Pharmacy is rude and chose when to show up, apparently it's ok to just not show up on a Saturday. That means whatever prescriptions were ready to be picked up were completely unavailable until the next business, which is Monday. 2days without some medication can be very dangerous, I bet the staff wouldn't like something like that to be done to them or their loved ones. If you're not going to be a responsible adult, maybe you should choose a different line of work. read more

Absolutely terrible! Will not be using any Walgreens pharmacy again! Had a young lady call and ask if I would be picking up my RX. Informed her the RX was supposed to be for pick up at an entirely different location. How it ended up here I don't know. She said we can deliver tomorrow. Great! 3 days later, 2very long phone calls on hold and a trip to store that was closed...I call for the 3rd time to say I never received my prescription, "well are you going to pick it up or not?" It was supposed to be delivered, well we couldn't make it, you need to come get it or we can deliver by 7 pm this evening, yes please deliver. 8:00, still no Rx. I call....store closed! What the heck! Mind you I've already paid for the RX to be delivered and status shows picked up. I still do not have my prescription! read more

Tremendous progress by the new pharmacy team. For the last 5 months or so it had been a complete turnaround in service, communication, and attention. I need to give kudos where it is due. For the folks complaining, please remember we live in a populated area so there will be a wait time. I also recommend getting an account so you can monitor the status of your prescriptions. If the pharmacy was able to accommodate your requests, why are you still upset? Lastly, able-bodied people may have faster service going if there are multiple cars in line. read more

The lady at the front who was working Feb. 4 evening deserves a raise! Great customer service skills, she was by herself and helped out customers faster than I've seen people get helped in fully staffed circumstances. I see many bad reviews about the pharmacy staff but I've had the opposite experience. I switched my prescription from CVS to this Walgreens and I've never had anything other than a pleasant experience. They are communicative, kind and very helpful even when they are super busy. Any question I ask they've been nothing by informative and they always go the extra mile to explain anything. I'm very happy I switched things over to this Walgreens and am super appreciative of the staff! read more

I waited at the pharmacy to ask a quick question about Covid testing. One of the two pharmacists said that they would be with me in one moment (no problem). 15 minutes later and they were blatantly standing right in-front of the help window. Never looking up at me and avoiding any help. I will NEVER go to this location again. Absolutely unexceptionable. read more

This particualar Walgreens pharmacy is terrible. I came in to get a second dose of a shingles vaccine and was told that I had to come back later because they were going to lunch in 10 minutes. I came back a few months later and was told that they cant see me as I need to make an appointment online. There were no other customers in line or in the waiting area. Who knows maybe competition from online pharmacies and covid are squeezing these corporate pharmacies to the point that the employees are being asked to do too much??? I visit this store regularly for normal non pharmacy items and always get good service. read more

If there was a ZERO rating I'd give them that!!! My husband went in today and told them he needed to wait for his prescription. Walgreens pharmacy told him it would be after 2 pm to get it since it would need to be ordered. At this point my husband told them then give me back my prescription and I'll go elsewhere....SURPRISE ..... it was now able to be filled miraculously within 10 minutes!!!! This is absolutely the WORST pharmacy in Frisco! I have been in four times to pick up the same prescription but can never get waited on because of the long lines. Then, once I finally get waited on, they can't find the prescription! Management is totally inept. I spoke to the manager over a month ago and nothing has been done. To give you an idea how inept they are, the outside pickup window speaker was out, so they shut down the pickup window for weeks! I could go to Lowe's for Home Depot and buy a wireless WiFi intercom for less than $50 and use it temporarily! This Walgreens used to be the very best pharmacy around but, for the past several years they have gone down hill, FAST! Take your business somewhere else! Store staff is great. Would fire anyone associated with the pharmacy and the GM. Last month: 1) text from them that your prescription is ready 2) go there and not ready 3) went monday and told only 1 is ready wait 10 minutes. Couldn't wait so i said i'll come back on wed. 4) went back and told only.one is ready so wait 10 minutes. Mentioned they (same person) told me that 2 days ago. tRUMPS America! Not for me or anyone to judge... However, my Uncle (50+ yrs old) visiting from abroad, attempted to purchase a product that required a form of identification for verification of age. When he presented his EU issued Drivers License, he was told they (Walgreens), could NOT accept this as a valid form of ID. Not even his European passport would allow to make the purchase. All this to say, No person with a non-US ID, can make purchases as such. However, it's worth noting, Walgreen was the son of Swedish immigrants. Welcome to tRUMPS America. read more

