Staff and slow workers, I understand. Today they have roughly four people working there, but they have a lack of returning after break or lunch. This has happened before, but I didn't think of anything of it and thought it was just another day. Today they will push the button when they come back after lunch 12 minutes late. And with a lot of people waiting for their medication. So I went ahead and reported them to customer service.

CVS had one of my medications for $202 and another for $79 KMart, Walgreens, Osco, Walmart etc had then a tad cheaper, by $5 to $7 cheaper usually. This place had the following prices: $139.90 and $53.90 They also gave me a $10 discount because I drove from O'Hare to get there. Not only that, the pharmacist was extra nice. PERIOD…read more Purchased 4 items, 3 of which were either broken, defective (As in a scented fluid leaking from the bottom, factory or likely internal store Quality Control failure), and one item completely mislabeled and drastically undersized. Due to the fluid leak, the print had literally been erased from the receipt. However, the total and individual item #s were all legible, AS WELL AS THE PRICE AND DATE. The staff was incredibly rude (all 3 involved), and a manager to resolve a simple return. Had my ID, phone #, and the debit card used for the original purchase on hand. The customer is always right, especially when it is a MASSIVE corporate entity over an incredibly mundane issue like this.

It's kind of a hit or miss; I've had good experiences and not-so-good experiences. No matter what time of the day you come here at, I swear this Walmart is always busy. I've never seen it slow on any day or any time. The parking can be kind of hectic because of this, too, but I usually just park in the back anyway to avoid it (gotta get my steps in). This Walmart is BIG and has everything a Walmart requires - food, clothes, toiletries, electronics, decor, seasonal stuff, etc. Sometimes I find their shelves empty and running out of a lot of stuff. Sometimes I find their shelves fully stocked, it's really up in the air when I come in. I've usually always had a good experience with the staff though; they're pretty helpful and nice. The worst experience I had was when my sister and I bought a TV here for our apartment. We bought a TV and had a good experience with the employees; however, when we opened up the TV at home there was a huge crack in it and it was not a workable TV because of it. We went back to customer service and it turns out they re-sold a returned, broken TV. They said it should have never been on their shelves. It was just a whole ordeal and took kinda long and then we had to buy another TV since that was the last one within the price range we were looking for. I've been to better Walmarts and I've been to worse, this one is okay if you're looking for simple items!

Their sales are great in that the sale prices are reasonably competitive, discounts can be obtained simply by typing in your phone number in the absence of a reward card and point accumulation equals real dollars. I know use of your phone number is an offering at other stores, I think it's more beneficial here because drugstore costs are not always planned. It's a I forgot to get _________, I need to pop in to grab something quick or a quick for pricier way to get some household items place when necessary and it would be crazy to think you carry their rewards card on your person 'just in case'. I would happily return to this location should the need or opportunity present itself.
