Did you also know that this Walgreens is extremely helpful? The pharmacies in the back, which forces you to walk by all the fun holiday products and the tasty candies. Stop by the cosmetics area to check out the latest special values that Walgreens has for the week. Also, ask for Cory. Nice guy and an excellent Walgreens employee! In addition to all of this, if you're walking through the store and you need some help, but you don't see an employee to ask, look for a little black button. Came to pharmacy to see if I could get a flu shot, they were not busy, laughing talking amongst each other. Was told by appointment only, said I would go somewhere else, not meaning anything offensive, guy responded just as well! Wow! Ok, not appropriate. They have had very receptive people in past but not anymore. Got my flu shot at Kroger, they fill my prescriptions, always a positive experience. read more

This is the best Walgreens ever! Period. I switched from the one down the street and have used the one on Rufe Snow when I lived closer to it Besides the customary greeting when I walk in and the farewell wishes when I leave, the store is clean, stocked and organized. If I need assistance, such as propane refill, they are quick to send someone. The pharmacy... THE number one reason I come here. That staff is the best pharmacy staff. They know me and call me by name. It's really nice to be acknowledged as a person and not just a customer. They even send Christmas cards, something they do on their own. That's just cool and shows that they do care about their customers. Loyal customer for life!!! read more

Yesterday I needed with a script I'd just gotten from Urgent Care. I was terribly, terribly sick!!! I told them I could barely stand and felt like death. My husband travels, so I had nobody to help me and asked if there was any way they could rush. They responded the queue was running about 20 minutes so, "sorry." I splayed our across 2 waiting chairs, and germed the place up (seriously, don't sit there until at least May, 2019!!). A smart mother with 3 kids thankfully took a wide berth of me (I would have returned to the car but that much walking was a big deal breaker). I know I'm a little older (40), but I remember when pharmacies could rush for super sick patients. This has cost Walgreens my business! Not sure if CVS would handle better, and since this is (hopefully) my massive illness of the decade, I won't get to find out, but bottom line this Walgreens pharmacy staff has gone waaay down hill... P.S. on that, last week I had to get a med for my husband. They forgot to put mine in or something so my 20 minute wait became 30. Two people who arrived quite a while after me got done before they realized the mistake and scrambled to correct - ironically, if either of those people had looked 1/2 as sick as me yesterday, I wouldn't have even minded. Notice, I suffered silently and didn't yelp about that - I'm not yelp-happy, but yesterday was a big foible, not only for me, but for the future people who will be infected thanks to my extended stay in your waiting area (sincerely sorry about that people!!) P.P.S. Specifically for Walgreens eyes if you care to read this - I'm a big loss - I'm a migraineur with deep pockets. Stopped here for a couple items, while I was considering my candy options the cashier was standing at the end of the aisle watching me, I think to make sure I wasn't stealing anything. I walked back and forth a bit between the next aisle and the previous and lo and behold, he followed. Don't they have cameras for that? Slightly offended by the obviously discrimination of this, as I was dressed comfortably and did not look like most of their normal clientele I'm sure. I did not feel welcome and will prob avoid this location in the future, which I'm sure will please the management. read more

Calling and going through their pharmacy's voice prompts gives completely different status from when you go to the store. Calling and taking to the pharmacy gives a 3rd status. Systems are broken and not taking to one another. If your prescription is not ready they make you get back in the drive thru line and they help everyone else behind you next. No point in lining up taking turns or having your prescriptions called in. read more

This review is for the pharmacy. ZERO STARS DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION FOR ANY REASON!!! I repeat, don't take your prescriptions to this location unless you want to have nothing but problems. I had the same script sent to this pharmacy 4 months in a row and they never had the pills on hand. I always had to wait DAYS to get a pain med. I wouldn't use this place if my insurance allowed it, but they don't. I had the horrible time of having to deal with Georgia/Tech who was so rude and uncaring. I was advised so many excuses as to why this happened over and over. Plus she wouldn't even call any other Walgreens to see if they had the correct amount in stock. Unfortunately this particular medication can't be divided, nor can it even be forwarded to another location. My doctor has to call it in again and that's a huge deal. I was barely sleeping due to a severe pain problem. When I tried to equate doing something this horrible over and over to a cancer patient, Georgia advised me that "if I had cancer I would be using a specialty pharmacy and not their location." In addition to that when I told her about talking with their department on Friday afternoon about how the script wasn't filled and that a pharmacy employee that I thought was the pharmacist told me he "knew I had the same two prescriptions called in at the same time every month" and since I now had to wait till Monday morning to get my doctor to call again, "that I'm working Monday morning and I'll be on the look out to get this medication filled for you". Georgia told me that there were no male pharmacists working on Friday or Monday morning and she made it clear that she felt I was lying. I wasn't and I'm not. Maybe it was a tech who said it and acted like the pharmacist. It doesn't matter. An employee who works that department said they knew on Friday. But this place didn't have enough medication to fill it and was going to now make me wait another two to three days for them to order it. Even going so far as to tell me last night it was ordered, but Georgia said it might not be ordered today. What? Then she tried to give new reasons for why this location can't service regular customers. How they don't hold medications, or could have supplier problems all the time, or how it's my doctors fault for calling in the prescription and not writing it on paper, and more. Basically giving me reason after reason that my not being able to get my prescription filled in a timely manner month after month was NOT THEIR PROBLEM! I'm on Medicare and I believe that this location is treating Medicare patients inappropriately. They won't hold medications for regular customers, which Georgia told me they don't EVER do. She said this one moment and then said they did for regulars later in the call. How many months does it take to become a regular at Walgreens!!! So if you want to be treated like you are a liar, made to wait excessively in pain, treated like you are nothing more than trash-then go to this Walgreens. Tell Georgia, Hi. But if you want to be treated respectfully go to the CVS in Target on Davis blvd. ask for Jen/main pharmacist and tell her I sent you. She is the most caring and wonderful person. I would still pay the higher dollars of CVS if it wasn't that my part D insurance won't let me go there. Just know you've been warned. read more

I took off a star for customer service. I came in Saturday morning and bought some things specifically since I needed ones. I was in a hurry and got cash back for a tip where we were going, and I asked for five dollars in ones. The lady at the front counter spent several minutes arguing with me that a five should be good enough since they just opened and didn't have any ones. I clearly saw a stack of ones in the drawer. Finally she relented and gave me ones but did it begrudgingly. I could understand if I asked for $20 worth, but five, really?? They should have more ones then. That's never happened to me before and I thought it just wasn't good customer service. read more

Pretty clean and well organized store. Bathroom was pretty clean and odorless. Staff looked pretty presentable and approachable. If I lived closer I would shop here all the time. Had some pretty good sales. I will be returning whenever I'm in the area. read more

Not very happy. I was told to wait 20 minutes for my prescription to be filled 40 minutes later I drive up after being in line for ten minutes and they tell my it will be ready in 10 more minutes. Don't stand there and say something is going to be ready and it's not. No apology either. Not happy. Wasting my time. This is not the first time either. Might have to go somewhere Else because this is unacceptable. read more

Pharmacy people are nice. Store is clean inside. But something is odd about this store. Seems empty. The parking lot yesterday morning was littered with trash, cigarette butts, etc. I know it's an unpleasant job to do, but the exterior of your store gives an impression of the business. It's worth cleaning it up for the sake of your customers. read more
