How you going to work around food and smells so bad I almost threw up! Anyway the guy says they keep it locked because it's a bad neighborhood, this is not a bad neighborhood it's industrial here basically it's an end of a freeway and the start of a neighborhood is really not bad at all, and if you think so maybe you shouldn't work here at night, so the people can get in, and you don't have to lock yourself in like you're scared!!! also the coffee machine here was broken for more than a year, it gave out half coffee half powder, so you would have to fill it up with the cold the French vanilla first then put some of the half powder half coffee!! if not it would just come out tasting like water, and I told him this multiple times dude was like "it's not broken" even though the machine would shake when the coffee would come out!! it would come out like it was going to explode!!! I'm a regular customer at 7-Eleven, but I'm not coming back to this whenever again I'm sick of it!!! every single time I had an interaction with any one of these guys they were super rude!!! I don't know why they did not have to be! I was being polite to them!! Because I'm such a loyal customer, I thought they would give me a dollar off because they had false advertisement, but no dude just fought with me!!!

I just wish other Loop locations could match the level of reliability and service this one consistently maintains.

They do not pay their staff enough, seem wildly understaffed, and don't really do much to manage any of the issues, but their staff is doing what they can and definitely deserve better support than they have.

I am absolutely livid and disgusted with the abysmal customer service provided by Walgreens in their pharmacy department. It is beyond comprehension how they can consistently put customers on hold for hours, only to hang up without even bothering to speak to someone. This experience, which seems to happen every single time, is nothing short of shockingly evil and vile. It is utterly disrespectful and shows a complete lack of regard for their customers' time and well-being. We are not just faceless entities, but human beings who deserve to be treated with basic decency and respect. But what truly infuriates me is the fact that they have the audacity to hang up without even addressing the issue. It's as if they believe our concerns are insignificant and unworthy of their attention. This level of incompetence and disregard for customer satisfaction is simply unacceptable. Walgreens needs to wake up and realize that they are in the service industry. Their primary goal should be to serve their customers, not to frustrate and infuriate them. It is high time they make some serious changes for the better. Improving customer service in the pharmacy department should be their top priority. They need to hire more staff to handle the workload and ensure that customers are not left waiting for hours on end. Implementing a more efficient call system, where customers can leave their contact information and receive a call back, would also be a step in the right direction. Furthermore, Walgreens must invest in proper training for their employees. They need to instill a CULTURE OF EMPATHY, UNDERSTANDING, and GENUINE CARE for their customers. It is not enough to simply have people manning the phones; they need to be equipped with the skills and knowledge to address customer concerns effectively and efficiently. This branch carries many items that the other Walgreens branches do not stock. However, while the majority of the clerks are helpful and customer focused there are a couple of arrogant ones working there. Good example is the man who was stocking the shelves in the pharmacy department yesterday. In politely inquiring where they stock Tegaderm bandages he firstly looked at me as though I was bothering him. Secondly his tone was that of not only arrogance but impatience as if I should have already known where to find this item. He just said in a very impatient tone that it's along the wall. Again it was as though I should have known already (i.e. knew the store's layout & where items are stocked) thereby bypassing him and bothering him! When Walgreens pay customers salaries to do the jobs of their clerks then I would be happy to do as he wished. In the meantime, he ought to do his job properly & that means being 100% customer friendly and helpful. Otherwise, just depart. In checking the past reviews apparently this sort of attitude is standard at this Walgreens. Very bad. read more

i went to this place to get a terraflu because i got the flu and i wish at least they had a profesional cashier she asked for my ID i show her my ID from my country because i didn't have my passport w me she told me so laud we only take a USA ID so i asked her if was possible to talk to her manager so she called him that was worse his an asshole asian guy he told me more louder we only take USA ID for a mother **** terraflu? The worst customer service ever!!! Poorly trained staff! This location asks for two ID (dl&passport) for Western Union money transfers which is NONSENSE. What a stupid policy is it? When I asked the staff how long have you had the two id policy their manager said since the beginning of this year (he lied). However, I've sent money so many times from that location using my DL ONLY. Who carries his passport? Even at the airport they don't ask for your passport (for domestic flights). They couldn't even answer my simple questions about that stupid policy. P.S. now it makes sense to me why this westlake location has only 2.5 stars. You don't even deserve it! read more

I was standing in the line for so long. I paid my meds ahead of time so that I will be in the express lane & I hate standing in the line. I was already raising my cellphone showing that I have an express pick up pass. The staff acknowledged me & said that I was next. But what happened was, she called the next person in line which this person is not in the express lane lIne. This is not acceptable! What's the use of having an express pick up pass?! I like the fact that this Walgreens is open 24 hours a day. With my busy schedule, how else am I supposed to find the time to pick up ze basic necessities? Floss, soap, mascara, toilet paper, magazines, plain ol' snacks, you guys catch my drift. Parking is abundant and dare I say it? FREE! Here in and around SF, you don't always get that luxury. They also offer a Walgreens Rewards Card for those who are frequent shoppers to add to your savings. Great convenient place to go when everything else is closed down for the night. read more

Pretty cool that this spot is open 24/7 and I stop by here after work or when I'm coughing my lungs out 3am in the morning. They usually sell out of items pretty quickly but it's convenient since the parking lot is so big and it's also right next to Starbucks. Side note: She apologetically told me the price, but it was only about half what a big chain pharmacy was charging for an inferior product. I told her my wife would come by to pick everything up when the seat came in. They insisted on delivering it to my home at no extra charge and their delivery guy offered to pull in our garbage cans (which were still at the curb) when he dropped everything off! Oh and when I called back to pay, they told me they started an account for me and we could settle up later. I'll say it again, I wish I could give them more than five stars. This is why you should support your local businesses. They genuinely care about their customers.
