This pharmacy is absolutely horrible. I'm only one of two people in line to pick up prescriptions and I've been standing here for 15 minutes. This isn't a one time thing either. In the past, I can always count on a ridiculously long line and a 30 minute wait to pick up medications that are ready and waiting. I only come to this location when I have no choice (picking up for my grandparents). I literally live a half mile from this location, and for years I gladly pass this Walgreens and drive to the Santa Cruz Walgreens to pick up my household's medications...on a weekly basis! read more

Was just asked to leave this store by Edgar after apparently being in it for 30 minutes and told that was "too much time". Edgar asked me also after, 30 min of being in the store, to leave my backpack at the front saying he "just now noticed" after walking by me and my boyfriend multiple times and not saying anything then but using it as an excuse to "kick us out". Thank you Edgar for harassing us out of the store and being a real good guy making up that we were swearing and that this is a "family owned business", not to mention slewing insults at us as we were leaving saying "oh yea you're a real tough guy" and a whole bunch of other nonsense. You really showed off your security skills tonight. I'll continue to report you for harassment because you should not have a job treating people that way. read more

24 hour drug stores are fantastic. It's for the nights you need a chocolate bar and chapstick at 2 am and there's no where else to go. This Walgreens has really good sales as well. My mom and I always check the flyer they send in the paper because it has coupons for stuff we use constantly. I usually stock up on deodorant, chapstick and another toiletry type stuff here. read more

Don't ever use the pharmacy here. Employees don't have customer service skills, they are not trained properly and don't communicate. It's a nightmare. I had to have my insurance company call them 3 times and they still couldn't get things right. My husband waited over 3 hours for a medication that was ready. The staff has ABSOLUTELY NO KNOWLEDGE of customer service OR the purpose of all the technology Walgreens has to offer. What is the point of customers using on line order or phone orders if we ultimately have to deal with the incredibly deficient "people" behind the counter. If I could give this place a 0 I would. I only come here to get my prescriptions because they are open 24 hours. I have had SO MANY issues with the pharmacy it's insane. They suck at answering phones, seems as though they can't multi-task, will say it will be ready in 20 minutes but takes longer, they told me a couple times my prescription was ready and when I went to grab it they were still working on it. I've also had my doctor send things and I can see on the website that my RX is being processed but then when I call the night shift lady said they never got anything when CLEARLY it says otherwise. I just was waiting on the phone for 35 mins because the website says I have a delay on my RX. The lady puts me on hold and then eventually hang up. I have also sat in that store for an hour before just IN LINE. They can't seem to control their environment and multi task or get more employees. Because this is EVERY TIME I PICK UP A PRESCRIPTION. Soon I'm going to make a call elsewhere because this is becoming too much. Figure it out Walgreens Pharmacy, because what your doing now ISN'T WORKING. read more

OMG! Literally 6 people in front of me at 8:20 pm with 1. That's 1 person working in the pharmacy! Why is this the only pharmacy in the county open right now on a Saturday. I have pneumonia and I'm standing here febrile waiting to hand them a prescription that can only be hand delivered for them to fill so I can get some relief from this hacking nightmare. Unbelievable. Like all Walgreens this Walgreens is massively hopelessly understaffed the drive-through takes an average of an hour. The pharmacist usually don't know what they're doing I need to call out for assistance four times out of five. They are cheap, that's why people keep coming here. read more

The store in Watsonville is horrible. There are not enough employees in the pharmacy. It always takes over 45 minutes to get to speak to a person on the phone and that is if they do not hang up on you. I have tried to get my scripts by the drive through window and then they tell you it is not ready and to come inside the store where I know the line is even longer. I cannot walk inside as I am disabled...that is why I go to the window. I have sent family to go inside to wait in line for the medications that are still waiting to be filled. There must be an administration phone number somewhere to report this......run! run for the hills! read more

It's too bad that this pharmacy is so awful, because the people at the front registers are consistently cheerful and friendly. But having to wait in line 30 minutes just to even talk to anyone else in pharmacy or over the phone, let alone get a prescription, is unacceptable. I had to camp out for over 2 hours just to get my son's Tamiflu prescription filled...And then come back twice in the coming days because they only had a partial supply each time. The only good thing I can say is that I was able to put together a meal of nuts, chips, and juice to eat there while I waited. Never going back again. read more

