I droped off a peracription last night 7/7/18 and today is 7/8/18 and the system has been down since 6@m this morning and iam not able to pick up my persription and this is now affecting my health and they cant transfer my perscription to another store or tell me when it will be up and running and the time is now 12:40 a little after lunch this is ridiculous i will never come here again.they have signs on the doors locked so you cant talk to anyone in person read more

I have been a faithful customer for almost 20 years and made a special trip this afternoon to buy Nature Made magnesium tablets, 250 mg, 200 tablets. In your weekly ad, this brand advertised buy one get one free and and did not exclude any particular vitamin or supplement. Upon checking out, this particular bottle of magnesium was selling for $14.99 and the second bottle was not free but also at the price of $14.99. The manager was called and after checking she said this particular one was not included. I pointed out that there was no exclusion in the ad but to no avail. I walked out of Walgreens and immediately bought my magnesium at Rite Aid. I feel the manager should have honored the magnesium tablets I was trying to purchase since the ad did not specify any exclusions. Shame on you Walgreens. Very poor customer service. read more

Wish they had a minus star to rate this store. The place is filthy!! My husband and I went there to pick up a prescription and waited about 40 minutes with a huge line behind us. The staff seemed completely clueless. They had no idea how to even ring up a simple prescription!! As we waited we noticed the place was filthy, the floors and walls looked like they had never been cleaned. Trash and dirt was everywhere. The management and staff should be replaced with more responsible caring people. read more

I waited in a line of 4 cars at the drive thru tonight and about 40 mins later finally got to the window (Yes. they are that slow and now I know why). I came for one item only which was discussed when I dropped off the prescriptions days before. They then handed me an item I didn't request and then told me the item I needed (a box of lidocaine patches) wasn't ready despite my phone call prior to the stop. They then brought me the wrong patches despite my request for the brand name upon drop off. So then they tell me it will take a while so I needed to go around and drive thru again. Now there are 7 cars behind me waiting. I refused as I waited my turn but this was THEIR screwup not mine. Three different employees including a butch bitch told me to go around and be #8 in line. No way! I burned rubber, drove around to the front doors and walked in despite wearing my "at home" attire. Then there are 6 people in line so I go to the Consultation window and there is the bitch pharmacist. I explained it to her and she told me to go ahead and get in the line of people. I said, "I have waited my turn once in the drive thru and WILL NOT wait again." These people are the most incompetent jokes I have ever dealt with. Attitudes are a screw you type attitude. OK, I get it you're busy but don't make me wait an hour for your mistake when all you needed to do was pull the correct box off the shelf. No dispensing, measuring, etc required. Just pull the prepackaged box from the shelf and I'm out of your way. Based on some of the other Yelp ratings of 1 Star this is not an uncommon experience. Do yourself a favor and go to CVS, Rite-Aid, Walmart, anywhere but here. I thought I was going to have a stroke on the spot having to deal with stupidity and attitude on top!. read more

HORRIBLE! The pharmacy has really gone down hill. I have been coming to this pharmacy for years! The last few times I've been there have been a total nightmare. They are a busy pharmacy, I get that, but they are a hot mess! TWICE in the last 2 months when my prescriptions have been promised at a certain time, I go to pick them up 5 hours LATER than the time they quoted me and they STILL aren't ready. And that's AFTER I've already waited in the drive through line for 45 minutes. One time, the lady just let me sit there after she told me my script wasn't ready at 7pm when it was promised at 2PM while she took her time leaving the window for 5 to 10 minutes at a time before returning to ask me stupid questions and leave again. I was in line that night for over an hour! Tonight there were 4 cars in front of me. This time I called as I got in the back of the line to make sure it was ready. It was, so I waited 30 minutes before getting to the window, then another 10 while they ignored the drive thru line and helped customers inside the store. I had to turn off my car so I didn't run out of gas and I called the manager while i was at the window being IGNORED and let him have it! This is becoming the norm for this pharmacy. I have since switched to Walmart Neighborhood Market in PD pharmacy and its SO MUCH BETTER! THE ONLY reason I was there tonight was because my daughters medicine had already been called in there. NEVER EVER AGAIN! They clearly don't care to improve what has become a serious customer service issue! Its NOT ok to make us wait over an hour in line, be it in the car or inside. I refuse to deal with them again. Very sad! read more

The employees at this walgreens are in one word horrible. They have no sense of urgency especially in the pharmacy. The cashiers also never tell you if you have any cash built up on your rewards card, so that you cannot redeem the cash towards any of your purchases. I am going to transfer all my prescriptions to Costco. If Walgreens cannot hire proper employees, then they do not need my patronage. read more

I drop off my prescription medication 955am . They told me an hour and a half to be ready . When I got there 11:30 . They told me 15 minutes, still not ready .It took them over 2 hours to have it ready . The Lines are long + them having the drive-through make it so much longer to get service read more

The worse run pharmacy I have ever been to. They lost my prescription and then said it would take 2 hours to re do. 3 hours later it was not done and no one including the pharmacist could figure out what to do. It took an additional 1 before it was re done. Staff so slow and everyone is disorganized. I will never go back. read more

The pharmacy doesn't even deserve one star! The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I quit going there years ago but decided to try again because of the location. I'm happy to say that today was the last time I will ever go into that store. read more

I placed an order at 4:30, the pharmacy said it would be ready by 5:30. I called at 6:30, they said it would be ready in 15 minutes. It is now almost 8:00, and we're still waiting. I suggest more staff on a Friday night. read more

I would stand in the long lines if I would get decent customer service. I don't get call backs if there are problems with insurance, I always have to call them and bug them which means going thru at least 5-10 minutes of holding each time. I don't go here any more. I went to this Pharmacy 4 different times to pick up my prescription. They are SO understaffed and/or slow. There are ALWAYS so many people in line. I end up waiting for 20 or 30 minutes only to end up leaving because I either ran out of time and had to be somewhere else, or I just get so mad that it is taking so long and leave. The drive through is just as bad. Yesterday, after waiting forever in the inside line, I got mad and left. I noticed only ONE car in the drive-through and was all excited. Then I ended up waiting for 20 minutes for the ONE car to get through! I will be transferring my business to a better pharmacy. read more

I love this pharmacy and all the staff know me by name. Yes, it is a busy place but that's because it offers the most services. I don't know any other retail, yes retail pharmacy that has the pharmacist give travel vaccines, health testings (blood pressure, cholesterol, blood sugar), compounding, drive-thru, not to mention 24 HOURS, 365 Days a YEAr!! I mean all of that...wow!! When I hear people complain, it makes me cringe. I mean this isn't McDonalds....come on people!! Do you complain when the doctor is seeing another patient and you wait 1,2 sometimes 3 hours??? I think not! Then they come to the pharmacy and want the prescription filled like a hamburger. Really people.... Open your eyes!!! All the staff work so hard trying to make each customer feel well cared for and people don't care!! They would rather complain about this, that, and everything under the sun. I am very thankful for this pharmacy. Not only do they text me when my prescription is ready but they also notify me when there is an issue or when I am ready for a refill. The one time my prescription was out-of-stock and one of the staff personally called and told me when it would be in and if I was unable to pick it up they would deliver it or mail it to me! I was astonished!! A high volume, 24 hour pharmacy and they actually had time to call me??!!!! I love this pharmacy and despite all the negative comments, Walgreens is my place at the corner of happy and healthy. read more
