Ordered Christmas cards at this location-order was fulfilled quickly but how on Earth am I supposed to mail out cards without envelopes? Luckily, I checked the small box that the cards came in and noticed that there were no envelopes in there. I went back to ask before leaving the store. I was told that they were in a box in the back. Me trying to be reasonable, I offered to go to the market and come back. He said I'd have to come back tomorrow. Why would I come and pick up my cards today so I can come back tomorrow for envelopes? I was given a prescription from Redlands Community Hospital , printed out Dr. singed and barcode , they refused to fill it saying it should be written out . If I could give this Walgreens pharmacy zero stars I would. I went through the drive thru to pick up a prescription which I was text it was ready, when I went to the window they said they didn't have anything for me. I then asked them to fill my RX and they told me it would be ready in 2 hrs. Once I got home I received the text that it was ready. Since I was already home, I didn't want to go back. Anyway, they filled the wrong prescription and then acted like it was my mess up.. I had to go back and pretty much fight for my $$ back since it was their mistake and I was able to prove it. Bad experience every time I come to this Walgreens Pharmacy. Super Slow & rude and there happens to always be something wrong with insurance according to them so I either have to wait longer there or wait to get some sort of approval from the Dr. Go to CVS instead. Same prescriptions are sent over to them and I never have any problems getting them, and prescriptions are ready FAST. This pharmacy is by far the WORST pharmacy I have ever been too. I have been battling with this location for months trying to have my prenatal prescription refilled on automatic refills. Each and every month I am having to call and follow up on my prescription because low and behold they advise that I am not on automatic refills even though at pick up I relay my frustrations regarding matter and kindly request to please have my prescription on automatic refills. Incredibly rude and condescending staff. I show up 10 minutes early for a 2nd Vac shot for my son. When we came it was empty. They claim I need to wait for additional paperwork to be printed. 30 minutes later it finally "prints". It takes another 15 mins for the cashier to call us over for the shot. The Pharmacist could not be bothered to do anything. The shot was given and the lady drew enough blood where she needed 4 alcohol wipes. She gave us our card and said to wait 20 mins. What's funny is all the reviews are bad. I came here to get a prescription filled. When I initially dropped it off everything was good the lady was kind said it will be ready tomorrow. No problem. Said nothing else about it. When I went to pick it up there was a problem. For some reason they could not release my meds at first they said they can only release one. I was having surgery the next morning so I needed them. Then they said we can't release either. My dr called to release them the next day. We showed up after surgery to get them. We didn't press the button at first cause we see the lady's walking by the window but to them no one is there til you ring the button. Then took another 20 min just sitting there waiting for them to release my meds when the dr called and should have been taking care of again. I will never come back here again. Needed prescriptions filled, turns out Walgreens does not accept either of the two major health insurances I have. That wasn't the part that bothered me...it was waiting 3 hours to get a notification on my email, no phone call, that there was a "problem" with my insurance.
