Staff was friendly and found what I needed. How every he bathrooms were down right disgusting! I couldn't even use them!

I just came here to relate a story I am so happy about. I realized I was going to run out of my medicine way before my next doctors appt. They said they would contact my doctor. I had forgotten that I had called them, so a couple of weeks go by and I call in and punched in my rx number and it was there waiting! It often takes a week and several attempts to get my drs OK , and they had done this on their own. I was floored. read more

I don't understand how a pharmacy can be so inefficiently run. I have never come in here and not had to wait. Always a long line. And they never have what I need. Dropped off a prescription yesterday at 5 for pickup today and here I am at 12... having waited a half hour already for it to be completed after waiting in like 20 minutes. We switched to a small family run pharmacy but when something happens over the weekend and they aren't available, coming here always seems like a punishment. read more

I have been going to this Walgreens in Los Gatos for about a year now. It is a great store, so much better than Longs or RiteAid. I do a lot of general drug store shoping here and have found the staff to be very helpful,but the standout for me is Chrstine in the Look Boutique. She is amazing! Christine is one of those people who exudes confidence and knowledge and is a true ambassador to the Look Boutique concept along with the cosmetics and skin care lines that they carry. She is the epitome of customer service. She is your professor and girlfriend all rolled into one. She knows the science of the products inside and out and knows how to explain it to the everyday person. If you don't go into this store and experience the Look Boutique with Christine and her wonderful staff you are missing out! read more

Lately I have not been pleased with the long waits for the Pharmacy. Today I wanted to get a prescription filled early due to a pending vacation. The Pharmacist made several calls to my insurance company and after him being insistent that they allow this request. He secured permission to fill my prescription. Thanks Walgreens. read more

I walked in to buy some last-minute Easter items only for one of the store employees to twice state on the loud speaker that Security should patrol the isles as soon as I'd walked in through the door with my three year old son in tow. Needless to say, as soon as I left I went home, got everything that hadn't been opened &had recently been bought from Walgreens and returned it. I will no longer shop at Walgreens. It is sad to note this being diverse California, and the date being 2015. I have shopped at this location many times before and this has never happened to me. Not even anywhere else in these United States of our America. Walgreens just inducted me into America's underbelly with my experience today. So long Walgreens! Called 3 days later and manager stated that it is policy to patrol isles every 15 minutes. Why then does security need to be reminded over speaker of something that is supposedly routine? After posting on 4/3/15 on Twitter was contacted by @WAGSocialCare on 4/7/15 stating that I'd be contacted after 2 business days. It's been over 2 weeks and nothing yet. It is what it is - Their service at all levels leaves a lot to be desired. read more

Clean and good parking but EVERY time I'm here there is an enormously long line for the pharmacy and I have to wait 10-15 minutes. So frustrating. They need to put more staff in the pharmacy and open up all the registers when they see a line building. Such a horrible way to run a business. read more

This is the best pharmacy I have ever uncounted, the whole staff and specially the pharmacist are the best in my eyes, they go there beyond to take of patient, it's actually the insurance companies who are to blame. I was amazed when I received a call today from a very sweet pharmacist ( I am so upset that I can't remember her name) called me and simply was asking me how I was doing since recently my doctor put me on a different medication, I was shocked to hear that she took time from her schedule to call methank you so much. read more

This store is pretty, nice, one of the upscale Walgreens you know cause it's in Los gatos. Doesn't give anyone the right especially the cashier on duty right now at 9:06 to be completely and entirely rude to customers. I asked to speak to the manager he says "what's up". Like he can help me. Or like he's the manager. Rude. You say "sure,let me call the manager for you". Don't act like you have any authority at your store. Reason I asked to speak to the manager is because the pharmacy is literally terrible! They said 30 minutes at 7:50, I go in at 8:40 and they tell me 20 more minutes. It's 9:08 I still am waiting for my 1 prescription of antibiotics. Ridiculous, not to mention the never ending excuse for long waits at this Walgreens and every other, is well, we only have 1 pharmacist. There is no excuse for a multi billion dollar company to give excuses like that. Walgreens has pleanty of money to pay their employees. So please walgreens do something about your terrible pharmacy and terribly rude cashiers. read more

Pharmacy is incompetent and rude. The most helpful thing they did was refer me to the Safeway pharmacy across the street.

