front desk I initially went through the drive through but they gave me 2 out of 3 prescriptions I went in telling them they gave me 2 and I'm missing one, the lady responded maybe it fell under the car rudely. One of the other lady's dug under something and found my remaining 3 prescription and gave it to me. Smart Rude remarks are uncalled for. If you don't like your job maybe you should find another one. I completely agree with the first reviewer. I came to this pharmacy w/my mom who was ridiculously sick. I drove her to the doctors and then we came here to get her meds. They said it would be twenty minutes and she sat down to wait. I made my way around the store and looked around to kill time. 10 minutes later my mom found me and told me she felt really sick so she was going to go lay in the car. Now, my mom is the strongest toughest woman i know. this sickness HAD to be kicking her ass if #1 she asked me to drive her #2 if she couldnt stand 10 more minutes of waiting. So i took a seat infront of the counter and waited for her. I watched people come and go, i watched one of the workers be rude to 89.99% of the customers, i saw the same lady yell at some of the other workers to shut their mouths and get to work bcuz no one was helping with the growing line of customers..then i would watch the line die down and everyone was just flirting and talking about bull. 45 minutes later and im pissed...come to find out my meds were ready but no one EVER said anything. Honestly this pharmacy is making so much money and they are always under staff. It doesn't matter what time of the day you go there always under staff or one register working or system breaks. Today my doctor sent my prescription over to the pharmacy and I called them they told me it'll be ready in 30 minutes to hours later I went to the pharmacy to pick up my medication and they said it's going to be another 20 minutes read more

Because of my bad past experience at the Ontario Ave location I decide to call this Walgreens on Parkridge Ave in Corona instead. What a difference! Rosmery answered the phone and I told what happened at the other location. She apologized and said she'll call them to transfer my prescription to this location and that she'll call me as soon as she can to let me know what happened. She called me few minutes later and said that everything has been transferred and it's ready for pick up. She was very polite and professional. When I came in to pick it up, did not have to wait at all, everything was ready for me. Great job Rosmery and thank you! read more

I just went their to night to order some invits in the photo center, it was so fast and easy, walked out with my invits in less then an hour. It was also cheeper then target was (first went their printers where down) so happy they where. I got some great invites and at a great price too!! The only worker there was also vary helpful and so nice! read more

The worst pharmacy I've every been to with the most rude people, I've had to wait hours after I was assured my perscription would be ready. The last time I went there my 21 year old son went to pick up my medication 2 hours after the tome it was promised I had surgery that day, he told them "my mom's in pain can you please hurry we been waiting 2 hours" they came back to him and said That's not our problem we have other people waiting" We went to CVS and got my medication in less then 10 minutes. So you people at Walgreens I hope you go out of business, lose your job's your horriable, rude, terriable I will never step in that place again. read more

Walgreens is so lame. L-A-M-E. laMe LaME lAmE. steptic pencils have been around for e-v-e-rrrr. Those are little small alum sticks with one end shaped like a pencil. When one cuts or nicks themselves while shaving, face, legs, or whatever, simply went the end of the pencil touching on the nicked spot and bleeding stops almost instantly. There is no valid reason to discontinue this item which Walgreens has. This item is totally safe and been around a hundred years - maybe that's the reason. Walgreens, you are soooooo lame I won't be shopping there anymore. read more

The store is nice but the pharmacy is always under-staffed and slow. Also many time have come to pick up an RX I've been told has been filled and then I have to wait for them to actually fill it. Can't wait until the new CVS off of River Road opens. read more

Staff is always helpful and happy to help, but the pharmacy is just a joke! I drop off my prenatal vitamins prescription and when I tried to pick them up they needed the pharmacist to "explain" me and go over the prescription... Excuse me? I can buy vitamins over the counter and just take them like anyone else would, so inconvenient they think I have all the time in the world to be waiting or coming back... They are acting like they're giving me some kind of drug ITS JUST VITAMINS! Whatever.... read more

Long wait times at the drive through Window and counter. Doesn't matter if you are there to pick up a phone order. You still have to wait a long time to get prescriptions. Also took a long time to clarify insurance and doctor prescription issues. read more

I have been going to this pharmacy for many years and I love the ladies there! They remember my mother and me by name so I can call in and they have always been extremely helpful since the first day I started going there. The staff for the store had always been very helpful, nice, and professional when I need something! Even after I moved to Norco I still make the drive to this specific store because I have yet to find the same service. read more

If i could give 0 stars I would. This is the worst Pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. Mistakes made, long waits, never enough staff. How can you have 1 pharmacist and one tech, in such a busy store. This place is a joke to shop in. One day I had to wait almost 30 min, so I decided to look for a few things i needed. The 1st item is mascara, which was more than $3 more than any store I shop at. I looked around and everything on my list was more expensive then I usually pay at other stores. One prescription I buy is usually $20 dollars a month. So i go to fill it and they only carry 20 day containers, so they charged me for the full 30 day amount. And when I went back they charged me the full $20 copay again. And the girl working could not understand when I tried to explain that I should not be charged the full amount again. The next thing that was the last straw after many mistakes was a doctors order for Zantac.. They tried to charge me $25.60 for the Generic brand, so I told them to keep it, i could buy it over the counter for that. So I went to Wal-Mart and had the prescription transferred to them and it was $4.00. I will never set foot in a Walgreens again. read more

This is for the pharmacy. I have dealt with another Walgreens that was great. This one rarely has my prescriptions filled. Multiple times I have gotten there at a time that I stated I would pick up from my app hours after that time and many times days after that time and my prescription isn't done. If there's a problem with insurance or it's not in stock they don't call. Maybe I was spoiled with the other Walgreens that would call if there was any delay or any problems that same day I put the request in even if I'm not to pick it up till the next day. They call if the insurance won't pay just to tell me that they called my doctor for either a prior auth or a different medication. That helps so I know. I have even had it when I dropped off a prescription that they said I could pick it up in an hour and 6 hours later I came to pick it up and it wasn't ready. I'm going to look for another pharmacy because it's frustrating that they don't even seem to care. read more
