Worst store. They put me on hold for 43 minutes No one in this store is serous in helping customers. Update : Oct 13, 2023 I went inside. After picking up my medicine. I decided in good faith to give feedback to the pharmacy supervisor ( Asian looking lady ) a) as I gave feedback , i saw she was not listening & being defensive b) then she blur-bled. I did not get it c) she called manager of the store attempting me to leave the store d) I left the window and sent to the front of the store check out and waited for manager to come back e) manager was polite and did his best to retain me, after hearing all. I told the manager after today I shall never come to Walgreens pharmacy as CVS is 200 % better. He agreed with me about the issues with pharmacy. NEVER AGAIN! Once bitten twice shy! I had a bad experience with this walgreens location in the past with online order pick up which they failed to deliver curbside after waiting 20 mins during peak covid. I went for covid shots for my 5yr old with an appointment. By the time they gave us papers to sign it was 20 mins and I had to stand in line for 15 mins to return the signed paper. It took more than 1hr to vaccinate two kids. They had 6 people working in pharmacy. Just ridiculous management. I will get their second shots else where! read more

Never will return to this pharmacy. Had an appointment waited 20 minutes to be processed and quoted incorrect price. Pharmacy clerk proceeded to help others without providing a status update. She also proceeded to assume I was with another customer before gaining validation from me which is a privacy concern. read more

Just the worst!! I hate this pharmacy. Every experience here has been had. My dr keeps "accidentally " calling in my prescriptions here. Ughhh I moved into the area and started using this pharmacy because of the convenient location but very quickly realize they have terrible customer service. My primary use of this pharmacy has been for prescriptions so I can only speak for that. I have switched all my prescriptions to Market Street and Mckinney and the customer service. HORRIBLE wait times. Waited for 40 mins in the drive thru line. You're ignored at this location. After waiting at the drive thru window for 25+ mins, I was finally acknowledged. Then told to come inside and wait another 30 mins. They have NOONE working the drive thru window but 15+ customers who were inside were helped and handed prescriptions. Unfortunately it was very inconvenient for me to come inside with two babies, one of which who was screaming in pain needing her prescription. This is absolutely unacceptable. read more

Horrible customer service at the pharmacy.... CVS across the street is way better..... please do not waste your time here's they do not like African Americans, my prescription was sent in yesterday. I go to pick it up today and they haven't even filled it they claim. One lady said she would call me up when the medication was filled in 10 min and I had to go up and check on my medication 25 mins later when it was already done. Then they didn't give me a bag for my medication, they didn't have any syringes and the customer service was horrible they will literally smile and not care; they don't even apologize for the wait time I will never go to this Walgreens again. read more

The slowest Walgreen ever. Got to my appointment 20 minutes before appointment time, was told to wait for them to review it before they could print out the consent forms. Half an hour later gave me the forms, after completing the forms was told the info they entered was wrong. And the name was wrong too. I asked her to hand write over the mistake which she refused. Was told they would have to print all the forms and have their pharmacist review then have me signed again. It's 30 minutes after our appointment time and we still have not gotten the correct forms to sign. read more

We have been coming to this Walgreens for 6 years sand the past two years have been the worst! They need help so badly. They don't have medication, they don't have enough qualified people who know what they are doing, and if you go through the drive through expect to be there one hour or more. I've tried going at a few different times in the day to see if that will help but it doesn't. I am a pretty patient person but waiting 30 min or longer behind only a few cars is crazy to me. Walgreens can be hit or miss when it comes to picking up prescriptions via the drive-thru. 1 day, they can be super fast but the next, they're asking you to take a lap around the building to rejoin the +20min line that you waited +15mins in already because the prescription your doctor sent over and asked them to fill right away wasn't a priority in their eyes and they wanted to fill it tomorrow (true story). The staff's pretty friendly, so that takes the edge off but they seriously need to build a 2nd lane, get their priorities straight, and just start chucking meds out the doors. read more

Drive the extra 15 minutes down Stacy Rd to the Walgreens in Fairview/Allen. Save yourself the disappointment of dealing with this pharmacy. Every pharmacy makes mistakes eventually, but what sets them apart is the manner which they respond to those mistakes. I regularly felt blamed or considered subhuman whenever they made a mistake. This single location has gone through at least 3-4 pharmacists with little improvement to their treatment of customers. I wasted 3 years trying to put up with mistakes made by this pharmacy which literally cost me and my family thousands of dollars. I really wish they would improve, but I see no evidence of that happening after 3+ years. Poor customer service and inconsistent pharmacy policies. I have to fill my prescriptions at a Walgreens, but I will never send to this one again after two blunders. Pharmacy manager did not understand that my issue was with the lack of consistency when medicine was out of stock and what was allowed to be transferred (when it was done in the past on the same medication). I actually haven't had an issue with Walgreens and tend to prefer it over CVS for pharmacy needs, but since moving to the area this Walgreens has been a serious disappointment. read more

