This place needs a full staff change. This stores manager needs major coaching. And please refrain from following and eyeing your customer. Even when you go to high end boutiques no one does that. She reminded me that when I purchase hair products online, I'm might not know exactly what is in that bottle. Although I never really thought about that,I guess that could be true!! That said, I decided to check out Ulta! The shampoo that I normally buy from the salon is 20 bucks a bottle, a bit expensive. Before heading to the salon to purchase an additional shampoo and conditioner, I decided to check online at Ulta. Thankfully, they were having a tremendous sale! I was able to purchase this expensive shampoo and conditioner at 40 to 50% off. I noticed that Eve and the original price without the sale was still cheaper than what I was paying in the salon. I also think that the more I spend at Ulta, the more savings through coupons and their buyer rewards program (I think that exists) I will receive. Also, it was easy to find a 20% off coupon. I definitely will check out their ample supply of beauty products in the future instead of purchasing directly from a hair salon.
