I really appreciate the employees here because they are chill while being helpful. This mall location is not the most spacious I have ever been to, but I find it only to feel small when there on the weekend afternoons. The store is so clean and organized. They also did a great job during the height of COVID when the number of patrons in the stores had to be limited. I suspect this location has a really great store manager, as I enjoy it more than I do other locations. read more

I asked an employee if Where can I find a wall plug on display, she said "LET ME LOOK IN THE BACK" she eyed me from head to toes & then proceeded to say "OR YOU CAN LOOK IN THE FRONT YOURSELF MAYBE" Then I went to go pay with a Gift card through the app & the man took my phone to scan the ewallet through the app, it then asked me for a pin I asked him what pin? He looked at me & said " I don't know figure it out" he was getting irritated while I try to find what pin since he was no help at all then I finally knew it was the pin from the gift card. I entered the pin & he said " THERE YOU GO LOOKS LIKE YOU FIGURED IT OUT" If it helps the lady cashier looked like Ursula with a heavy accent & the man looked like an old GRANDPA BARBIE KEN this store needs to improve their customer service I've had enough of their actions and how they respond not only to me several times but I've seen they pick & choose who they are nice to. read more

I enjoy Bath & Body Works as a whole but I did not enjoy my experience at this location. The store looks great and all but when I walked in I immediately saw two associates and neither of them greeted me nor came up and asked if I needed help at any point, and I did. After a few minutes of trying to find the right section and something I wanted (I was looking for items for my free bday gift) I checked out and left. In the way out the only person who said anything was the cashier. It is a pretty store but I will not return to that location. read more

I came today to this location and all I can say is I'm disappointed. The cashier told me about the buy 3 get 3 free deal. I brought 3 things back and continued to pay. After I left the mall, I realized that I was charged for the supposed "free" items. Yes, this was my fault for not checking the receipt, but they lied to me! I double checked the receipt and nothing was marked as free or 0 dollars. Not sure if I will be coming back in the future. read more

It's a nIce place to visit to that nice gift to your special person in your family. A ton of variety that is unparalleled to other fragrant stores. Some fragrances are too strong and so most of them I personally don't like. I see why many do like them. Overall, good quality and at good price on those super discount days. Rather pricey On those regular days. The best type of store to try everything out Erie you buy it. They have great deals on those super discount days and that when had visited the store recently It was a mad house of customers and we should have gone on another day. This store is a great example to the phrase "size doesn't matter". Although small, this BBW location definitely packs a punch! Of all the times I've shopped here, they are never really out of stock of what I was looking for. The cashiers are fast and efficient which definitely helps out a small location like this as they are always busy. During sales and holiday times, the lines are usually really long, but the wait time is not that bad as they ring you up and get you out of there in no time. The store associates are usually very helpful and greet you as soon as you walk through the door. I had to knock a star off though because it can get really crowded here almost to the point where someone can have an anxiety attack in the wintertime. With all the stupid layers and coats that people have on during winter, in can get really hot and claustrophobic in here. Just wanted to throw that out there. But on the contrary, great smell good products can be found here, if you're into that kind of stuff. I'm a big fan of their 3-wick candles and their Wallflowers. Very concentrated scents and they can have your home smelling all sorts of flavors within seconds of lighting up the candle or sticking the wallflower in the socket. Placed an order on 12/4 during their candle sale. Two days later I received an email letting me know that one of my candles was no longer available. My order was scheduled to arrive on 12/17....It is now 12/27 and still no candles. I called customer service today and now only 2 of my candles were in stock. From 5 candles, I am down to 2. I love buying perfumes and bath products specifically from this store, and when we visited this mall, I did not forget to also visit this store. The first thing I noticed is that the store is very clean and everything is well-organized according to use, so basically everything is easy to find. The store is not as big as the one I visited in the other mall, but it has the same wonderful selection. The personnel in the store are very accommodating and friendly too. I was free to search for and find anything I wanted, and the personnel were attentive whenever I had questions or anything. What I liked the most on that particular day was that there were many products that had great prices and were very reasonable. That is why I could not help myself but to buy everything that I needed and a few of the things that I wanted to try that seemed really nice and new in my collection. I shop here often simply because it is so close, but after my experience today, I had to write an actual review. I have always had great customer service at this store. I don't know it they changed their outlook or what, but today, was outstanding. I felt like the employees were like personal shopper and not just employees. Alright, I had to write an update because I went into this location today and oh my gosh were the employees wonderful. I don't know his name (I think he's a manager?) but a guy who works here is tall, blonde, spikey hair: he was GREAT! Super sweet and helpful. Another guy who was working helped me so much with an exchange I had and the girl working there I've seen before and she's a doll. They provided me with awesome customer service. I was in there right before they closed and they let me take my time to shop around, found products for me in the back, and were just all around great. Went in looking for something specific. I needed those things that hold hand-sanitizer to the side of your purse/bag, and I remember them always carrying them. I used to shop here more, but many of their products are too chemically based now for my tastes. Plus I don't like anti-bacterial chemicals in my hand sanitizer and use an alcohol based one from another company now. If they switched to more eco-friendly and nontoxic products, I would probably be a loyal fan to their products again. read more

Since bath and body works discontinued my favorite scent (black amethyst) about a year ago, I've been wandering around the store aimlessly every time I went. I went yesterday to take advantage of their buy three get three free promotion as well as use my 20% off coupon. The store was absolutely packed with shoppers. However, the employees still found time to help me find the perfect scent. I feel bad because I can't remember the girl's name that helped me, but she was simply AMAZING. I told her my predicament,and she jumped right into helping me out. I looked over at my sister and my mom, and they were also getting the same amazing costumer service from other employees.
