The drive thru is the WORST! Even McDonald's tells you to pull up of order not ready. Not here they let the people sit and wait. Dr calls in prescription, 2 hrs later sorry not ready. It guaranteed at 530 pm (it was 4), then asks want to wait. Wtf, I didn't get a text telling me there was guaranteed time. Dread every time I have to go there. Would go to rite aid if they had drive thru. read more

I have been trying to call this pharmacy as i need to fax scripts for my meds as my insurance plan has changed... on hold forever, and when they answer, rude people and dont make time to listen, put u on hold again... Scary i have to go there read more

Awful!!!!! The pharmacy at Walgreens on Kellogg Rd has let my family and I down again and again. Countless times, prescriptions have been filled late or incorrectly. Do yourself a favor and find somewhere else to get your prescription drugs! read more

Been coming here for a few months now for my medication, and other household goods. I must say this Walgreens does seem to be quite welcoming. Almost every time soon as you walk in someone is there to greet you. The pharmacist there are also very helpful, my son was recently ill, and they took type out explaining the medication to me. And even suggested some things that I could give him that would comfort him as well. I could not say how much I appreciated this. Thanks read more

The store is always clean. Great selection of items. Competitive prices. The pharmacy employees could use some customer service training.... if someone's getting a script filled, they are deserving of some extra TLC.... not crisp dismissal. They didn't bother to explain my medications at all... and they clearly aren't fans of my health insurance which isn't actually my issue. Others who work in the rest of the store are very polite and very professional. Very convenient to where we live and work. read more

I have never been so dissatisfied with service before. Service was horrible when this place was still Rite Aid: prescriptions never ready; drive thru takes forever; etc. Was hopeful when I heard they would be changing over to Walgreens because I have had very positive experiences with Walgreens elsewhere before. Not so. Prescriptions are NEVER ready even if you call ahead to verify that they are, spend well over 20 minutes in the drive thru line. Was actually asked to get at the back of the line, after waiting 10 minutes, because they did not have my prescriptions ready on time, when I called ahead to verify that they were ready. This review is for the pharmacy, if I could give 0 stars I would. The pharmacy is just awful, they could cost someone their life. I have been going there for a few years because of convenience of their location only. Over the years they have given me someone else's prescription, multiple times they shorted me a few pills, one time they gave me 29 pills on a prescription That was supposed to have 90 pills. They have put the wrong instructions on my prescription bottle my doctor prescribed that I take one and a half pills daily they wrote I should take two pills daily this could be extremely dangerous and cost someone their life. Almost every time I have ever picked up a prescription there there has been a problem. I will get a text and an email saying my prescription is ready to be picked up, I will then call to confirm that they are ready and when I get there to pick them up there is always a problem, like they haven't even started to fill it or they can only partially fill it. There have been billing problems, insurance problems. Always some problem that is always caused by employee incompetence. The pharmacy employees are rude and just incompetent and seeing that they work at a pharmacy and not fast food there is no room for error and they will end up costing someone's life. I am also filing formal complaints so hopefully something will be done before someone dies. I now drive out of my way to go to rite aid just so I can get proper, safe, and friendly service. Please do yourself a favor and switch pharmacies now even if you have been lucky enough to not have problems with them you probably will and it could be dangerous if you don't notice their mistake. read more