The worst pharmacy I have ever experienced. I have been coming to this location to pock up medication for the past year and I am finally done. I'll look for a different pharmacy. I am not exaggerating when I say that every single time I have come to pick up my prescription, something is wrong - wrong dosage, wrong brand, etc. The line to even talk to someone, no mater the time of day, is at least 20 min long. I have called in prescription orders and they aren't ready. I have never seen the same pharmacy technician which makes me wonder how many of them they have disposed of. read more

If anyone in Walgreens reads this - you should know that we are switching to another pharmacy and you will be loosing a very valuable customer. Your customer service is at a "d" level and the attitude is that customers don't matter. I have normally have to wait in line far too long only to then have to wait even longer while a clerk attempts to find a prescription and everyone else in the line is complaining. Last night I arrived at 7:05 and waited in line for 42 minutes before even being helped. Then the cashier couldn't figure out how to get another clerk to long out so he could ring me up. All the customers were really angry and rightfully so. Trying to call in is even worse with wait times so long we normally have to hang up. This is retailing at its worst!!! read more

Twenty four hour pharmacy? Lies. Horrible lies that will bite you at the worst possible time. Of course, I write this at 3:10am, having waited forty-five minutes for the pharmacist to get back from his thirty minute lunch break. With a very sick husband in the car and a manager who doesn't give a damn, well I hope it was great sandwich. I won't ever be back. Once the pharmacist got back (I cried), he couldn't work his scanner or register. So add another 15 minutes for "dropping off" the prescription and another twenty to fill it. The 24 hours is probably how long you have to stand there to get a prescription filled. read more

There pharmacy is the worst. There was a very rude guy who was working at the pick up who was basically asking the other worker to hurry up while she was helping me. I stood in line and I deserved to be helped without being rushed! The pharmacist Jismal was extremely rude. I will be calling corporate to complain against her. I was in pain and I asked if I could have one pill so I could come back later for the rest and she refused to help me/talk to me or even address the fact that I was in pain. First and last time at this pharmacy. I will be filing a report with the better business bureau as well. Worst experience!!! read more

I needed Flonase for severe allergies. The pharmacist informed me those were stored in locked up shelves so she asked for assistance from the sales people to unlock the shelf so I could get the item. No response for about 20 mins. After which I pressed the assistance button to get the shelf unlocked. I waited 20 mins with no help. I again pressed the assistance button, waited another 20mins with no help so I walked over to the cashiers to let them know I needed assistance. There were 2 of them assisting people in line half of whom had come in after I did. I still did not get help. I pressed the assistance button again and after about 10 mins one of the cashiers came over to unlock the button. And she said, there is a reason for these to be locked and I mentioned that I am aware of that. The issue is I waited almost an hour to get the shelf unlocked. And while I was waiting the two cashiers were making jokes that I should wait because there were people standing in line - although almost half of which had come in after me. read more

My prescription was transferred to this location because the willow glen store was out of stock. I called the LG location on the phone and they kept me on hold 25 minutes until I called the store manager. Once I had the manager on the phone she was able to verify that my drugs were ready and waiting for me to pick them up. This place has horrible customer service. read more

The WORST service!! I called to confirm my prescription was ready, was told it was available for pick up. When I arrived I had to wait in the pick up counter for 20 minutes, then was told they misplaced my prescription and would have to wait 1 and a half to two hours as they have over 100 prescriptions to fill ahead of me. I wish I could give this place a zero as in zero service and zero management. The pharmacy always has a line and they are always out of stock (even though I call ahead to get things filled and I go there every month for the same thing). They alert you that your perscription is ready and after waiting in line forever you find out that there was something wrong with the order. That means you have to go back again and wait again to get what you need. It's a ridiculous way to spend your precious time month after month. I finally pulled everything and found a happier place. Worst pharmacy ever! I called to get a much needed prescription and got some winner on the phone who was barely interested in helping. I then called back and spoke to a pharmacist who was nice and said she would help me get my prescription from another store. She said she would call back if there was an issue. Two hours later no call so I called a third time to see if it was ready. The lady was rude but said we have what we need it will be another hour. My husband goes two hours later and they say they haven't been able to run insurance on prescriptions all day and we can't pick it up. Not one of the three people on the phone referenced this. I had it transferred to Riteaid and they filled in 30 minutes. This pharmacy is run by morons who can't get it together and are not even kind to deal with. I had issues there a few years back and swore I would never return. Lesson learned, again. read more