I tried to use one of the printed $8 cash back (they gave that same day) for another purchase and because their shitty printer print it with lines, they told they could not use it. Really? This pharamacy should be a ZERO. Not only are they incredibly slow, they never have my medicine ready. Even DAYS after coming in to get it, I am told it'll be ready the following morning. I come back and NOPE, not 'here'. I have auto refill, I have called to refill, I have done it all and it makes no difference. If you call to figure out what is going on, you'll be on hold for an hour (if they even answer) and ultimately no one knows what's going on. They also have an attitude. Very poorly run pharmacy. They rarely answer their phones. Average hold time for me is 10 minutes. Pharmacy techs tell me they don't have a prescription for me, after calling my doctors office and calling pharmacy again, tech said it was on their voicemail. I get a text message that my prescription is ready, and drive to the pharmacy only to find it's not ready. Promised it will be ready in 10-15 minutes, after 30 minutes it's still not ready. Let me preface this with, it takes a pretty significant amount of frustration that would bring me to writing a yelp review. Last week, i attended the pharmacy 3 times, first two having some insurance mishaps so that's on me, but when I finally received my medication after asking me my spouse's birthday (ya girl single), it was an incorrect dosage that was not currently part of my care plan. This, while annoying was still workable, since it was the same medication. I noticed during this pickup that my other medication my doctor had called in was missing, ok not a massive deal since I wasn't out, 1 pill left and I make my way over, to be told that they did not have the prescription. Hard to believe since my doctor called it in. Next day, 0 pills left (had 5 when this all began) I approached the pharmacy expecting to be on my way shortly. I arrive to them offering me the correct dosage of the previous medication, and told that they had simply overlooked the med I was currently out on and if I could come back tomorrow. No, this is a med I need to take daily. I told them this, they ask me to wait an hour and return to pick up both bottles. 8:30pm, I return to the pharmacy, give the same tech my information who not an hour prior told me to come back for 2 bottles. She mentions nothing, gives my meds in that fun little paper bag and I drive home. I open said paper bag to see the wrong medication in my bag. After I had begged this woman to ensure this be done today. I'm not going to lie to ya'll, I cried. I cried because the consequences of missing this medication genuinely effects my health. It is honestly pathetic that the sketchy kid we all knew in high school was more reliable at giving you what you wanted in a timely manner. I write this to say, do better. Ya'll aren't selling ice cream, or run a book store, ya'll are literally the lifeline of disabled Americans. read more

This store is horrible! Store # 10920 - 5775 FM 423 Frisco TX 75034. Went in tonight to pick up an online order and the manager on duty, Brooklyn, was rude and had no desire to be in a customer service role. If you don't want to interact with customers then get another profession. In addition, there was a machine near the photo center being repaired and the technician was NOT wearing a mask. I told the manager that he should be wearing a mask. Her response - the state of Texas doesn't require masks. (Lie #1). It's well known the state of Texas has a mask mandate. I came home and checked the Walgreens.com website to see what the Walgreens policy is and it clearly states masks are required by employees and customers and for their safety. I called the store and informed the manager that Texas does have a state mandate and Walgreens corporate policy requires masks in store. Her response was that she was told she doesn't have to force anyone to wear a mask. It's her job to follow the corporate policy and keep the environment safe for everyone going into that store!!! I will not return to this store and will use my purchasing dollars at a retail store that cares about their customer's safety and welfare and not about hurting someone's feelings or being uncomfortable turning someone away for not wearing a mask. She doesn't have the right to defy a state mandate. read more