If I could give them a no star rating, I would. My 7 year old daughter broke her arm today. She is in excruciating pain. Walgreens was the only pharmacy open after 7pm on a Saturday. I got there at 7:30 and was told my daughter's pain medicine would be ready in 1.5 hours, and I would get a text. That text never came, I walk in to see what was taking so long, and I was told they were out of stock and I can come in Monday to pick up the prescription. I had no indication from them the prescription wouldn't be filled today. I will never use this pharmacy again. Complete lack of consideration. Absolutely horrible. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. There is one employee here who seems to care about anything. At least 50 times, not exaggerating at least 50, I have showed up and they either forgot about my prescription, lost it, didn't fill it, or have me wait for HOURS. I have had one prescription sent in as RUSH by my doctor. I went in the next day and it STILL WASNT READY. I got here and they said oh ten minutes, ten more minutes. So it's clear that they just forget and don't fill as the scripts come in. This place is an absolute nightmare and frankly I can't believe they're still in business. read more

I am forced to use this pharmacy because of a change in my prescription coverage. I have never encountered any other pharmacy that is this slow. Unacceptable. Even the drive thru is slow. Inside it is dirty and they crammed the pharmacy at the back of the store in a small area so you are forced to be right next to the sick people. read more

This Walgreens withheld my prescription due to their own issues. Worst experience I have ever had at any store in my life. AVOID THIS WALGREENS FOR ANYTHING. I had a urgent prescription sent from the urgent care at 5:45 pm. Walgreens told me it would be ready at 8:00pm. I waited 45 minutes in the drive thru and when I finally got to the window they told me it would be 30 minutes. This was 1.5 hours after the 8:00. At 10:45 it was finally ready but they said I can only pay with cash. They would not accept my credit card because of some issue with their register. They essentially denied me of 3 very time sensitive medications after delaying me for hours already. I had to pay extra atm fees to finally get my medication at 12:10 AM. Manager just said "not my problem" and brushed me off. Horrible experience and I would never want anyone I know to go to this Walgreens. Horrible customer service, horrible management. read more

I understand the frustration from other reviewers. I try to go early in the morning. The pharmacy line is shorter then. I like getting a text confirmation that the prescription is ready before I go, so that saves additional time. The workers are always friendly. Luckily I only have to grab a few prescriptions a year for sick kids, etc. might be more frustrating otherwise. read more

Pretty kept well clean store. I always visit during the late hours since it is a 24 hour location. The employees seem friendly but always never waste any time to check you out the door and make sure you get your saving through and recommend using your member card. I well always come back and it isn't a bad place to grab some snacks before you hit the road somewhere or just need to get some groceries at 2am. I recommend this to everyone! read more

The worse service! I've switched pharmacy because they have slow service. Pharmacy staff appear to be confused all the time. There is no difference in wait time if you try drive thru. Average wait time for pharmacy is 40min.....that's after meds are ready for pick up. I purchased their savings plan for meds but could not get the discount. Over the past two weeks i have visited this store twice and both times i received the worst service ever.... I have been a walgeens customer for over 10 years. These recent events have made me reconsider my choice in drugs stores. Each time i have visited the store the sale that was posted on the sale product didn't ring up in the register. When asked why it didn't show the sales price sale. The sales person said it was not on sale and that i must have read it wrong with attitude. I then asked the sales person to a price check. once again with attitude she called for a price check. The other person came back saying it was marked as on sale. No apologies for her rude behavior or nothing not even a thank you at the end of the transaction. If this is walgreens new style of customer service i plan to shop elsewhere. read more

This is absolutely THE WORST pharmacy I've ever done business with, bar none. I have an illness that requires Rx medications, so i deal with pharmacies a lot. My insurance has now insisted that I go to this hell hole and I'm pissed off. The employees are incompetent and rude and the pharmacy is particularly rude. And they are understaffed. And they break the law and don't have enough pharmacists working for the number of clerks and techs on duty, they get fined for it all the time but they keep doing it. More issues. Doesn't appear that anyone at the store cares if they make mistakes or not. No one to complain to. No way to escalate or get help, just one snotty person after another if you try. Called due to an error and waited on hold for ever. Had to keep explaining the issue to them over and over again, but they still don't understand the issue and just keep running the prescription through without actually fixing the issue. Tried to speak to a "manager" and she started up an attitude with me. Unbelievable that Walgreens doesn't care that their people act like this to their customers.