The store is great however this pharmacy SUCKS. I waited in line for the pharmacy for 10 minutes before close. I kid you not AT 8pm this lady put the closed sign in the window with 3 cars waiting on their prescriptions. I went inside and saw a lady in the pharmacy line that had gotten help. The pharmacist said that they were CLOSED and had to close down immediately. I told her I had been waiting for help for 10 minutes outside. I'm sorry but that is the WORST customer service I have ever experienced, especially with as something as serious as MEDICATION. Like who does that. Horrible pharmacy. Made an appointment specifically at 1 pm and moved things around at work to get a covid test for a trip I'm taking. Got there early, waited for 25 minutes only to have them tell me that they are going on lunch break in 30 minutes so they can't see me and I can come back from 230-5 and even then I won't have priority. I would love to see how they would react if someone did that to them. Horrible services, no regard for their customers. Do not recommend using them. read more

Awesome pharmacy staff always there to help out, especially when the customer is understanding. Notice a lot of complaints are because of long waits in drive thru, however, these are the people who pick up 10+ prescriptions and update their insurance at the last minute causing their lines to get backed up. Have some respect for these amazing women filling your prescriptions and putting up with rude customers who have absolutely no patience. These healthcare professionals are always very helpful and although it does get chaotic at times, they always have a positive attitude and are happy to help. read more

If I could give no stars I would. This pharmacy has THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE possible. They might as well spit in the customer's face while they're at it. I never leave this place feeling good. Horrible horrible manners. If you are consistently backed up and understaffed why doesn't management figure that out? Why do you shout at your customers about how stressed you are? The last time I picked up my medicine they lost my debit card and ID and then had the worst attitude about getting it back to me. "I should have checked before I left" well I assumed you would have returned it back to me. The time before that I asked about their shingles vaccine since it was recommended to me by my provider. I asked for more information simply to break the tension between me and the woman helping me. She was visibly frustrated and taking it out on me and her environment (typing rough and letting out annoyed sighs). Of course with a heavy sigh, the woman helping me said "even if it was recommended by your doctor the shot is $400 each." Why word it that way??? Why not just give me the information kindly as I had asked? Why insult me with the assumption that $400 could not come out of my pocket. I do not need to be spoken to like I'm a child! I'm an adult paying customer who is contributing to they're wages. I wait for 20 mins MINIMUM to get anyone to help me on the phone. They do not ask if they may put you on a hold, they just pick up the phone and slam it back down. Most calls follow this routine of picking up and putting me on hold for at least 10 rounds. Many a times they don't even leave me on hold they will eventually just hang up so their phone stops ringing. I will be transferring my prescription to ANYWHERE else. Even Walmart has better customer service then this place. The ladies that work here should be embarrassed at their behavior and take a hard look at themselves. If you are so miserable at your job, it's time to find something else. I've heard them many times speaking nasty about customers while I wait for my prescription inside the store. It gives me anxiety to think of the things they say once I leave too. Your customers are not the reason you are so unhappy. You only have yourself to blame for the bad attitude. I will take this to corporate because the spreading of NASTY hateful energy is exactly why this world is going downhill fast. read more

Drive thru is way way way understaffed and wildly slow both inside counter and in the drive through window. Please hire more behind the counter help and techs to take the load off a bit. My cashier was SUPER AND VERY PATIENT...but she was also having to discuss a work duty that she couldn't do at fb time since she was helping me ( my payment processing took a long time, not her fault), attempting to help the line of cars in the drive thru, and watching the line at her counter begin to grow. She was getting pulled in every direction, yet maintained professionalism. She was carrying the entire pharmacy on her back. I felt badly that she had to take too much on. I went inside to wait patiently at the pharmacy window while the clerk took and completed a drive up transaction. When she turned to me, I told her I was there for a shingles vaccination. She looked at the clock and at the pharmacist who said "no" and asked if I could come back after 3 pm. I said no, why can't you do this now. She said we close from 1pm to 3pm and it takes too long. It was 1:02! Because I waited while she took another customer. As I left, I heard her take the customer behind me. I've been going to this Walgreens for years now and lately the pharmacy service has been terrible. The drive thru aspect is expected at the speed of a drive thru with a little bit more time of course. I waited in line for approximately 15 minutes when I called to make sure my prescription was ready for pick up. Eventually I got fed up with the wait and left and came back. Not only is the drive thru service terrible, so is the phone service. I call in just to be put on hold for another 3-5 minutes. I understand service can be busy, but geez every time I call no-one can answer or I'm on hold for a long time. read more