Walgreens while a major chain, this store refuses to price match their competitors like Target or CVS. Whilel their location may be convenient it's really not worth it to go to them when they won't even price match their competitors for this reason I try to avoid this store and this chain as much as possible. Worst drug store experience ever. Stopped after work to pick up prescription around 9:15 thinking the Pharmacy wouldn't be busy.. I was told it would be filled in 10-20 minutes... An hour and a half later I was told it would be ready in 15-30 minutes. I had to leave Before it was ready, I understand being busy but be honest with your customers about the wait times don't waste their time. read more

Worst pharmacy experience we have ever had. My husband brought in a prescription for a couple different items and waited about 30 min. (they said it would be 25 min). His name was not on the board that lets you know when it's ready so we checked with a guy behind the counter. He asked his name and started looking for the prescription and then said he was sorry, that he'll be working on it now. We waited another half hour and when we got to the counter, they said that one of the prescriptions was not available at this location! This would have been good to know an hour ago! She apologized but too little, too late. We took our prescription to Safeway down the street and they filled it within 20 minutes. read more

This Walgreens needs to have its Franchise revoked. Unacceptable pharmacy, I switch my prescription here 3 months ago, huge mistake. They claim its "ready" when I call yet it still takes an hour wait time when I come to pick it up. On top of that they have attempted to decline my insurance and charge me $300 up front 2 times now. My insurance is flawless. This place is a scam. Prices are jakes up, toothpaste is $7, deodorant is $8. Under staffed, I recommend never going here. read more

If we could give ZERO stars, then this would be the place that deserves it. The service in the pharmacy is terrible. Simply awful. We refuse to go there any more. The last straw was when we went to pick up a prescription and the pharmacist was on break and no prescriptions could be released until they got back. We had to wait for over 20 minutes for the pharmacist to come back. Then the normal awful waiting process began. Ugh. Get your prescriptions here if you love waiting in line at the DMV, then this is the right place for you. read more

Bryan a staff member working around 1:30am Sunday the 7th deserve minus stars. I went in this early hour to buy a make up sharpener. I get off work at this time so it works for me. I walk in and they call a code that that starts all employees walking around looking for me. The manager found me and reluctantly helped me. I bought two sharpeners from the school supply isle. All that make up and no make up sharpeners. Went to the register and Bryan talked under his breath the entire time. I asked him what he was saying he ignored me. He was hitting the register screen very agressivly made me uncomfortable. I Won't Shop Here Again sucks too,I like browsing make up after work. What was it about me that made them act like that? this walgreens is open 24 hours!! i love this one because the staff if friendly and they have a good selection of products.. i used to think walgreens was kind of ghetto but it was just the other ones i have been to. this store is clean and close to the place where i get my oil changed so i usually walk over here while i wait for my car.. located in quaint and cozy los gatos, this walgreens is one of my favorite ones around!! read more

One week ago, I waited for twenty minutes for my prescription after waiting in line for 15 minutes to get to the window. Today (2:30 pm) I went to pick up a prescription and there were 10 people in line waiting to get to a pick- up window. The two people at the window were there for five minutes while I was there and did not appear to be making much progress at getting their prescriptions. This pharmacy is either seriously understaffed or very poorly managed. read more

I like the store . I have had no problem with the pharmacy myself and the prices are good for meds . The problem I have is the type of people I encounter at this store in the evening when I tend to get there . I have noticed several shop lifters and nobody does anything about them . There is always strange homeless types hanging around between the front door and the gas station so watch yourself . I was really frightened the last time I went . This guy was on something in the store yelling about shooting people and nobody did a thing and as I walked out he popped out from behind the piller and came at me saying he was coming with me ! I managed to slide in my car fast and hit the lock button on my remote as he grabbed the door and I got the door closed . I called the police and they were going to do a welfare check . I go there 2 times a month and see this stuff everytime . Nice town , why not a bit more of security maybe since it is 24 hour ?????? read more

I love walgreens and staff there but the parking lot is unreasonably dangerous in my opinion, as it is sloped, and many accidents have occurred there. I have let the management know about the issue and they are aware of it but nothing has occurred. They should at least put mirrors so people who back up can see who is behind them or post signs. A lot of elderly people in particular park there. The accidents have resulted in numerous and unnecessary costs that should have fallen on Walgreens/the lessor, but unfortunately the expense has fallen on the customers and insurance companies thus far. On another note, customers should be aware that the prices at all Walgreens are not necessarily the same. This is what I'm told. You may pay more just because it's a Los Gatos Walgreens as opposed to another. That doesn't seem fair to me. read more
