I stopped in while traveling to pick up a few supplements and I'm glad I chose this location. The service was genuinely excellent. Aly (shift lead) and Justin (manager-in-training) were professional, patient, and proactive from start to finish. I was trying to figure out how to use my Walgreens Cash rewards, and they walked me through it step-by-step with zero attitude, even though it required extra verification and a couple extra taps on the register. Despite limited staffing at the front, they kept everything moving smoothly and stayed calm the whole time. It felt very old-school in the best way, disciplined, competent, and well-run like a good operational military team. Shout-out to Aly and Justin for solid, capable service. After sitting in line for an hour I was told my prescription was still being worked on and could I loop back in line. I explained I had been in line for an hour and that there were 15 cars behind me. I told the associate I would wait at the window since the prescription was now an hour past due. The associate obtained another associate(possibly Manager?) who gave me the same direction. She did not apologize for my wait or seem concerned at all when she asked me to go back in line. I held senior management positions in retail until I retired 2 years ago and have not experienced this lack of empathy or concern ever. How easy would it have been for the second associate to apologize and quickly throw a few pills in a bottle? Incredible! I will move my and my wife's prescriptions to Walgreens.

If you are hoping to check out with an actual person, be warned, most of their checkout options are now self check out. Very few human manned registers are open at any given time.

Mounted on each shelf in front of every item is a price along with a QR code. Today, I had a feeling that the items in the shelf were not in the right place and since there was no SKU on the price marker l tried to scan the QR code. Of course without Internet access it didn't work. To me it seems like for Walmart the benefits of allowing Internet access for customer convenience outweigh the chance that customers will do comparison pricing with other stores. That is the only reason I can think of for completely disabling access.
